I recently attended a kids 1st birthday here. The family rented out this event space and decorated it themselves. It was perfect for this type of party because the venue provided the table and chairs and you can just set up and clean up without having the hassle of using your home. It has a tall ceiling and plenty of parking. Nice option for a club house to rent out in the Sugar Land area.
