My kids love this place. It is very clean and I love that they give you a token for snacks afterwards. Makes leaving just a little bit easier. I also like the stations they have for the kids to discover or learn about different subjects weekly. Even my oldest who is about to turn 8 loves this place and is still not tired of this place!! Amazing to me haha

Wonderful place, very clean, lost of fun things to do! The worker was SO good with the kids and helpful with my 1 yr old while my 3 yr old needed help painting. I cant wait to go back!

My two little kiddos had the best time. They loved everything Play Street had to offer. It was our first time and we definitely look forward to coming again. The smiles on their faces lasted a lot longer than just our playtime. Thank you for a wonderful, clean, and cool experience.

We had our babys first birthday party here, and all of our guests had the best time. Even the 10 year old kids had a blast! The party host was extremely helpful in setting up, cleaning up, and making sure everything went smoothly. We opted to add an additional 30 minutes to our party time which I highly recommend.

We had an AMAZING birthday party, our hosts Samantha & Kayden went above and beyond my expectation. I have had birthday parties at different places, similar in concept to Play Street Museum; but none of provided the level of service and compassion towards making my daughters birthday the absolute best. Samantha was a natural with all the kids, she was wonderful and such a big help! I had not been to this specific location prior to the party, I was worried at first what to even expect - it was more than perfect, great location and all my guests had a blast. I cant wait till we celebrate there again next year!

They have a SNAKE that is OUT WHILE THE CHILDREN ARE PLAYING!! The lady working had the snake slithering around one of her hands while she was picking up toys with the other. I expressed my fear of snakes and concern for the snake being out of its cage and she did not care or do anything about it. When we went to check out, I asked where the snake was and she said it was in a paper bag at the register. I asked if the snake would always be there and she said yes. It is one thing to have a reptile in its cage for children to look at. It s completely different to have someone bringing a snake next to you and your child without your consent while they are cleaning. In addition to not having my consent to bring a live, uncaged snake near my child, I can t imagine that this is at all sanitary for the play area. I was in such disbelief at the situation that I went home and double checked the waiver I signed and the website. There is no mention of an uncaged snake while toddlers were playing whatsoever. The place is very cute, but we will absolutely not be back. I am still horrified over the snake.

I love that it s suited for both 1 year and up, especially having kids like me with a 4 year age gap, it just works out perfect for them both to enjoy. It s not so chaotic, and it doesn t feel dirty in there like most indoor play places. I love the token and snack idea they have, and that they have gluten free options. They even have a live snack that the kids can look at and touch whenever brought out. I ve been to many indoor play places, but this is the best one!

Sam was great. She interacted with the kids and made the experience even better than it was. You could tell a few things were broken/missing, but the kids didnt mons and they still had a blast. My 2yo was obsessed with the recycling truck!

Beautiful place, very clean. If your kid is younger than 20 months you gotta keep your eyes open. My 16 month old fell a few times but nothing crazy. Over all we had a good time.

The little ones LOVED this place. They were super excited about the entire play time. And I loved it because it was small enough that I could relax in one place and watch them run from one experience to another. Thank you for this awesomeness. Also, the young lady that was working was very friendly and helpful, her customer service skills are perfect for this job.

Wow! This place is super neat, and very clean! There was only one worker there, Samantha, and she was AMAZING! In between tidying up and answering phone calls, she was interacting with the kiddos. She was so sweet to my kiddos, and was very patient with my middle child who had a melt down during slime making. Thank you, Samantha!

Hosted my son s birthday party here this past weekend and everything went so well. The owner was always super responsive leading up to the party, price was very reasonable, the day-of staff was helpful, and everyone had the best time. This museum is always super clean and organized, my family enjoys our time here and we will be returning often. Many other families that attended the birthday had similar sentiments, all around a great time and great choice for Birthday parties!

My 1.5 year old daughter had a lovely time. We were a little apprehensive as shes only recently started walking and is quite little. However, she had an amazing time, full of interactive activities and exhibits. Both my husband and I also had a wonderful time there, being involved in her playtime.

Didnt know until I arrived they operate by appointment slots. Thats actually nice because it decreases overcrowding The play area was very clean and the staff is constantly putting the toys back to keep the appearance neat. There are different options for the kids to explore which my daughter loved. Its great for kids to play and explore their imagination without having to fight for space.

We love PSM-Sugar Land! I have two sons, a 3 year old and a 3 month old. We go almost weekly and my toddler never gets bored or tired of it. In fact he enjoys it so much he still asks to go and gets excited when we do. Chudney is the owner. Her, her family, and her staff could not be more kind and hard working. They are either helping customers, answering phone calls or picking up/cleaning toys. Speaking of cleaning, they keep PSM so clean. Which is hard to do considering how many kids and adults go through there on a daily basis. We cannot recommend Play Street Museum in Sugar Land enough!

