Purchased tickets online. Their hours online, yelp, and when you call say they re open all week during normal hours. I get here and there s a lock on the door. Have called multiple times and they don t answer the phone. Don t waste your time with this place. Update: I got ahold of someone eventually and they were dismissive, unhelpful, and inconsiderate.

It was so bad. Definitely a bunch of teenagers running the show. It was very disorganized. We didnt know where to go or what to do from the beginning without asking. Lots of workers on their phones or playing around talking and chatting from room to room. Random people walked into or secluded party rooms multiple times. I had to ask several People when to move to the next room or where our food was. The kicker was there was no pizza delivery . I told everyone to come hungry and we would have dinner but the 3 pizzas we ordered for the ultimate package was never delivered. I was very embarrassed . All they had to offer us was tiny little ice cream cups. The balloons were blown up but just on the floor. Nothing like the pictures. The decor was extremely sad. Nothing about this was worth the almost 400$ i spent. This was supposed to be his first real birthday party and it was a bust and waste of money. I would have been cheaper to rent blow up slides in my back yard and order pizza. Im so much more classy of a party planner than this so this experience was very embarrassing for me and felt like a complete rip off. Dinara was extremely professional and very sweet. She felt really bad about our experience. I got money back for the missed pizzas but really would love it all back for the poor experience. It felt like we should have just paid for an hour jump and then had a party at my house instead.

Ive been here twice now with one of my kids for his birthday party and a party for one of his classmates. In my opinion, the two-hour party package is just right, giving kids enough time to really explore the variety of attractions but continuing to move things along. The place is also nice and clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. If youve never taken your kid here before, I would highly recommend doing so at least once. Pump It Up Round Rock rocks!

This place is okay online they make it seem different. There are only a few ( 3 big ones and a few small ones in each room) jumpy houses and few small toys. Not toddler friendly. Restrooms were so dirty trash cans were overflowing with trash. Party room extremely small so if you have a big party expect to be tight. The host that helped out was okay I asked her to cut cake into extra small pieces. She did completely opposite. I asked her 2x to do this and did not listen. I was so upset b/c small kids don t need big adult Piece of cake. Never again will I book here!! I advise you go ahead of time to check this place out if you never been. Hope this helps someone out there.

Visited for a birthday party in Pflugervile. They have 2 different inflated houses for the kids. Based on package each kid is given certain time within each house. This is useful for kids below 9. Good place to safely engage multiple kids.Parking located infront of party hall with accessibility parking and designated parking for party holders to unload the gifts &food. Have a good time while in here.

I liked the place. Seemed clean. Had a good variety of jumpy house things for the kids. Kept the party moving from room one to room 2 to the food room. They have a good rhythm. Our room guide doesnt have much enthusiasm just have been new to the job The guy serving the pizza and cake was awesome. Overall pretty good. Update; this time my kid ended up finding something, we think throw up, under a ball that was not cleaned up well.... not fun

Not the best experience as the party room to cut cake (we hosted a kiddo Bday) had the AC out. Fans and a portable AC made a tiny dent. Staff was great though. Very helpful guiding the kiddos from the first to second activity rooms. And they did a great job with helping with the cake ceremonies and cutting. Pizza was from a place down the street; there wasn t much left by the time it was all over. Overall - I thought this was just an OK Bday place. You do get a private experience with just your kid and guests - instead of everyone commingling with open play kids. That s a plus.

