Really wanted this to be a good review but I couldn t do that in good faith. Tried calling before I came and only received a busy signal. No big issue. Upon arrival there were a few people dining in. After placing my order, a young lady came from the back and told the lady who took my order to be sure to let me know there was a wait. The young lady informed me that it would be 30 to 35 minutes. I did not receive my food until an hour later. 30-40 minutes into the wait a young lady came from the back with food and began to eat at the register. While I know she is entitled to her break and or meal, it s bad optics. Keep that in the back, especially when paying customers have been waiting. The fountain drink machine was out of order. There cooler selection was very limited. The food was pretty good overall. Some of the potatoes were undercooked and the shrimp was overcooked. However, I was satisfied with the meal and the price I paid. I really want to see this business be successful. It s a nice option to have in the Humble area. However, the service has to improve a lot.

This is my 3rd time running into issues with the service at this place. I waited 55 minutes for one crab leg cluster and 13 shrimp. I ordered 2 bottles of water that were left in the cooler and they gave it to another patron while I waited and had no water left. For the second time, they didn t have the honey garlic flavor. The food was much more salty than usual. No one ever bought me a different drink, I had to go back and grab it myself. There was no manager on duty. They advertise certain hours that they don t actually follow. People should only be in business if they are committed to providing proper and normal service. I will think twice before returning.

We ordered on the phone, they told us 40 mins, we came 50 mins after the call, then when we arrived, the staff was going back and forth from the kitchen. Told us to give them a moment. We waited, when they finally came to the front, the young lady told us, that theres no cash and its going to be a wait to be seated (there were tables open but again we ordered ahead) I said no problem we actually ordered ahead, gave her the name, she proceeds to tell us 15 more mins and itll be ready. We waited the 15, then another 15 and I went to go ask for an update but at that point, she told us itll be 30 more mins. Mind you, this place isnt cheap. I dont understand what has been going on with this business but they wont be getting ours anymore. We canceled our order.

Good food, the crab was a bit OVERcooked, because crab that s cooked correctly snaps open when you attempt to bend it, and the entire piece of meat just slides out. THIS crab was very pliable .like rubbery , so getting it out was tedious. What was ANOTHER issue, is that they gave us crab crackers , but there were NO fork picks , so we had to try n bend the legs and TWIST them and STRUGGLE to get the crab meat out. We couldn t even use UTENSILS to do that, because ALL THEY HAVE is PLASTIC UTENSILS. The food, however, was DELICIOUS. ESPECIALLY the LOBSTER. Shrimp was delicious. The seasoning was MAGNIFICENT. The OWNERS, though, would benefit GREATLY, if they would make the dining experience more pleasant, by having actual FORK PICS available AT THE LEAST, or maybe the OPTION of REAL SILVERWARE. THIS is what would bring in more RETURN customers. All my friend and I could say when we LEFT, was I can t wait to go to a REAL restaurant and get some of this. ALL BECAUSE ..of the DINING EXPERIENCE. So NO MATTER how delicious the food, if we had to STRUGGLE to EAT it ..(If the fork pics were there and the offer of REAL silverware, i d have given this place 4 stars, if there wasn t a CASHIER and there was an actual WAITRESS that comes and takes the order, it would be 5 stars). One last thing, the cashier and the others that work there are lovely people. Very pleasant.

Something about this restaurant has changed, maybe management? We ordered the crabs and shrimp with a drink. There was no ice in the machine and when my husband ask the girl behind the counter she just shrugged, never addressed the ice issue. The food was not even luke warm, the crabs tasted old and the shrimp was tough. The ladies restroom had no soap. The mens restroom had no soap and the toilet was falling apart. If there is no soap in either restroom, how are the employees washing their hands?

The food was nasty. The crawfish were not seasoned well and some were dirty. My crabs were gummy and overcooked. The customer service was poor. It took someone 15 minutes to take our order and they did not apologize for making us wait. The atmosphere was not warm and inviting all of it was terrible and I do not recommend anyone eat here.

This place had several issues. The coke machine did not have ice. They did not have lids for the cups. The floor is extremely slippery. The cleanness of this place could be better. The men s rr did not work, the water pressure was low. The flavor of the Cajun was not your regular Cajun, it was mild this restaurant is not like your typical seafood place. For all the issues they had, it should have a reasonable price. For the 80$ I spent, it should have been better. I wouldn t recommend it unless you have a craving to fix.

