We loved this community until we lived here and met the horrible HOA team (it s you Anna). They will make sure to bully you and spam you with emails. You will suddenly get your family ready to go to the beautiful resort style pool and find out your access is not working because apparently they intentionally blocked it due to $1000 of false violations on landscaping spam emails. This is when you ve worked on your landscaping every weekend of your life and hired a gardener but they will make sure to give you a violation regardless whatever action you take. There is always something new to point out and give you a violation for. This is not to mention the hefty HOA fees you ve been paying for to enjoy the amenities that they blocked your access to without notice. I will not delete this review until you cancel the false violations, dispute the fines, and re-enable our access. Don t come at me to email Terry because I just did let s see if you ll get my message now

FIX YOUR STREETS! I am a prospective homebuyer (not anymore). My tire blew out after hitting a pothole here and while I tried to pullover, drivers behind continue going above the speed limit and crossing the double solid yellow to pass me, total disregard for safety! The neighborhood is inviting however to us first time visitors.

Inspiration in my opinion was like a true to life Mr. Rogers neighborhood. I accidentally stumbled across Inspiration and so happy I did. I truly couldnt believe what my eyes were seeing. Its a huge community and everything seemed perfect. The grass was plush and green. The landscaping was well maintained as well. One would think the HOA dues would be 500.00 a month, however it was only 1,100 a year. Freaking amazing. They also have many pools within the community. They have a main pool with a lazy river. They have a full gym, with an event center. They only thing missing was their own Target. Lol On a serious note, it was a very beautiful neighborhood with walking trails bike trails and the perfect place to raise a family.

The clubhouse has Great views of land and Lake Lavon, as it sits much higher and nothing obstructs the view, plus the other bldg is a gym with the same view, and both bldgs look onto 3 pools and a floating river - very cool! A lot of homes in the community. A friend lives there, but we havent been to their home - we were at the clubhouse yesterday celebrating his moms 70th bday!

I ve sold many new builds in this community and I keep bringing my clients back. I didn t have a fresh photo of the amenity center, or shall I say resort but it s an understatement that it is top of the line. Highlands Homes builds a quality, stunning home that I find hard to compare to any other builder. Their customer service is top of the line and they have represented me an an agent numerous times. I love this community.

I have purchase a new house in new paradise village, community is great, however main road on entrance is way too narrow. If they have added another lane and slightly wider it would be unbeatable community. I also feel there should have been a commercial outside or adjacent to the community, any ways great place but planner missed on some of the aspects.

Buyer beware. So many drainage issues in this development. When we moved in we had algae growing down our retaining walls and sidewalk. The retaining walls are installed by the developer, Huffines who have little to no follow though with several residents on repair. This is on TOP of our builder hiring random day labor to do drain and grading repair instead of an engineer or licenced provider. Its a mess of a community. Do a drive by, talk to people who live here. Do your research!

Drove through this place by accident today and it is creepy as all get out. It s like if the neighborhood in Edward Scissorhands were done over for a remake in the Trump era.
