Dr Balarbar is on leave and nobody from her office will refill my medication I ve been taking for 6 years, the front office staff say it s because she is my doctor and the doctor covering for her has not seen me yet and will not renew my prescription without being seen. I ve talked to office nurses and secretaries and the soonest I could get an appointment is 3 months. It makes me really depressed to think that they don t offer me a better solution than just go without and suffer whatever consequences with no refills for my prescription because they have some principle to adhere to and they re so busy they can t see me sooner than 3 months from now. Their only principle is money, and certainly nothing to do with compassion or helping a patient who needs medical care. I have nothing to do but write a bad review, I feel so helpless and worthless and it makes me so angry. I think these doctors at Baylor Scott and White should have gone into another profession because they obviously have no concern for people.

Good doctor but she is very busy and hard to get in to see. Office communications between employees is awful. Would not recommend flower mound office.

This was my first visit and of all the doctors I ve ever gone to DR. BALARBAR was the most personable, down to earth, and genuinely concerned about me. Her assistant Crissty was also very kind and the 2 lab technicians that took my blood work and urine was so friendly, gentle and so so nice. I highly recommend this doctor and her associates. Wished I could give them all 6 Stars!

New patient here! I went to see Dr. Balarbar for a full physical and for primary care since I just switched insurances. She was so down to earth and welcoming and understood the health plan I wanted to go with and encouraged it!

Dr. Balarbar has such a professional yet compassionate bedside manner. She is very thorough in her exam and made recommendations for future procedures I may want to consider. She wasnt my primary doctor, but I felt very comfortable and at ease discussing my history and she was very observant and engaged. In the future, I will request Dr. Balarbar, not because Im not satisfied with my current physician, but because Dr. Balarbar is the right doctor for me at this point in my life.
