It was great. The server was polite and friendly, expedient, and most importantly, accurate. My family and I enjoyed our fried pickles, onion rings, Ceasar Salad, Baja Shrimp Tacos, and tenders. It was an amazing day. Be sure to ask for Czaria. Shes the waitress that happily served us, and she did an outstanding job and deserves a raise. Also, the woman at the front today did great getting us seated quickly.

Jasmine was great as could be: our drinks never ran dry & our food never ran out! Regardless of how hectic the place became, she appeared with an ear to ear smile every time. If youre looking for a place to watch hard to find football games & like a good time - heres the spot to go around Stafford, TX. If you can, sit in Jasmines section - you wont regret it!!!

Ordered here for start of NFL season last week and was extremely disappointed. Ordered takeout/delivery and the food did not taste fresh at all. We got 30 wings, 20 buffalo shrimp. This is only my 3rd time getting food from this location in the last 2 years and I ve not been happy at all anytime I ve gotten food from here. Hooters used to be my go-to for wings but it s been very underwhelming and making it difficult for me to want to go back.

Decided to stop in last Friday 6/21 since its close to home, after not being there in years. We had a pleasant experience at a different location recently and thought wed give it another shot. Waited at the front for about 5 minutes to be seated with the place not having many people for it being a Friday at 5:40. Got seated and waited a good 10 minutes without anyone ever stopping by to offer water, to say theyd be with us shortly, nothing. Meanwhile, theres a group of 3 or 4 servers standing near the bar just chit chatting without a care in the world. We looked through the nasty, sticky menus while we waited and finally decided to leave. We shouldnt have to chase anyone down to wait on us. On the way out, we let the hostess know we were leaving since nobody ever came and she was like, oh okay, bye! Confirmed why we ever stopped coming in the first place, service has always been pretty bad. Not all Hooters are bad, but this one sucks. UPDATE: On July 1st, I went online and submitted my contact information per the owners request as a response to my review. Today is August 3rd, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Their response was to try saving face but they really dont care about customer experiences.

No hostes all 3 times ive came and same thing only 2 of us and said more than 45 min wait all 3 times so asked for mngr to see whats the problem and he was happy to say thats its more than an hour wait smh was happy to say that !instead of fixing the problem knowing ive had problems before so will never come to this location all 4 times smh

This hooters is great! I enjoy coming here for lunch and after work for some beers! I would recommend Sasha or Haleigh they are so nice and always check on you, not like other girls that will be on there phone, if the food takes long don t blame them blame the chef lol and the managers are awesome thank you David & Tia for making me feel like my 2nd home. I will definitely keep coming here.

Literally the day of Hurricane Beryl hitting us. This was one of the few places open. With a skeleton crew for staff they went above and beyond. From the manager, cooks, to the only bartender. They absolutely killed it and took every single order that walked in. We had a little bit of wait as expected with such small crew. But it was so worth it. The food did not miss, thank you all for feeding my little boys and me. You all deserve recognition for the amazing service. Thank you

Me and the wife went Sunday for dinner. Around 6pm. Only one waitress working in the restaurant. Took a long time to get service. After about 15 mins we got drinks and another 10-15 mins our appetizer showed up. Long wait. Food finally came and my fries tasted old and cold. My six piece order of wings, about 3 were barely warm. My burger was good. My wife s burger melt was good. And in the end our waitress couldn t be found for 15-20 mins. The host had to bring us our ticket. I love Hooters wings the best. But with service and food like this. I ll start going elsewhere.

Its sad to see such a strong franchise not holding up to its name. This store was nowhere near busy when we walked in but somehow the service was so bad it must have seemed like there wasnt an empty table in the house when there were actually only 4 tables being served. This reflects directly on upper management.

Been going to Hooters for 25 years, but now that might change. They have gone to a cheaper wing supplier and the wings are half the size now. Not joking. Some of them were half the size of my pinkie. The prices have gone in the other direction with the prices up by 30%. Hooters get the old wings back before we all fly away.