This was the first time in a while that weve been there. It was for a friends birthday party. It was apparent that things have gone downhill over the past few years. Overall, it was OK, but its not great. There are 2 rooms with a total of 6 inflatables... sorta. The first room had a cool 3 level playscape thing like you find at a fast food restaurant that ended in an inflatable ball. It was cool and all, but at the top, you crawl through a cargo net tunnel to the next part, and it has a sizable hole in the side of it. My kid got my attention and said, Its big enough to fall through it! It was easily 8-9 above the ground. The 2 actual inflatables were great. A big 3 ball thing youre supposed to run across like in that Ninja Warrior show, and a giant slide. There was also an inflatable basketball game like in the arcades that was nice. They also had one of those projectors that pointed at the ground, and you play an interactive game with it. There was also an air hockey table. They had a mini corn hole set, but one of them didnt have legs so it just sat flat on the ground, and they only had 3 bean bags total, 2 red and 1 blue and the blue was larger and heavier. It was kinda sad. Some insulation was peeling along the walls, which just made it look dingy and not super great. The soft mats on the ground in the baby/toddler area were really dirty. The floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a while. The inflatables also had a bit of dinge on them, though I expect thats normal for something used this much, I just dont know if its being cleaned regularly. The 2nd room was a really cool dark light room. They had 3 pretty good sized inflatables in here, and another air hockey table. While it was really neat, I also noticed some kids getting hurt more. Unless you have clothing that glows, the kids are almost invisible. The benches glow, but the legs/feet dont. My daughter and at least one of the other parents, maybe more, had stubbed their toes into the feet because theyre painted black. They need a strip of white tape or something on them. Otherwise, this room was really cool. Between the 2 rooms, there were 2 workers who would come in and out. Im assuming its normal for them to leave, but it felt a little strange not to have someone in there monitoring to make sure the kids were following the rules and such. The party room was good. Lots of tables and a cool inflatable throne looking thing. The party attendant was very friendly and cheerful. It didnt feel cramped nor hurried. The only negative I had was that the throne was dingy and the color was being rubbed out. The kids didnt notice it care and had a blast. I didnt use the bathrooms, but my wife said they were dirty. It wasnt a bad experience. In fact, the kids had a good time. From the parents perspective, though, it seemed like there was plenty of room for improvement. Some simple safety and cleaning would go a long way. A little time and a big ladder when the place is closed to tidy up the exposed insulation would also go a long way. Well still come for birthday parties, but we wont be booking them for our kids.

I hosted my daughters birthday party here and I hate this place from the booking experience to the actual party. On party day, they started our party 15 mins late, they gave us the access to the room where birthday cake and food is served almost 25 mins late. Now, the interesting part, they brough wrong pizzas and we are trying to get our guests situated and host is just trying to rush every single thing. They immediately forced us to cut the cake and after that when guests tried to eat we found out that we got all non-vegetarian pizzas but we ordered veg pizzas. Since I had most vegetarian guests they had nothing to eat now. Funny thing, the party host rather than apologizing or trying to find a solution, just said it is what it is and its not their responsibility. But, I gave food order to pump-it-up, why is it not their responsibility? Manager their suggested that we should have checked the food earlier but we got access to the room like 10 mins ago and their host was pushing and rushing to get cake cut started. Additionally, I feel that its Pump-it-ups responsibility to make sure that food that they are managing is correct. I simply requested, that we are provided what I ordered and my guests can eat it and we can go. I dont mind waiting for 20-30 mins, but Pump-it-up declined. They even declined me to get something from next door stating that I dont have enough time. (BTW, even by this time I never heard an apology). They finally offered me to reduce the cost of the pizzas but here is the dang thing, they already ruined my reputation and party. I came there so I dont have to arrange things and things go smooth. The most interesting part of the experience, they literally threw us out 5 mins before the party was supposed to end, which means we got 20 less mins of party time of 2 hours we paid for. They didnt even ask if we are done or want to open gifts or anything. They just started moving everything out. This is all while, I was telling host we started 15 mins late, they didnt care. Manager there said, that their GM would call me later to have a chat about the experience and after 2 weeks, I have not gotten any calls. Guys, save yourself, and skip this place. They have decent play area but their process and staff is so bad that its not worth it.

