I received my large mushroom free for surveys last week and it was very cold in the warmer and dry to the Max!!! Black lady was polite but even my kids said the pizza was old. So sad!!!

ordered a big dinner pizza box online to have delivered on Friday night at 7:33pm and it was supposed to get delivered by 8:15pm but after two hours of waiting and nothing delivered. I kept checking the tracker on the website but it only got to cooking the pizza but never left the store. I called the customer service since can t call the actual store and the lady put me on hold for ten minutes and said she d come back after she gets ahold of the store but I hung up after ten minutes. I called back again and the same lady apologized for having me hold for ten minutes and then tried to get a hold of the store and she couldn t because the store system was down that night and she would leave an email for the manager at the store to call me back about the order. They never called me back and I still don t have the pizza nor my refund. They obviously do not care about their customers and that is the last time I order anything from Pizza Hut again.

After seeing the commercials on the new Chicago Tavern Style Pizza, I couldnt wait to check out this style of pizza. We ordered 2 Chicago Tavern Style Pizza, and it was so disappointing. The pizza wasnt cut square shaped. The pizza looked old and over cooked to the point where it was the same color as the black olives. The employee or manager looked under the influence of something. She tried to argue about why the pizza wasnt cut square shaped. Ignoring the fact of why I was given an old and burnt pizza. I will never get a pizza from there again because the standards are very low. I wouldnt recommend anyone to get a pizza from this establishment....

I ordered from here after the hurricane since my regular pizza place was closed, and hurricane or not I will never order from them again. I could write a novel on this negative experience but suffice it to say they have completely forgotten how to cook and have absolutely no concept of customer service. Again I could go on and on about how awful the food was and how they have absolutely no idea of how pizza delivery is supposed to work but if you are thinking about ordering from here - caveat emptor - buyer beware.

At 4:00 on July 4th I walked into Pizza Hut at 2305 Palmer Hwy, Texas City with a bathroom emergency, Im 62 and the lady behind the counter said I could not use the bathroom and she smiled at me while she was saying no, she got some kind of sadistic pleasure out of turning this old man down. AARON was the most rude person I have ever delt with at this location. I am disgusted with the way I was treated. From the moment I spoke to him I was cut off and not allowed to explain my situation. He hung up on me numerous times after he blamed me for the issue. Each time I called back asking for his supervisor he refused to give me their name. He then proceeded to scream at me everytime I tried to ask him if I could speak. The issue that prompted this call was all because my phone didn t stay in my hand and I missed his call. He thought it was appropriate to treat me the appalling way that he did. I would highly suggest you think twice from ordering food from this establishment if they are going to provide irresponsible and embarrassing customer service the way that AARON did. I will be contacting corporate office to let them know the disgusting type of customer service I received.

We waited 3 hours for an order they kept saying was on its way. Finally drove to the store, there s a long line forming and one chick is going hold on, I m clocking out. Counting her tips on the counter so no one can order!?! Her boss finally comes out of the back and doesn t even care. We explain what happened and she says oh yea that one got marked undeliverable. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Save yourself and get pizza elsewhere. The last with redd tattooed on her neck is confused on another The level she cant even look up an order. A much Younger employee there was able to Find the receipt right in front of her Then She refused to give me the food after or even look at my payment/order confirmation just threatened to call the cops if I took it. It still says it would be delivered after I left. 2 hours I waited and then called and put on hold long enough to drive to the Store. This was supposed to be delivered I paid almost 40 bucks and no refund.

Not as good as the pizza hut closer to kemah. I almost always order the pepperoni lovers melts and there grat when I doordash from kemah but at this pizza hut I ordered the same thing and my melt was way overcooked no parmesan on top and skimpy with the cheese. I couldnt even finish it it was so crunchy. Pizza hut is great normally maybe it was just the cook they had that day.

I called on 5/16/23 to order a pizza. A big dinner box that was $33 and was cash. The person told me it will be 30-40 minutes. Then I received a call to let me know that my pizza was delivered I go to the door but mind you I have a ring cameras on my house. I called them back to tell them I don t see a pizza but he put me on hold and then told me that the pizza was returned. Now they posted to call me back but haven t received a callback yet. My pizza was 2 hours late and I was never able to speak to anyone that actually worked at the store because it kept putting me through their call center. When the call center would transfer me to this store, nobody picked up. I tried 3 times, someone from complaints in the call center answered and I had to ask her to cancel the order since it was all she could do since I couldn t actually speak to a person that worked there. Really wish you could speak directly to someone that works there so they can better assist you instead of a stranger who can t really help much when there is a problem. Huge waste of time.

They made one pizza wrong, didnt get the toppings that were promised because the woman that took our order went home. They burned one ,had to remake it, remade the wrong one. Original wait was supposed to be 15min, 30 min it later someone came out and said it would be a few more minutes because of the remake. All in all a very unsatisfying visit. Will not return ever. Placed order online and drive to pick it up they hadn t even made the order yet and the app said it was ready. I got there and the lady argued with me about how the system works and the timing is off. Well if they were paying attention to the system they would know they had an order to be made waiting 3/8 min not an issue but 15 / 20 when I ordered 25 min prior is just poor service. I stoped going to Pizza Hut in TC because of poor service and lack of quality the Pizza Hut brand promotes. Wanted pizza today, gave it a second chance and it failed.