I went on Friday night (2/16th) to support my friend DJ Panda and had an awesome time. They have Happy Hour specials until 10 pm which includes $3 beer, $5 shots and drinks. The Bartender fixed my Kettle One vodka, tonic water, and lime drink just how I like it. I usually eat the Chipotle wings and fries. Lastly, DJ Panda had the house rocking. Customers were sending requests left and right, sending him shots, and vibing out to the plethora of songs he was playing. One guy at the bar kept yelling, FIRE IN THE HOLE ! So its safe to say, he was enjoying himself as well.

First and foremost, the server was rude and didn t even tell us her name. She rendered no greetings, secondly we ordered our drinks and before I could order the appetizer she turned and walked off. My brothers fries came out cold, sent it back to the kitchen, my wings came out cold and over fried, sent it back, a whole nearly 30 minutes late I got my wings and it s a totally different flavor. Waitress called the manager the first time I sent my wings back and she never came to our table. Until I requested her on the second mistake on my wings. And Tia the manager came up and didn t even say sorry for the horrible service. I explained to her each event and still her answer was we fixed it. And Allison the waitress has the most horrible customer service I ever had.

Waitresses lack personality s and smiles. The only nice one is the caucasian blonde. The rest aren t appealing to look at plus the terrible customer service I won t be returning. I walked into this Hooters location for dinner last week. I stood at the front area for around 5 minutes waiting to be seated and no one else was there waiting. The place was maybe half full. Staff would walk by all the time not making eye contact with me. Finally someone walked out and asked me if I was waiting for a pickup and I said no, I was there to be seated. She walked away and came back 2 minutes later to seat me at the SE corner of the restaurant. I sat there and again with no one paying attention to me. For about 10 minutes, nobody came to greet me, or take my drink order. I watched as staff walked by me multiple times. I just stood up and walked out of the restaurant. No one even noticed, lol. I wont be returning.

I will only be ordering from the Hooters in Katy. Brent at the Katy location was so helpful and empathic. The manager experience levels at the sugarland location are sub par. along with the food was not prepared appropriately and they took ZERO accountability. Hooters has decent wings. I got the 10 piece naked wings with samurai teriyaki sauce and blue cheese for the dip. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The chilli cheese fries were underwhelming. The chilli didnt taste fresh. The service is horrible, I have to say. I get it, its Hooters - I understand why men frequent the establishment but the servers are clearly not hired on skills related to urgent and diligent customer service. If the ladies dont see the potential of a big tip that can be swayed by flirting, then their attention is elsewhere. A lot of them just stand around chit chatting while tables are looking around waiting for drink refills. Definitely not a place to go to if youre looking to be taken care of as a customer. I think Id order my wings to go next time and spare myself the bad experience dining there. The parking lot has ample parking so finding a spot was not a problem. The Bombshells thats about to open next door will take all their business soon though.

Came here with a group and see why no one really comes here anymore. Went on a Wednesday during NBA Finals & Stanley Cup Playoffs. It wasnt busy, but no one at the front to greet or seat anyone (sign says wait to be seated). The waitress got our drink orders, and the drinks never came (30 minutes). Im not sure if she was actually trying to brew the beer herself, but I dont understand why it would take so long when multiple tables are empty to pop a top. While waiting, the NBA game was on 1 TV & the rest were on Chicago PD. Im not sure if it was an important marathon or if the manager was trying to catch up on some episodes, but from what I remember, Hooters used to be a spots bar. The waitress finally came back 30 minutes later and asked us what our drink order was again. Not sure whats happening at this spot, but with Bombshells opening next door, Ill bet my dollar this place is not gonna last. Sorry girls, yall better get yalls resumes together. RIP Hooter.....FYI, it wasnt a good Chicago PD episode.