We got to the party venue on time, but wasnt let into the first party room until about 10 minutes after the party start time, because the staff was still getting the room ready. They still ended the party on scheduled time, basically making us lose ten minutes because they were not ready. We purchased the Balloon drop add on which clearly states online that over a hundred balloons will be dropped from the ceiling onto the kids. However, the actual balloon drop that was set up consisted of about 25 balloons and was very underwhelming. I asked our helper why there were so few balloons when its supposed to be over a hundred and he just shrugged. When checking out I let the reception know and they told me the website was probably outdated, that they dont do that anymore. If so, this should be clearly stated on the website, instead of misrepresenting and getting people to pay for something that is not provided. Our package is supposed to include photos taken by the staff, but we werent given any, and the one staff that was in the room during the party was pretty disinterested in helping anyone with anything. We have hosted at Pump It Up before, but wont be back or recommend to anyone because it doesnt seem like a trustworthy business.

The entire experience was amazing!! Booking was super easy, the confirmation call was helpful, and the actual party was incredible. The pricing is fair (which we really appreciated). Every employee we worked with was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We loved having the self-contained areas and even received compliments from other parents for this structure. Kids from 1-5 years of age had a blast! The party helpers always had a smile and were great with the kids. We loved that they helped the kids get hand sanitizer before pizza/cake time, and they served the kids as well. It allowed for the parents to relax and actually enjoy some food and conversations with other parents. They even helped us load everything into the car at the end. Everything about Pump It Up was extremely organized and it allowed us to actually enjoy the celebration as parents of the birthday boy!!

Fun option for kids birthday. Its nice and self-contained. Most soft play planes are open to the public and can be a mess. This is a nice option if you want it to be just for your party. They have lots of different activities and its a large place so even with a bigger party, it doesnt feel overly crowded. My only warning is that while the party areas are quite large, the party room for food is pretty small. There were not enough seats for everyone.

I like how you get to move room to room with your group and arent bothered by people you dont know and it makes it feel really private. We were here for a party, overall it went ok the concept is neat. However the schedule was so tight that there wasnt room for anything meaning that the birthday girl had to open presents instead of eating cake with her friends. Parties should have a little bit more wiggle room. There was also overlap and some disorganization that led to the party starting late which put the party we were attending on a tighter timeline. Again some wiggle room in schedules would have helped instead of an assembly line of parties. We also noted a couple of safety concerns. Emergency exits were blocked behind the bounce houses which led to concerns about the overall safety of the facility.

Had my sons party there yesterday, and all the kids had a great time. A few even said it was the best party ever! I agree. It was easy to book, and the best part is that each party is self-contained, as one mom mentioned to me. You dont have a huge room full of kids from different parties running all over the place. The time of two hours was just enough for the kids to play hard and eat. It was definitely chaos, but organized, contained chaos. Thanks for making it easy!

We ve been here a few times but this was our first time booking a birthday party here. We decided to give it a try for our 3 year old. Sounds nice to have the staff take care of everything for the most part. You just show up and be present for the party without a whole lot of worry or responsibility. What parent wouldnt want that! Well in party room A, the first room we went into we found a sharp razor blade on the landing mat that the kids were landing on after sliding down the huge slide. A razor blade!! Of course we went and showed the staff immediately, spoke to a manager about it but they really didn t seem to care. Didn t even apologize or anything, just told us construction had been going on previously, but that was it. As for our party host, this job didn t seem to be for him. He was very slow moving, didn t talk at all. Didn t say when it was time to eat, open presents or sing happy birthday. On the website it says your party host takes care of serving the food and drinks and we had to help him out, he didn t take initiative and tell us when we could open the presents or sing happy birthday to the birthday boy. At 6 minutes before our party was scheduled to end he said we had 6 minutes to open presents and be out of the room. So this was super rushed as you can imagine, and basically kicked us out right at 3:40. For the amount of money we paid and the disregard for the childrens safety and us parents concern about the sharp razor blade found, I would say I wouldn t recommend a party here.