We are not so frequent customers but we do like this place for one reason and that is that there is a seasoning that is honey with Cajun, an interesting and very delicious combination, the atmosphere is that of a normal restaurant and the service is good, the attention sometimes Its scarce but honestly you dont need much. Since you pay when ordering, you sit down and dont get up unless its to refill your drink glass or go to the bathroom hahaha. From there on out its fine if you want to give a new flavor to your palate. Although this last time they didnt taste the same and I was really hungry and eager.

Alright people, Ive tried ALL the crab boil restaurants in the Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita area and this is the ONE. The others are just alright imo and usually have one or two big misses that keep me from coming back (i.e. value, quality, cook, flavor). Krab Kingz fired on all cylinders for me. Flavor was on point. Crabs were sweet and tasted very fresh. Cook was perfect. Meat slid straight out of the shells (if you know the technique ). Did not need cracking tools. All at a reasonable price. Very satisfied and will return.

Went there ordered my food , I received everything but my 2 orders of fried pickles. When I went back up to the front and bought it to the young lady attention she told me we are out of fried pickles. So I proceeded to ask for my Money back, and she told me that she wasn t able to do refunds I would have to leave my phone number and the manager would contact me. It s been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a call or anything. And every time I go or call it s never a manager there. I would highly not recommend this place at all . If there was a negative star - I would give it negative 10 stars. We get there at 6:20. There was 1 person in front of us. They FINALLY took our order at 6:45!! They told our family it would be an hour!!! With it being Valentine s Day we figured wherever we would go would be bad so we decided to stay. They actually brought our food out and in less than 30 minutes. A head of other people that had been waiting when we arrived!! We were told when ordering they didn t have any chicken, corn, seasonings and ranch dressing !! Food was going to take an hour they could have sent someone to the grocery store to get everything in that amount of time!! The food is not worth the wait at all!! We didn t even finish our food!! The rest of our family was still waiting for their food when we left at 8:10!!! While we were there another lady went up to the counter and threw a justified fit!! She had been waiting for TWO HOURS and her food still wasn t ready!! Like she said it was horrible planning on their part!! I mean this is one of the busiest nights of the year!! The absolute worst part of all this is that they were not slammed! When we got there there were only THREE other families there!! When we left there were 7!! That is including ours!! I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Matter of fact I truly wanted to tell the people entering when we were leaving to turn around and go somewhere else!!

The food was good. However, the staff and ordering system was disorganized at best. I ordered food to stay and eat, and then food to go. There was a tremendous hassle in getting the food I ordered to go. The staff seem to lose the order and brought it out in pieces while asking me what they still had to fill within the order. The experience was frustrating and unnecessary. The prices are high with not enough quantity in food served. I ordered snow crab and lobster for $40. The crab was small and lobster was a decent size; I expected more for the $$. The food was tasty, but they need to do a better job of being organized. Do not order the daiquiri. It tasted like a NyQuil icee. That was the worst $13 on a drink I ve ever spent. I m skipping this spot going forward.

My family and I ate there for my daughters 12th birthday. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The food was great,although I had the original snow crab it was still too spicy for me and I was not able to eat it. My daughters both had the lemon pepper seasoned snow crab, the was way too much lemon pepper and the crab was drowning in the sauce. The fish was fresh and tasty, as well as the fried shrimp.

