The Sugar Hill location is the worse! I had a bad experience with the sales girl whom was rude to me! Requested for a manager, who finally came to speak to me. The Asst. Mgr. didn t address the problem properly or ethnically. I called Corporate and filed a complaint. The lady in the corporate office stated the store Manager would follow up with me in 24 hours. I never heard from anyone and it s going on 2 weeks. I certainly won t be going to this location anymore. People need to think twice before taking jobs working with people. Professionalism, communication and certainly common courtesy is POWER!!!

WE DID IT! Thanks to HOME Goods inSugarland, TX-we found this important lounge chair to add to our familys decor. Its literally perfect! Can you believe the furniture store down the street tried to convince us that $1,000 was what we could expect to pay. That store clerk said its what they go for. Oh my! Just 1 day later, we find the exact same lounger for $150 at Home Goods. It had been marked down from $250. And it doesnt even stop there. The store cashier was AMAZING! He gave us another $20 off at check out! We were besides ourselves with excitement. Great custom r service still exist & so does affordability. YAY!!!! OK, we must be going now, to enjoy our new find.

March 2/2024 evening 8:30 pm home goods store in Sugerland manager Hugo is very rude and very unprofessional we had three carts of stuff and I was shopping for three hours I had 7 vases and two of them had cracks he told me he would give those two vases to me 15% off because it had a crack in it but when I went to go checkout he said that the crack was natural and he would not give me the discount there were baskets for sale and I had four of them only two of them had the discount tag on them but the other two baskets that were the same didn t have the discount tag and would not give me the discount I left all the stuff there and didn t purchase a thing I left because he was so rude and disrespectful.

A place dedicated to the sale of household items, vases, curtain rods, paintings, furniture, chairs, tables, among other things... in my opinion they are very good quality items. It is not like going to a furniture store since there is not a great variety but rather the decorative type. In particular, I didnt see staff roaming the hallways but it seems like they arent needed since everything is very orderly.

As a customer at HomeGoods, I recently had an unfortunate experience with the manager on duty (08/07/2023) AM. The lady I spoke to was an African American lady wearing glasses. During my visit, I was accused of being a reseller, which was not only offensive but also unfounded. Additionally, I noticed that this manager was on her phone while on duty, which showed a lack of professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs. I was disappointed by her behavior, as it created a negative atmosphere in the store and left me feeling uncomfortable. I believe that as a manager, it is crucial to treat all customers with respect and provide excellent customer service. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at this specific HomeGoods in the future, as I expect better service and treatment from a reputable store like theirs. Lastly, I encountered a disappointing interaction with one of the cashiers. She was mid age with blonde hair. When I approached her with a small question, she responded rudely and seemed annoyed by my inquiry. Moreover, I overheard her speaking poorly of other customers behind their back, attributing it to the shortage of staff. While I understand that they might be facing challenges, it is essential for employees to maintain a professional attitude and treat customers with respect and courtesy. Despite the shortage of staff, all the customers, including myself, were being patient and understanding. Its disheartening to experience such behavior, as it reflects poorly on the stores overall customer service. I hope that HomeGoods addresses these issues and ensures a more positive and respectful environment for all customers in the future. Worst HomeGoods location in Houston.

This location is bigger than the pearland location. It has more supplies and a wide variety of anything you might need for your home decor. Rugs, lamps, window treatments, vases, bathroom supplies, mirrors, organizers and kitchen supplies. The staff was helpful and quick during checkout.

The manager of this store has a garbage personality, he shouldn t be in this position. The supervisor took a look on damage item and she said will provide 20% discount, after waiting 20 min he came and said I will discount 5$ with a mean attitude, he didn t mention that the other guy made a mistake or sorry for this miscommunication! This guy shouldn t be in this position he doesn t have the skill and the knowledge of quality customer service.
