Y all check your food!! This is ridiculous they should make sure they are taking proper hygiene precautions! After throwing all my food away & calling numerous times no one answered! I finally had a chance to come up here and they didn t want to give me a refund all they wanted to do was give me complementary food! Why would I take a chance of having another piece of hair in my food!! That s disgusting!

Stopped to get an ice cream by myself. The line was fairly long, about 4 cars in front of me. When I got to the window to pay, the woman handed me a melted ice cream. Obviously, it was prepared when I ordered it but because the line was long, it sat and melted. Before I left the parking lot, the one napkin I got was already drenched and the ice cream was running down to my wrist.

Night crew doesnt get your order right, they ask you to go back and pick up what they forgot to give you, they argue w you while there that they did give it to you, then hide when presented evidence proving them wrong. Go to a different place.

Place was clean they were very busy in the drive thru as well as the counter. My suggestion is pay as much attention to your dine-in guest as well as your counter guest. Customers would be waiting to ask for something and be ignored completely by all other employees except the one person working the counter. There were 4 people working on the drive thru while one employee took the counter orders, helped the guest that needed items such as ketchup, napkins, mustard, etc. As well as had to fill the counter orders.

The employees are very nice and friendly, the service is fast and accurate and the food was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks. Parking: Plenty of spots that are well marked and easily accessible. Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking spots are well marked and give plenty of room for those in wheel chairs, they also have ramps to make getting inside the building easy and safe.

The employee that served us, Hayden, was excellent!! My wife has dietary restrictions and he was very understanding and more than accommodating even giving suggestions. Its rare to find real customer service anymore and were glad Hayden practices it. Also, the other person that was working in the kitchen, John, was incredibly nice as well and had no problems with the special accommodations. Both of these gentlemen, I was able to conversate with, understand customer service. We need more employees like John and Hayden!! We will definitely come back!!! Dietary restrictions: They are able to make certain things gluten friendly.

Location was OK right off the freeway. The guy came from dry through to the front counter to take. My order was very polite. Food was great hot and fresh. The only problem I had with this location was while I was waiting for my food. Another gentleman came in to order his. Food and the young lady at the counter that was helping them. Didnt ask if he was ready. She just stood there and complete silence. Took his order didnt give him the amount of the order and didnt say thank you at the end. Maybe she couldnt speak or maybe she was just rude. Youre not happy at your job. Look for something else, but the food was great.

Everytime I come here I am greeted in a professional manner even when they are swamped drive thru and interior. Jerome is one of the most professional and polite men I have met at a fast food establishment even when people are shooting orders out quickly. The interior cashiers are just as great although I do not know those womens names. I have never had an issue with an order coming out incorrectly or otherwise cold. I would rate 10/5 just on employees alone.

I noticed I got charged twice for the same meal on a Friday around 5pm. Left a message for the day shift manager to call me since I was told no one could help me when I called around 6pm. No one called me all weekend which regardless I was waiting for the charge to come off pending because maybe it could ve been just a glitch. Monday comes around and I m still charged twice so I call before heading over after work and they hang up on me once they hear I needed a manager s assistance. So I call back several times and it just rings and rings and rings. Disrespectful AF. Update: called from my cell phone after work and the original guy who took my order answered and was as helpful as he could be as staff. Ultimately I just went to my bank to dispute the charges since I was having to waste my time trying to call/arrive when the owner was in store.

Food is just like any other fast food place. Brats seemed old. Kraut was old. Definitely wouldn t eat here again. One of the employees decided they were special when dropped off. So since there so special they blocked not one but 2 handicapped spots after they flew into the parking lot almost hitting my wife and I. The people on the line in back are extremely loud and use copious amounts of foul and vulgar language. For sure won t ever go back here.

I love this wienerschnitzel, but they don t have them where I live now, so I had to jump on the opportunity to go. The reason they get 4 not 5 stars is because I ordered the #1 and it ended up being over $12 for a chili dog corn dog and a drink. That s honestly insane. Worst service ever honestly they should close this location down. The 2 best locations of wienerschnitzel is on tascosa road and Olsen Blvd they give you your moneys worth and not stingy with chili. You get more cheese than chili never going back if I could give no stars and leave a review I would DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you like throwing your money away for poor quality of food.

We dont have Weinerschnitzel where we live, so when we go West we like to stop and get hotdogs. The chili dog was perfect with lots of chili and a soft bun. The Chicago dog was tangy and stuffed full of peppers, pickles, and onions. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and well- seasoned. The parking lot could use a good cleaning. Service was fast and courteous.

The food was made to order, hot, fresh and tasted real nice. There were about a half dozen or so people eating inside. Each table was clean, and the floors were clean. The fountain drink machine was very clean as well. After half of the people left, one of the workers started cleaning the dirty tables. If you enjoy hot, fresh food in a clean atmosphere, do not hesitate to drop on by and get yourself a tasty hot dog. I will be back!!

I showed up 10 minutes after opening. I went through the drive-thru, and waited several minutes for someone to take my order. I eventually drove to the window, to see no one. I went to the door to walk in and it was locked. As I got back into my vehicle, the open drive-thru light came on. I went back through, and nobody answered, or came to the window. This is now 10:25 in the morning and nothing. Good times! I got the big middle finger, and sent packing. Went up the road to the other snitz on Ross, and was served promptly.

There was a line and a young lady came out to pick money from my vehicle. She was rubbing her eyes and pulling at her eye lashes and went right back in handing food out the window. Not very sanitary. When we got to the window I was given the bag of food and she closed the window and walked off. She saw me still at the window and came over and asked if 8 needed something and I told her we didnt get our drinks that Id already paid for and she rudely hand them out and slammed the window. Im amazed at how rude and hateful they can be when the mistake was theres.

05/13/22 - It was my first time going to a Weinerschnitzel in a VERY long time. I chose the drive-thru, placed my order, and pulled up to the window. The young man Hayden - apparently new to the position - greeted my pleasantly, but I noticed on the receipt that hed missed the Wild Berry Floats. When I brought it to his attention, he quickly recognized his mistake, apologized, and rang them up - even granting me a discount (with supervisor Barbaras approval) because the mistake was his. While the Chili Cheese Dog, the Chicago Dog, and the Chili Cheese Fries (dont forget the Wild Berry Floats!) were very tasty, it was Haydens mature handling of his mistake that impressed me the most. Great job, Hayden! I will return specifically because of your excellent service. VERDICT: VERY GOOD FOOD, BUT GREAT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