Was really great the first time, okay the 2nd&3rd with the corrections the staff was willing to make. The last time I didnt enjoy it. The boiled eggs were really hard and dry. The snow crab was either old or overcooked and small. The lobster tail, which I always add to my order as a fried option, was overcooked for $17. We got a seafood boil here , and we asked the cashier how spicy was the flavor we picked, she said it would not be spicy that it was mild. The Krab King needs to be dethroned. The snow crab was not fresh, it was dry. How sway when it comes out of the water??? The boiled egg was rank and tasted like it was made yesterday. The spice level chart needs to be revamped. I had Kitchen Sink (2nd highest level) and I can easily say Tony Cacheres kicks way harder. Extreme disappointment. Holy moly I absolutely loved it!! The food was well seasoned , hot, and brought out in a timely manner. As for the atmosphere....divine. They played good music (not a lot of rap or country) , people were enjoying their conversations, laughing, and the service was impeccable. The waitress knew the menu and recommended my lobster meal and drink. The chef even made me a special garlic bread . Yummy . She wore a continuous smile and talked with me light-heartedly throughout our stay. I loved it!! The portions were nice and I will definitely be back. Didnt seem like a typical seafood spot, more fast food style and the food did come out fast which is why the lobster and crab didnt hold much of the flavor and it settle at the bottle of the tray. In a bag, steamed and set in the flavor a bit longer, and the food would have definitely been delicious. I wish they had some more vegetables and not just potatoes and corn... cause the broccoli would have certainly absorb some flavor. But overall a good spot to get a quick seafood fix. May or may not visit again, but its worth it for a first try.

Last night I ordered my food at 6:30, I called at 7:05 to ask if the meal was ready. Unfortunately they cooked the food with expired half & half milk for their chicken & shrimp pasta that someone had to stop them to serve to me. They did not call me to tell me they were redoing the meal. I received my food around 7:45, they were so sorry I m thinking ok the food is going to be right. Once I returned home the pasta had no sauce at all it was totally dry. The meal was $25.00. I called the following day because it was super late by the time me kids began to eat. They even hated it. I called the manager he response I can only give Boudain balls. I have eaten there prior just to order the crab meals. Every time I m spending a $100.00. I asked if they would replace my $25.00 he said know. Not cash maybe a gift card. No. And by the way I could not understand how can you sell chicken tenders with no sides. No fries, no chips nothing. But only for kids meals. They are definitely highly overrated, and overpriced for what they are offering. It s much better places than this one. The cups are large & medium to damn overpriced for me. These are suppose to be chicken tenders, with fries. My 7 year old said they look like chicken nuggets. My kids have more sense than them. And I honestly I have never had to write a review like this for any company about the food. The workers weren t bad, they even said the prices and the menu doesn t add up. They own workers feel like the manager and whomever is cooking and etc doesn t have it all together. They need some new people managing their business. Yes, the nuggets and the pasta is a no. My kids enjoyed the crabs but, we can go somewhere else.

I ordered the kings sampler, got home and omg the food looked disgusting the crabs were cooked and recooked like it was left over from yesterday it was completely brown looking . The shrimp taste like paper, the potatoes were soggy and mushy it was the brown russet potatoes sliced all crazy shapes ..and the sauce was very watery the season was blend it was a hot mess they have teenagers in the kitchen so idk but it was completely disgusting..!!!! Oh lawd the egg was hard to break like it was very rubbery also when I broke it it smelled sour that is sad idk what reviews you people are reviewing but maybe the services is different if yu sit in but I have never seen anything especially seafood to be prepared like that seafood is expensive and for them to that knowing that that was not appropriate to serve is completely wrong.!!!!!!! Tried this place on a whim. Got a platter to share with my husband and the alligator bites as an appetizer. While they were pretty quick to get the food out(compared to other similar restaurants) or appetizer came out when we were halfway through our meal. Also seemed like there wasnt anybody older than 20 working there. Not bad customer interaction but nothing special either, just heres your food type of interaction. Also we ordered the kitchen sink flavor, which is the second hottest flavor and it was very very mild.

I love supporting black owned businesses I use to love this restaurant but my last two visits has been horrible a few months ago I placed an online order get there to pick up order they have no record of it but they debuted my card went back and forth with the manager for about 45 min finally get my order so today 6/3/2022 I decided to place a order again spent $104 ordered snow crabs and fish and shrimp get home no corn no potatoes no sasuage I m so done with krab kings I spent 20 min on the phone with them I order the same thing all the time they tell me you didn t order sasuage potatoes and corn the kings platter I think is what s it s called should come with it so I basically paid &76 for 5 clusters no sasuage or corn or potatoes not happy

Best Cajun style seafood Ive ever had. The fried catfish, fries, and hushpuppies were all battered, fried, and seasoned to absolute perfection. Their crab combos are very reasonably priced and portioned. Also very tasty. I will gladly drive an hour to come back here again. Its not sexy, but my god is it good food. Skip the gimmicky spots and come here for seafood instead.
