NO AC!!! 300 people in that building!! NO AIR CONDITIONING!! That was my Saturday night. Its ABSURD that this facility is charging $6 for a 12oz bottle of water and YET cannot provide AC! The dance floor has terrible cracking so be CAREFUL! Ive always heard Hacienda was trash. . . this confirmed it. . . . Embarrassing. Eww. I would be pissed if I paid THOUSANDS of dollars to have my event here and not have AC in 100+ weather. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The air conditioner does not work in this facility. They will tell you it is or other excuse. Expensive drink menu. Bathrooms are ok. Huge Spider web cracks on the dance floor be careful with that. Staff is friendly. Security is ok. Clear rules at entrance. Parking is not very user-friendly. Management is not on-site to address any issues.

Customers/presenters beware! Don t recommend attending an event or renting this facility. Attended an event this past weekend and it was extreme hot in venue. A/C was not turned on until after guests arrived. All the guests were excessively sweating, uncomfortable and several left due to unbearable heat. Management was asked several times to adjust a/c and apparently it was adjusted by staff. Individuals could end up with a heat stroke due or lead to other health complications bc of careless decisions made by owners/management. Mens dress shirts were drenched in sweat and all guests were fanning themselves throughout evening. Heat was unbearable. We could have been cooler outside when the sun went down verses inside the building. Actually venue looks to not be equipped with proper cooling/ventilation system. Definitely not a reputable way to operate a business. It s unethical to operate under these circumstances. I will never attend an event at this facility nor do I recommend to anyone. Save your money and use it towards a different venue who values their business and customers. I truly rate venue a zero star. Renters be aware and presenters.

Attended a sweet 16 this past weekend and not only did they refuse to turn on the AC in the venue BEFORE the party started so that it wouldn t be extremely hot when guests arrived, but once they finally decided to turn it on they would not lower it below 77 degrees. It was over 110 degrees outside and the temperature inside the venue was HOT. Not a little warm it was HOT. U were sweating and extremely uncomfortable just sitting down and eating your food. The sweet 16 ended at 2AM & it stayed HOT up until that time. The heat was suffocating in there the entire time. They keep doing this to people and someone is going to end up having a heat stroke inside their venue and suing them. This isn t the first time they do this at an event and I am sure that it wont be the last. To keep it THAT hot inside a venue full of people only to sell $6 water bottles is not only greedy but extremely irresponsible. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

Do not purchase a VIP table... This venue does not provide anything additional for the $500 table. It was awful! Plus I bought some merchandise and attempted to take it to my vehicle and was not allowed! The security guard said he would hold it for me and by the end of the night, they could not find my shirt. We did enjoy Parker McCollum! The only thing that needs to be addressed is I purchased VIP ADA seating for my 14 year old daughter who is in a wheelchair. There was literally no way to see the stage the way y all had It set up we were in the standing VIP pit a little cage area was blocked off for us but all you saw was peoples butts as we were behind all of them. There was also no seating for her guest and when I purchased it said seats. If I would have known how we would have been stuck behind looking at peoples butts I would have purchased cheaper tickets in order to have a better view!

Drove 2 hrs for the Parker McCollum concert last night. Little did we know that general admission would be the absolute worst ticket to buy. Alllll the way in the back of the outside theatre. Its large and has a large stage.... the dance floor is rough. The restrooms needed attending as far as soap and hand drying. Drinks are high! But, it does hold the intended parties well and the exposed beams and stone work is rustic and charming. I should have grabbed some pics from the work Christmas party that was held there.

The place is nice. Large, clean restrooms. Good security at this place. Plenty of parking for lots of people here with handicap parking available. The biggest and maybe only downside to this place is having to buy drinks here. Beer, 6 dollars a pop I understand. But a can of soda, or a bottle of water cost $5.00 each. That is a little steep.

Para otra no pagaré VIP que no vale la pena ni el dinero porque no ay nada de importancia por pagar más. UPDATE 09/30/21 Gave this place the benefit of the doubt and yet again they disappointed. I attended the Maluma/Steve Aoki Concert and this was by far the worst concert I have ever been to. They said doors open at 6:30 p.m., we waited in line until about 8:30ish, was let inside to learn we had to wait in another line to go outside until about 10:00 p.m. Finally got outside to the concert area to have a huge tent blocking the stage view and waiting another 2 hours without entertainment for Maluma to come out and play for 1 hour mind you Steve Aoki never made it to the stage. Travelled 6+ hours each time but will NEVER go back. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE AS IM SURE BY MOST OF THE REVIEWS NO ONE IS EVER HAPPY WITH THEIR EXPERIENCE!

The place is cool but the Maluma and Steve Aoki concert was trash. The doors opened over an hour late from advertised. And after waiting outside we also had to wait inside for another hour before they let us step outside where the even was supposed to take place. Maluma didnt started to sing for another hour after they let us step outside. We waited without music while the staff was taking the stage apart. And Steve Aoki didnt even perform. I was really dissapointed with the venue. I will never go there again or recommend this venue to anyone.

If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. First of all I drove 10 hours to see Rauw Alejandro for them to completely scam us. We called multiple times asking when he was going to perform and they stated multiple times that he would perform at 12. We showed up to the concert ON TIME, and he was already gone... We were lied to and never got to see him. When going to fix the issue the entire staff up front laughed at us. When asked to speak to the owner of the Event Center the female worker, I believe her name is Africa Karem, laughed over the phone. After this absurd interaction, anytime we called they would answer and then hang up on us while cackling in laughter and taunting us. We were promised a refund the next day and never got it. We called again and the girl told us we sounded super desperate for our money, of course we were, we paid 200+ dollars Fernando, the manager took his title to another level acting like he was god when he isnt. He was the one who offered us a refund for the next day, to then be told he doesnt have the power to do this. I called again today and Alejandra another worker, laughed at our situation and stated it wasn t her problem that we drove 10 hours, which isn t but some empathy would be nice after everything that has happened! This place is super unprofessional and I would not recommend, save your money!!!

I paid $1300 for a VIP table just to let GA admission into our section without anything being done. Also, their card machine went out becaus they don t get service out there (which happens quite often) when trying to buy beverages so we didn t get beverages for the night. On top of that, we got soaked in beer because security was so lagged that people were able to actually THROW beer cans all over the place. They were hitting people in the back, the head, the face . If you re going to spend this much $$ I recommend you spend it at a place that s actually worth it. NOT HACIENDA.