We are newish to the area and weren t sure where to have my son s 4th birthday party. We had it before at Chuck-E-Cheese and weren t really impressed. I found Pump It Up online and it seemed to be a fun place for a party. One of the things I most appreciated is how we were able to have a private party, especially with Covid the way it is. This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly chill and nice. We LOVED the glow room!! All the party packages were nicely detailed so you knew exactly what you were getting. It was a blast not only for the kids, but the adults!! My son has not stopped talking about his party and keeps asking if he can have another one soon I don t write a lot of reviews but this totally deserves one with 5 stars! Edited to add and remove a star: I am in the process of planning my daughters birthday party this year and wanted to have it again at Pump it Up. For some reason, the price of the balloon drop more than doubled since last year. Im pretty disappointed to see this because I dont understand the price increase. The kids at our party cleaned up and refilled the balloon drop net after they played with the balloons. I thought the original price was perfect since it doesnt take much time or effort for the employees.-- We had my daughters 5th birthday party here and we loved it! The kids (and some of the adults) had so much fun! The first employee who helped in the two play rooms was ok, but the one who helped in the party/food room was awesome. I wish we could have decided how tips were divided instead of giving one amount and having it split between them. Also, the free pictures seemed like a great idea, but the camera quality is awful. Im not removing a star because most party places do not offer free pictures and their prices are similar. I almost wish they didnt offer this at Pump it Up because then I would have brought my own camera instead. Also, the bubble machine was only on for (what seemed like) a few minutes and the kids werent really interested. Not worth the extra money, in my opinion. Overall, I recommend having a party here and we will be back, but now I know about these details to plan better next time.

Went with the nephew today only to find that they have scheduled times for birthday parties and public use. Staff was unsure of when the next public time was and I had to squeeze it out of them to find out if that information is available online (it is). We took a quick tour to see if it s something we d like to try at an appropriate time. It looked a bit plain. I d say it s a great place to host or attend a birthday party, but there are much better options for a casual afternoon with your little ones.

So much fun! We attended the NYE Balloon Drop. The place was clean, the employees were super friendly. The employees were around for help/questions and they were having fun as well so it really set a good mood, good atmosphere! And the price was great.

This is our 4th time having a party at Pump it up. I can say with absolute certainty that it will be our last time having a party here. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. We booked the Ultimate 18 party which included party favors and balloon drop. My son was very excited about the balloon drop. Well the balloon drop didnt happen because Natalie, our attendant, failed to confirm what our party package included. They tried to make it up by having the balloon drop after the second room which cut into our time in the party room. Then come the party room with our next attendant, Isiah. Half the time he was standing around doing nothing. So the parents were the ones who passed out the cake and pizza. The worst part of it all was when he totally forgot all the party favors, included in the Ultimate 18 package, in the closet until after the party was over! Just an absolute disaster of a birthday party. Thanks Pump it Up. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of my experience. I will say Alex at the front desk was nice and helpful. He did his best to mitigate the situation.

We had our daughters first birthday here. Now, its not very age appropriate, but what sold me was that we could play with her. Most of our party guest were older, so it was age appropriate for them. Our daughter still had a lot of fun going down slides and such with everyone. We also got the bubbles added to our package. It felt like they were not on for long, so I was sad. From the moment we walked in the door everything went smooth, we did not have to worry about a thing. They brought us the cart to put everything on. While we played, they set up the party room. Our party coordinator did pull my husband and I into the party room to make sure it was set up okay. She also asked us how we wanted the party room sequence to go (pizza, cake, presents, ect.). Once we got to the party room, our party coordinator was kept track of the time, so she let me know when we needed to move on to the next thing. All the workers were very friendly and looked like they enjoyed theyre jobs. They worked as a team to make sure the whole party process went smooth.

No hassle, no fuss venue for kids birthday parties. Staff are always positive, And good with the kids. Plenty of parking, and easily accessible during the times when youre likely to have a birthday party. Still holding out hope that they will expand and add an adult section. Seriously though, after 3 years of parties for our daughters circle of friends,, we only have good things to say.