Such a disappointing experience, treated my husband to hooters for his birthday and it was such a disappointment. We came today around 5pm, we each ordered wings and got a side of fries and cheese sticks. The food came out all together, and the apps were great! Once i bit into my wings, they were ICE cold. Our sauce was not even what we ordered on our wings. Allison came to our table a total of 2 times. She waited until our food was ready (15 minutes after ordering!!!) to bring our drinks. After leaving i IMMEDIATELY felt sick, i got a fever and had severe stomach issues-keep in mind i hadnt eaten anything prior. I see all the other reviews and responses from hooters apologizing about several bad experiences, but i do fully expect to be reached out to about this experience. I will be reaching out to a manager after 48 hours if there is no response!

Gave this location a second shot and I was disappointed again. I went on a Sunday around 2:30 which wasnt busy at all. Other than when the waitress brought my drink and food she only asked if I needed something else once. Thats when I decided to close my tab and even then she too forever to take my card even though she only had one other table. I eventually left cash and a 50% tip. She didnt deserve it but I liking leaving a generous tip wherever I go.

We recently moved from Galveston Island to the wonderful Sugarland are My daughter decided to go to Hooters so I said yes as in Galveston that was one of her favorite place to go for Wings and the shooter cakes. As soon as we walked to the building one of the waiters told as that the kitchen and bar closes at 11:30 but on the door sing say that the hours of operation is from 11:00AM to 12:00 We asked about why? She looked confused and didn t know what to say. This is a very disappointing experience for me and family. As I my self I work on the hospitality/restaurant business

You can tell they are going down fast . Food was cold and beer was flat . No Attention from service. You can tell staff Just doesn t want to be there . Ridiculously loud Tuba music that just does not fit the Environment . When you try to change the mood with a different song or a different vibe .Your song will be skipped and the tuba music will continue to play at even a louder Volume . Maybe that s why the place is almost empty even on a weekend night . Parking lot is not well lit . You can tell no one cares about the place anymore. Will not be surprised as soon as the new restaurant next door opens they will be closing There s . Don t waste your money go somewhere else That appreciates you as a Paying customer .

Nearly 10 minutes to get my first drink at the bar, clearly overserved guests rappin and cryin at the bar about bein a lone wolf, chairs that wobbled back and forth like they were gonna collapse, countertops riddled with old food, and burgers sold with no beef patties to boot. There was no presence of responsibility from any level of the staff and this place is only held up by the hooters brand. I shouldve stuck with my gut and walked right back out the moment I saw that the restaurant was nearly empty baring the 15 or so guests at 1030pm on a Friday night. Theres at least 2 Hispanic food/barspots nearby on the other side of the highway that are way better than whatever this was.

Update one year later: No change, this still probably the worst Hooters Ive ever been in, the staff just acts like theyre serving prison time . The food is always overcooked. God help them when Bombshells opens

The food was amazing and delicious our server not so much.... My husband literally had to wait his WHOLE meal to get a refill... He started timing after about 10 mins it took him atleast 20 minutes to get a refill. We have traveled a lot due to my husbands job and hooters is always some where we will go because usually the service is amazing and the food is great.... This is the first time we have ever experienced bad service at a hooters Im not sure if because we were a family she didnt want our table and she thought she could work her tables with just men for better tips or what happened the restaurant didnt seem to be very busy.... Its the first time in our lives we have left a small tip but no drink with wings is kinda a big issue ...

Fantastic service from Wendy,Barbie and Lisa!! Loved the Chicken wings and tasty fries too!! Great crowd of happy customers with similar smiles and enjoyment And its NOT the eye candy either, although its nice!! Plenty of family activities here while I was here and celebrating occasions! Fast and Prompt services from all!! Lotsa parking too.....

We had a great time here recently! Lindsey was our waitress... she was lovely, smiling and helpful with suggestions. The wings were yummy, Buffalo sandwich was good too. I will surely be back soon.

First time trying out hooters ever, was greeted by a lovely girl at the front desk who sat us down at our table and 2 minutes later our server came over and showed us the menu and took our order. We ordered 2 chicken grill burgers and 6 buffalo wings with 2 soft drinks. The food tasted very good and was very flavourful and the chicken was cooked well. The wings are also very good and tasty. The reason for the 4 stars is the wait time for our food to arrive but other than that the place is great and girls are lovely and our server was excellent!
