Went to Panda Express for the first time & my experience was horrible. Macey at the window was very rude to me, she acted as if she was annoyed that I was ordering.. - I was very nice & patient as this was my first time ordering. I think she was irritated that I wasn t sure on what I wanted at first. I asked if she was ok & she closed the window in my face. It s sucks going somewhere to eat & experience bad customer service

Friendly staff and good food. Had an older gentleman cooking. Someone who would look like my dad cooking and talking in Chinese. That s a +1 for me when he was tossing food in a giant wok and had that fire flowing. My order was delayed because they ran out of orange chicken and they got it cooked pretty quick in next batch and it was really good.

Dont usually post or make bad reviews on any kind of QSR spots, BUT COME ON. A single mother who had a long day at work just trying to grab something quick but good would expect better from a place that runs double the price of mcds. I would assume I could count on Panda to feed my kids a decent meal... Instead I got two cabbage and broccoli kids meals with a side of beef and noodles. If I wanted my children to eat like vegans I would not be buying from Panda. All I had asked for was a day off from cooking and turns out I still had to cook because my children had a kids meal from here that basically turned out to be a snack. Then when I tried to call so they could make it right, no answer. Possibly in the kitchen prepping more vegan kids meals for their next carnivore family.... Not at all worth the drive, effort, money or time.

They hire disrespectful employees. I went to get a pick up order made and paid online. When I got there I asked her about the food and I told her the name which is not a common name but she refused to give me the food that I have already paid for. I told her that me daughter made the order and she is busy at the moment and that I had coming to this branch for almost ten years doing the same thing. She insisted not to give it to me. When the manager came, he just supported her without understanding or without trying to calm the client as it happens everywhere and all the time. I wish they can pick theirs employees and when hired they need to teach them how to deal with customers.

Food is good. But!!! 9/10 times, they forgot to put the teriyaki sauce packet to my order of teriyaki grilled chicken when driving thru. The entry name is teriyaki grilled chicken though. Sometimes, the clerk in the drive thru window immediately disappears after hand me the order, so I have to walk in the front to get the packet. Fried rice is undercooked.

Although this may be very Americanized Chinese takeout its pretty good to say the least this location is very clean, The staff is very helpful, and very patient while customers take their time making order selections. The food isnt always consistent which is why I gave the review a four star, but most times its pretty okay. The area surrounding the drink fountain always seems to be disorganized, not really a fan of everybody being able to touch all the drink lids just to secure the cup, But their selections are always in stock, and the fountain itself seems to be very clean. Also that seasonal apple pie egg roll dessert thing is sooo good, not sure if this is at all locations or if its a franchise thing but its good. Dietary restrictions: Doesnt really have much options for vegetarians or vegans.

I had place an order at this location and when I realized I couldn t pick it up I decided to cancel it by calling since I wasn t able to cancel it through my phone. I called multiple times and i don t know if there phones aren t working but they never answered even though I called more then 20 times. I had no choice but to go to the store after all, when I get there the lady was rude when I told her I had a mobile order and yes I told her about them not picking up and all she had to say about it is that they can be busy sometimes. I get it the busy part but you are running a business and also have 6 other employees in that shift you are telling me no a single one of them can pick up the phone. Overall I had my order at the end but this place could do better.

I had to wait 20min for my food because they were out but no problem I waited went up 3 times asking aboub my food i was waiting for Kung Pao Chicken... Whn I finely got my food it had like 3 tablespoons of peanuts so I got bk up to tell them and thy all started arguing with me and a girl named Mei was very rude to me and thy would not help me going back and forth with me I had asked if thy could take all of the peanuts off my bowl because I had more peanuts than meat thy kept arguing with me then thy all started talking in the language looking at me seemed like thy were talking about me and a lady Named Abby grabbed my bowl bent down and started taking half my food off my bowl but whn I made the order thy had already put my chow mein in white rice in my bowl it was less than warm I was not going to get up again so i just waited till my sister was finished eating and I through my food away but before I left I told Abby tht I really apologize because I was not trying to argue with thm I left feeling so bad because I had taken my sister the to eat and I was bragging about the restaurant

I like to come to this location with my family because they always have fresh food. But I dont think Ill go back because the soda machine has mold and it really disgusted me, and theres a lot of dust where the soda lids are. If they dont clean outside where it is visible to customers, I can imagine how dirty inside where they prepare the food.

I had a very strange experience at this place. I went to pay for my food and the gentleman behind the counter said sorry we are out of change, is it okay if I dont give it to you? after accepting my money. I asked him to clarify his question and asked if he meant he wanted me to give him change. He said no, we are out of change, well I have to go and walk over to get some change so... I was speechless. Also, something was off with the taste of the food.

Today I decided to choose Panda express for lunch! Big mistake!!! To say I was disappointed is an understatement! The entire order was a disappointment,food wasnt cold but it wasnt hot either! I always order a two entrée plate,double orange chicken with chow mien! Today I decided to order the orange chicken n beef and broccoli,to my disappointment the orange chicken looked like small pieces of chicken broken up,barley any orange sauce on it! The beef n broccoli was just about all broccoli and a few pieces of beef! I felt as tho I was eating broccoli from the week before,many pieces looked brown and flimsy! I was in disbelief! To top it off the chow mien was cut up in very small pieces! $13.00 dollars and some change later to top it off! Never again!!!!

This is the worst manage Panda Express Ive ever been. Our order was placed online 50 minutes ago and we still had to wait 20 minutes to receive our food when we arrived. Everytime I go to this panda express, this cashier is always there and she always ALWAYS has an issue with something. This time i asked for an extra straw bc the one she gave me was ripped and she said real loud OH MY GODDDD! And handed me the straw, these are screenshots from a video where you can clearly hear her complaining. She has no customer service at all. If shes so annoyed by customers asking for things like straws then go work somewhere else oh wait maybe she hasnt found another job cause of her poor attitude. Smh

My memory of Panda Express was way better than todays reality. After wanting to stop for a couple years owing to that fondness, I did today. I was disheartened by the absolutely bland food and small portions. A mountain of tasteless rice accompanied 1/8 cups each of Broccoli Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. I also got an egg roll of sadness. . At least the fountain soda was mixed right. The fitting cookie had a really nice fortune, so there was that. . The prices were appropriate for an airport. This was a terrible value. . And yet, the drive through line was long, as was the line inside. Who are these people to eagerly await this food? Who am I to question them, since I was also in the line? I dont make this mistake again.
