I hired this lawyer 2 years ago and he did not do anything for him. I paid him 1,000 and quickly fired him. TWO YEARS LATER he sent me a letter in the mail saying we must pay him 1500 or he will put my husband into collections. Be very careful for this attorney. He is a scammer

I had a week until my court date and Brady and his team took on my case. I didn t have much money and they worked with me to set up a payment plan when other lawyers would require the fee up front for their services. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me. They are very professional and very thorough. They answered every questions I had for them. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to. I have them on speed dial on my phone because of how quick they respond back. Thank Mr. Pendleton and a huge shout out to Lisa and the rest of the team. I would give them more stars but 5 is all they have.

Sadly I needed a divorce lawyer. Mr. Pendleton represented me, but my now-ex and I were able to agree on everything and only use this one lawyer. He was respectful to the ex and honest and took care of everything for us. Made this such an easy and quick deal. Mr. Pendleton was available via calls and emails and answered all questions thoroughly and respectfully. I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and helped us with what not to waste time on and what was important to include in the decree for both of us. He also happened to be the most affordable out of 6 lawyers I called. (There was another around same cost but she was hateful toward my ex in first phone call and that wasn t at all what I was looking for, I wanted someone respectful and understanding of both sides and the kids and Mr. P was all that.)

From the beginning, I had full confidence in Bradys competence, knowledge, professionalism, and determination to get things done. Although I would have loved a dismissal (who wouldnt?), there were too many items stacked against me. Given that, I believe Brady negotiated the best possible plea for me. It will be relatively painless, though of course the charges never stop. In that regard, I think Bradys fee was extremely reasonable and worth every penny.

Brady was very reassuring every step of the way. He filed a motion to suppress, which was denied, but allowed the judge to review some video. Brady was also able to get the charge reduced from a class A misdemeanor to a class B misedemeanor. He really went the extra mile to help. Very professional. Anyone living in The Stephenville area, and need a great attorney, need not shop around. Go with Brady.
