If you are planning on filing bankruptcy, please read this. My wife and I have been on a downhill slide for a couple years now. We were in good shape for some time paying all of our debts until the recent couple years. It was to the point every single paycheck was spoken for. Even the ones that havent even been worked for yet. We were spending over $5000 a month just trying to stay afloat. Throwing money away just keeping from loosing collateral to title loans. We had multiple Payday loans, title loans, bank loans and every secured/unsecured debt imaginable. Credit cards stayed maxed out. We were beginning to make deferments on vehicles. I also began to have heart issues so bad because of the stress it sent me to the emergency room. Now add medical bills to the list. Alot of questions come up about having to file bankruptcy and I found myself trying to learn from the internet, which is not a good thing to do. Even Mr. Lively said to refrain from doing so. His many years of experience has helped me understand and trust the process more. Now that I have filed chapter 13, the stress has gone away, the only phone calls I get are scammers and spoof calls. We can finally manage our finances and plan on coming out of bankruptcy with a clean slate. Mr. Lively placed us in a repayment plan that works so much better than what we were doing. I was also in fear of loosing assets such as vehicles and motorcycles that I have worked so hard for many years to acquire. A big thank you to Mr. Lively and Mindy for helping get us back on track. I highly recommend him and his staff. In closing, dont be afraid of filing like we were. It was the best financial decision I have ever made. Your nerves will thank you.

Bill Lively has changed my life for the better. I was in immense fear and panic because a creditor had a judgment against me and was threatening receivership and to seize my bank account. I couldnt sleep and I was truly in terror. Attorney Lively contacted me back immediately and began to allay my fears. I met with him and we discussed my options. Such a kind and personable man. And so knowledgeable to help me. After filing Chapter 13 he called the ruthless creditor and all harassment stopped. I can sleep again. I put my money back in my checking account. I visited with Mr Lively a couple of months ago reference to a real estate transaction I had previously entered into. Mr Lively told me up front that my situation was not one he was really knowledgeable in; however, he mentioned something that had never been mentioned by the four or five lawyers I had previously contacted. That slight mention ended up saving me over $250,000 and a long court battle. All I can say is that he took the time to listen to this 80 year old lady and really seemed into in what I was saying. Although he was not my first choice for a lawyer, it turned out he was my best choice and I will forever be grateful

Mr. Lively has been my attorney for over a year now. He stepped in and took on my case when I let the previous attorney go for misleading me. He did not receive one dime from me upfront (due to the case already being filed - but his down payment fees are very reasonable). He still treated my case with expertise and professionalism. Since day one, Mr. Lively has been articulate and forthright in his direction and advice. I had an opportunity to witness Mr. Lively during hearings for a day. All I can say is WOW! He clearly stood out from the other attorneys presenting that day. I was proud he was representing me. He was knowledgeable and effective with the various cases handled that day.