So clean and organized and they make a point to go around and spiff up every hour or so. I prefer this location to my more local Fulshear PS. We ve gone twice, once for a party and another time for a play date. It s a bit of a drive so I won t be able to make it often but if you live nearby definitely make use of this fun place.

My son had a blast at the Sugar Land location. I originally made a reservation for the 10:30am slot, but we all woke up earlier than planned, so the staff were really great at accommodating us for the 1st slot at 8:30am. He absolutely loved the train set! Highly recommend. And they only charge for the child, not adults, so that was a plus! :)

We had the best experience having my newly-3 year olds birthday party at Play Street Museum - Sugar Land. Heather was an amazing hostess who was helpful and kind. This was such a relaxing party. The kids were contained, happy, safe and there was no chance anyone would be able to wander off. We were allowed to bring in our own food, drink, cake and decor. Parents were able to socialize while the kids played. It was lovely having the entire venue to ourselves. This is rarely an affordable option at party venues so it made everything extra special to know all the faces in the room. We will recommend PSM - Sugar Land to our friends!

There is a poor Tortoise housed in its enclosure all alone. Very vruel. I went to this location today with my daughter and her friends. The set up was really cute and seemed to catch the attention of the kids. There was nothing wrong about the place itself. The reason I give 1 star is because of the Live Tortoise in the kids veterinarian play area. I thought it is inhumane to keep this beautiful, intelligent and innocent animal trapped in a glass aquarium of sorts built into the wall.. It is all alone and in my opinion has no business being there solely for the entertainment of the kids. If the owners want to keep it. I would like to request them to keep it in a bigger, more appropriate enclosure along with a partner Tortoise I am only posting this in the hopes that some justice is done to the quality of life of this animal, that also deserves to live well.

We had Birthday party at this location from 11.30 to 13.00 with set up time starting at 11.00. We didnt get any pleasure, only stress. I know that our guests are always late. Thats why I told them to come at 11.00 knowing that they will arrive by 11.15 - 11.30. The problem was that someone replied over the phone that the guests are not allowed during the set up time. I just imagined the picture - people will come at 11.15 and they will not be allowed to come inside. Thats why later I told them to come at 11.30. As the result everyone came at 12.00. And everything was in a rush. No pleasure at all. I was just running between the people. Later I figured out that it is ok if the children are playing during the set up time. There is no good coordination. Anyway, it was our first and the last time in this location. The only advantage is the location is very clean. Probably, playtime should be fine there, but I dont recommend to have any birthday parties there.

Checked this place out today. The owners were so sweet and the facility was very clean and well kept. We loved that the different stations had ceilings/openings tall enough where we had to duck just a bit versus completely crouching down like weve had to in some other play places. The train set, recycle truck and other stations/set ups were impressive. If you have little ones that love imagination play, highly recommend!

Came here for a birthday party and everything was nice until the end, they gave us the bums rush stating they had another party on their way. While I understand they have to prepare for the next group they really should space out the parties a little more to account for some running a bit longer. Employees also seemed disinterested and like they didn t want to be there. Luckily my kids had fun so ultimately that s what matters to me but I wouldn t come back.

My kids had a blast here! There s something for everyone, my kids ages are 7, 3, and 1 and they each loved it and played the whole time. They are diligent about cleaning and it s refreshing to see! The owner is very kind and we had a great experience. It s on the smaller side, but my kids found plenty to do. The toys and play space seem very sturdy and well-crafted. Try to reserve online before you go so you can maximize playtime. We will definitely be back!

My kids and I loved our first time here. We will definitely be returning. I appreciate the time blocks- we walked in to a very neat and ready to play area- and when our time was up my toddlers happily left with everyone. There were no tears or tantrums which was amazing! As a former teacher, can I truly appreciate how important play opportunities like these are.

Brought our 4 year old and 2 year old here on a Saturday. Great environment, love the crafts and activities that kept our kids engaged. It was a safe space we could let our kids explore, play, and be themselves. It was fun to see their excitement, and see their imagination flourish in each of the little buildings/shops. 5/5 stars - HIGHLY recommend.

Great for kids: Excellent play area and lots of space to play. Very clean! Reason why I gave a 4 stars it s because I honestly wish they would have the option for open play instead of having a limit of time for the kids to play and the price is a bit too high for only 1.5 hours of play compared to the other locations that offer open play for the same or cheaper price.