Sad review because pizza hut has always been my favorite. But last order was horrible. Waited for my carryout for 45 minutes in the store. Got home every single pizza was wrong. Like my meat lovers had blobs of tomato sauce on top and barelyany meat or cheese. Wth.Even my breadsticks were wrong. All the food was thrown away it was so bad. I reached out to the store and they apologized stating they would email me store credit for my 64.00 order, which never happened. Contacted the corporate and they never emailed me a credit either. Went to this location about a week ago over Father s Day weekend. Called to tell them about a glitch in the app but most importantly that my pizza was not cooked in the center. The manager told me that he made this pizza himself and he knows for a fact it was cooked for the allotted amount of time. So I asked him then why do I feel raw dough between my fingers and he hung up on me. They never brought my root beer and I couldn t even eat the pizza. Pizza hut in Texas City is the worst. My granddaughter order $42. Worth of food. The whole order was wrong. She called back the manager on duty said that they would remake her order. After 2 hours later still no pizza. She called again they ask did she eat any from the one that wasnt correct, she said yes 1 slice, since she ate a piece there refused to remake it. So I called the the next day and explained what happened. The manager on duty said they would give her credit. Four days later my granddaughter decided to use her credit. When she called at first they claimed they didnt have a credit. So again I called and they found it. By her phone number she tracked her delivery. About 11/2 hour later her phone said the pizza had been delivered. Still no pizza. So I called the manager said door dash should have delivered it 30 minutes ago. Manager redone the pizza again and I picked it up. So this was about 5:30pm . I guess about 9:00pm I go outside to get something from my car I see a Pizza Hut order sitting on top of my hood of my car. This is ridiculous. First of all if theyre going to use doordash they should make sure they got people thats going to deliver like it should be done. Second of all Pizza Hut should have better values of treating a customers better than what they did. If I go to the Pizza Hut in Galveston I have never had any problems there if my pizza wasnt right the manager always met sure that I left happy. So kudos to the Pizza Hut in Galveston take notes Texas City from the Galveston Pizza Hut. Thank you

I ORDERED A SUPREME PIZZA WITH TOMATOES ADDED AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THERE WAS HARDLY ANY MEAT OR CHEESE. IT WAS A LOT OF BELL PEPPERS AND THE TOMATOES WAS JUST THROWN ON TOP UNCOOKED! HAD I FELT LIKE DRIVING BACK I WOULD HAVE BUT IT WAS FOR SUPPER AND MY FAMILY WAS WAITING TO EAT. I DIDNT SEE ANY EMPLOYEES BUT ONE AND THAT EMPLOYEE WAS OUTSIDE WHEN I ARRIVED TALKING TO SOMEONE IN A CAR. WHEN I WALKED TOWARDS THE ENTRANCE THE EMPLOYEE THEN PROCEEDED TO WALK INSIDE TO RING ME UP. THE SERVICE SUCKS AND IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I ordered my usual BBQ sauce pizza cuz I prefer it over standard tomato sauce. I also ordered a 2nd pizza and some sweet chili boneless wings. The food was good and eye appealing, no complaints. My wings were more spicy than sweet but I liked them. I gave because this location doesnt appear to offer stuffed crust, or seasoning on the crust. There wasnt an option to pick either. Also, their coupons arent as good as every other location Ive eaten at. The store doesnt advertise with signs or at all, so I wouldnt expect the food choices to be that great. I wont order from this store anymore.

An employee walks out calling curbside customers MFs he then turned and looked at me and said how many pizzas you got, I said you talk about all of your customers that way . And he pushed it back on me, well after a few choice words I clicked my cigarette away and got accused of sending it towards him.

First I ordered on line and there was a mix up with the phone number so yall canceled my order. Then when I called to check on it yall wanted to tell me it would be another hour and a half to deliver its already 1100 pm at this time. So I say its cool ill just pick it up instead. Then when I get there yall were ok but looked lost. Then when I get home and get ready to eat I see that you didnt cut the cheese sticks the pizza was over cooked and had no sauce on it. The pizza had only a few pepperonis on it and no sliced red chili peppers like its supposed to. Lets work on doing better next time if I chose to order ever again.

I ordered a pizza and it t took one hour and fifty five minutes to get to me. I live literally 6 minutes from this place. The pizza was not even hot any more, it was barely warm . The s is very bad , I use to be a manager at 3 different pizza places so I know how long it takes to get a pizza ready.

Our pizza was extremely overcooked. Also there was no curbside service like the app claimed would be available. The parking lot is extremely dark which made me and my four year old daughter feel very unsafe. Also the atmosphere was very dirty and the guy making the pizza had long hair that was not all tied back or in a hairnet.
