My husband and I went to Outback to enjoy a good steak and blooming onion as it had been a while since we had been there. We were greeted by the manager Q and were seated immediately. Ash K was our waitress and she was very polite. We ordered the blooming onion for starters. It was overcooked, black and dark brown and the grease that it was cooked in tasted old. We had the waitress take it away. We then waited on our entrees. I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta. The shrimp was ok, the chicken was a little dry, the pasta lacked any taste and was overcooked. My husband ordered filet mignon, shrimp and scallops. The steak had a funky taste, and he wanted it medium but got medium rare. The scallops and shrimp were ok. The sides were a baked potato and fresh veggies. The potato was good. I actually wanted the squash and zucchini, so I reached over and took one off of his plate and took a bite. I immediately spat it out as it was rancid. It was not fresh and most of the veggies were mushy and the smell coming off of them was a spoiled smell as if they had gone bad. We notified the manager, Q. He scraped the veggies off of my husbands plate and took them away. Needless to say, after my bite of rancid veggies, I didnt want to eat another bite of food. We barely ate any of our food and were not happy with the food quality overall. I will say the Ash our server was very apologetic as well as the manager. The manager did remove the blooming onion and comp half of our check because of the subpar food issues. I wish our experience had been better and I am sure we will never return to this location in the future. I came here after work before going home. I got the lunch special Outback burger, kangaroo drink and side salad. I enjoyed my salad, the food came quick. I did send my burger back I thought it was a bit pink for med well, manager and my serves rectified graciously and provided me with a well done burger. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. If your looking for a quick good lunch Put back for the win!! To note my sever ID me since I got a var beverage I asked him how old a he thought I was he said around 21 but he had to be sure I told him Im 38 ans thank you lol

I had an incredible experience at Outback Steakhouse thanks to my server, Aly, and the manager on duty Que. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Aly was not only attentive but also extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that truly enhanced my meal. She made sure everything was perfect and anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. The manager Que also went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of amazing. They checked in multiple times to make sure I was satisfied and handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. It s rare to see this level of care and attention in both the server and management, and it made my visit unforgettable. I highly recommend this Outback location for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

We come here often and love the bartenders. Jaecee was awesome tonite. Normally Q is the manager on duty when we come amd will always make it a point to stop by and speak to us but was off tonite. Honestly I dont know who the manager is tonite, but do know she sat at the end of the bar and never acknowledged us. Other than that, it was a great night.

I stopped by here for a quick bite on my trip from Florida and I can say this must ve been the best service I ve ever encountered at any other Outback. The service was fast and efficient, our host got us to a table of 4 fairly quickly and our host Crystal, she was amazing. She made sure we felt welcomed and gave us a great glimpse of what this city has to offer. Definitely will be coming back before we leave! We tried to leave her a generous tip but she refused so we will make sure to take care of her next time.

I always have a great experience here because I always come to see my girl Jaecee! She makes sure my food comes out JUST the way I like it (and I can be picky), even remembers the extra side of ranch I asked for ;). It was my first time at this restaurant. At the beginning the host seemed to be there just because he gets paid. Not a good welcome in. Then, our waiter came to the table and he offered a great service. He was very attentive. Manager came around just to see if everything was good. That is a plus. Food was delicious, I really enjoyed my meal. About the drinks I ll say they need an update. I got the boomerang and in my opinion all 4 cocktails were way too sweet. Definitely it s a great place to have a good meal but without cocktails. I almost forget, their bread they bring at the beginning was delicious.

This was our first time visiting this Outback Steakhouse location, and we will definitely be going back. Crystal was our waitress and she was amazing! She was friendly, gave great recommendations, great conversation, and attentive. Crystal checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. Very fast service and good food. I have visited this location three times in the last 6 weeks, on the first visit my medium rare steak was under cooked, same on my second visit, on my third visit I made sure to ask the waitress to make sure that the steak was cooked properly. My steak came to the table cooked properly but my sons was very rare, he ordered a medium rare. it was re heated, and it seemed all was good until the check came, my wife put in her card and it seemed like a long time to return the check to sign it was about 10 minutes, she came back and asked if we put out card in the folder? she misplaced my wifes card. this was stressful because in a few days we are going to be traveling and there would not be enough time to get a new card. the manager was able to find the card. apparently, it fell out an ended up under a refrigerator (that is what he told us). he did not offer to comp us anything off our bill until we asked, we received 2 $20 gift cards. but i think that is the last time we will be visiting this restaurant.

Terrible experience. How do you only have one section in the entire restaurant for a party over 10? They had a family of 6 sitting at the only section for a party of 10 or over. 6/11/24, visited for lunch, party of 5, (this location was empty, I should have heeded that warning) we all ordered steaks, sirloin and filets, i sampled 3 including mine, they tasted freezer burned, we all ordered medium rare, all steaks were cooked at different wellnesses, 2 were raw/bloody, it was not MYOGLOBIN, way under cooked, one was over cooked on one side and rare on the other (howd they do that?). The veggie sides were ok, bland but fresh. Wings also tasted of freezer burn. Our waitress was young and uninformed, but kind, she couldnt answer some questions because kitchen staff wouldnt give her an answer, thats unacceptable and unprofessional. Bottom line, fries were good, bread and butter were good. Well NEVER go back. I dont mind dropping a dime on food, as long as its good or great, but $287.00 for horrific food was outrageous! Im shocked this location is rated above 4 stars.

Went to outback for the first time ever yesterday. This is the worst steakhouse/restaurant I have ever dined at in my life. The food was terrible! The service was terrible! The drinks were terrible aswell! I dont know how this place even stays open. I tried the signature blooming onion and it tasted like burnt toast. I ordered a filet medium rare and lobster tail. The filet came out Well Done! The lobster was overcooked aswell. My partner had the sirloin and lobster mac n cheese. The sirloin was basically rubber. I could chew on that thing for hours and still not be able to swallow a single bite. Overall I paid over $100 for the worst meal Ive ever eaten. I will never return and leave this in hope of saving some people from wasting their money. Go to Texas Roadhouse instead! It is 10,000% better and its cheaper. We visited the Outback Steakhouse in Spring, Texas today, May 9th around 4pm. We were greeted outside the resturant by a customer just leaving and told us she had the steak and lobster $19.99 special and how great it was. We became excited to try it. There was only one other customer in the resturant when we came in. We waited over 5-7 minutes to be waited on. People standing around talking. When our waitress came over, she wasnt very friendly. We asked about the steak and lobster special and she said there was no such special. No button to press on her order pad. We told her a customer just came out who was served the meal. No checking with the manager, just said the special must be over. Very apathetic. No care or concern. We ordered a steak, 2 baked potatoes and 2 salads. The whole meal came out at one time. Potato and meat were cold by the time we finished the salads. Food was good. Checked back once to see if food was OK. We had to ask for refills on our drinks. I hope you can feel that our experience wasnt great. This was our second time to visit at this location and the service is slow and uncaring. A poor dining experience. Crystal was our waitress. 0044
