The owner, Justin, came out to my house on Saturday to provide me an estimate on cleaning my pool deck. I found him to be knowledgeable and the quote to be fair so I hired them for the job. (They were able to get me in quickly -- Wednesday morning) On Wednesday, a two person team of Alan and Cade arrived promptly at the designated time and thoroughly explained the process to me. They went to work and knocked everything out in just under two hours. They walked around with me afterwards to inspect the work and offered several tips to help me keep the deck clean going forward. I found them to be helpful, relatable, and willing to answer any customer questions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Texan Exterior Cleaning... they did a great job!

From start to finish this was the most wonderful experience. I was able to get an estimate over the phone but they like the personal experience and I appreciate that. We were met with a lovely brochure and she walked us through the prices of having our gutters cleaned and recommendations for other services that would continue to maintain our home. An hour later we had a detailed line-item proposal. We emailed immediately to accept and scheduled. The service was thorough, seamless and informative. Just this week I was surprised buy a handwritten thank-you note and a magnet for my fridge with all the contact info. After inspection he pointed out there was one small area of gutters requiring small amount of debris to be hand picked off. I had Justin and his dad (who run the business) come out to my property in Magnolia, TX to clean a stone mailbox, 2 stone gate columns and possibly my back porch/patio. Justin was extremely professional and courteous. I was actually in a different city and needed to help my mom because she received the dreaded HOA letter to clean her driveway and gutters. He worked with me via phone and my mom said he and his team were all extremely nice. He took care of the gutters and driveway immediately and saved us from the HOA police. Thank you Justin! Believe it or not we had a bit of a power washing emergency! We got a referral from a Facebook connection for Texan Exterior Cleaning and within a short time Justin was in our driveway with a solution to our issue and a great attitude to match. He did an amazing job with a really tough situation and even sent me before and after pictures. Now here is the kicker.... it was on Memorial Day! Texan Exterior did an amazing job. He cleaned the exterior of my house and it looks brand new. He came the day before to give me a quote, he did a complete walk through with me and explained everything he would do and what it would cost. After the service, he did another walk through of the house and pointed out any areas of concerns etc. Justin was very professional and and was very detailed and thorough with his work. I would recommend him to anyone!

Justin was wonderful to work with!! I have referred him to clients in the past, but this time I used him on my personal home. It was freezing cold (rare for here) but they still showed up and got the job done and done well!
