Update, went back again. Had to order extra crispy & wait 9 min in mobile parking to get my fries cooked like they should have been to begin with. They say extra crispy or shall i say Fully cooked fries take 6 extra min so you mind waiting? Uhhh yeah, because otherwise they will be raw, but what other choice do I have? So anyway, I waited 10 min & guess what... my fries were still raw inside. Look at my pic, they gave me that as extra crispy. Shouldnt they be golden brown instead of white if they were cooked? Do Better. Welcome to Canes, if you want your fries cooked fully, thats going to be an extra 5 min wait in mobile pickup. Fine. I wait. 5 min later, my fries are not extra crispy they are just fully cooked. Plain chicken. The only reason people eat here is for the addictive ingredients in the sauce.

Probably won t return. Lots of fat and cartilage or veins (not really sure what it was) in my chicken fingers. Had to spit it out. The guy who waited on me was very rude and acted like I inconvenienced him by coming in to order food. I wasn t a big fan of the dipping sauce.

The magic is in the sauce, not the chicken finger. But if youve had Canes before, you know what you expect. The chicken fingers are bland on their own and lean on the sauce, but the sauce does enough lifting that I keep finding my way back eventually. Kiddos love the crinkle fries and toast and the lemonade is also really good.

How can they run out of sweet tea? They say they aren t making more because they re about to close, but they close in an hour and 40 min. Food was really good however, an employee in the back was yelling and arguing with the other staff. It was completely rude and she continued to do it several times after. Keep your feelings to yourself and if you have a problem address it after work not in front of everyone. I would have fired her on the spot for acting that way. Another gentlemen even had to yell back and say you need to calm down . And I must add, the lady working the front counter was so sweet. She even came up and apologized for the other ladies actions. Ive yet to have consistent, good experiences with this location. I chalked it up to them being a new restaurant, still learning the ropes. Ive experienced undercooked food, overly greasy food, fries tasting of old grease, etc. My meal last night of strips and fries left me sick and Im certain this restaurant is to blame. The staff is always friendly but you visit a fast food restaurant for good food and this location is lacking. While this spot is closer to home (5 mins), I will drive to the Frisco location from here on out. Its a longer drive but Im way more confident in their ability to provide good service AND good food.
