Since living in round rock I ve been ordering from this location and I if I m being honest I wasn t the biggest domino s fan but .. this location has completely changed my perception of domino s PERIOD!!!! The pizza has just the right bite as in the crisp to cheesy ratio it s always fresh and hot and every delivery driver that I ve had has been polite and punctual. Absolutely a 20 out of 10

I love this location! Literally so clean and hygienic inside. I usually only order online but when I came in to place my order inside, I was taken away by the efficiency and cleanliness of the kitchen and staff. These guys don t mess around and my order came out perfect! Which isn t so easy to say when you order a thin crust!

Placed an online order and arrived at the location a few minutes after the tracker showed the order was ready. When I arrived for pick up through car side delivery they brought out someone else s order and then went back in to get mine. Then I waited few more minutes in my car and since no one came, I just walked into the store only to find out my order is not ready yet. Had to wait there again for a few more minutes. I don t understand why the tracker showed the order was ready and why after that it took so long to get my order. In total it took close to 45 minutes to get my order. Don t recommend this place.

I accidentally ordered from this location my usual location I order from is Gattis and this location was pretty mid compared to it. Sorry but not sorry. The one of Gattis actually taste like I m ordering from a pizzeria but this location lacked flavor/love they put into making the pizza. Wings were good though.

My order of nearly $84.00 was incomplete. I contacted Dominos & the so called female manager refused to provide her name & didnt seem eager to resolve the issue. She in turn commented she did not see an order being delivered I quickly said yes I have the charge to prove it. She then finally found the order. Customers should feel free to voice their concerns rather than being cut off midway during the conversation. It seems to me if she cannot handle these type of calls, then managertorial training class should be provided. Ive spoken to other dominos male & female reps and they were much more helpful than this female manager was. I will no longer order from dominos. I will instead order from other well known pizzeria places as a better choice.

I go here every Friday for movie and pizza night. Shaq and Christopher are always there making my pizza and greeting me when I walk in the door. Been to tons of dominos but rarely do I remember the staffs name. Top notch crew and the family loves the pizza. Cant speak for all dominos franchises but this one is legit.

UPDATE: this experience with this worker was so bad for me, my mother called and even let a review and they keep taking her review off!!! If I could put zero stars, that s what it would be!!!! I waited for over 15 minutes for my pizza and then called and get yelled at by the worker!! He is VERY rude and disrespectful. My pizza was cold and nasty. I will not be back!! The man should not be allowed to work with anyone the way he treated me and talked to me and when called to report - he cussed us out and hung up!

Not even gonna lie I am here once a week, every week. Why? Because it s ALWAYS delicious and fresh!! I always find myself thinking, daaaaang Dominos this is tasty!! The customer service is like the food, consistently surpassing expectations!! Thank you Dominos for being the family-go-to time and time again! Parking: It s nothing like parking downtown Austin, it s also free. I mean yeah you might have to park a few cars away but you ll be at the door within 2 minutes TOPS!!

They have a drive through which you cant use because cars keep parking and blocking it. In the time I was there two different cars parked and blocked the driveway. We had to go inside. It was busy, which is good for a business, but there were a ton of flies. Like, not they just flew in the door, like Im concerned they are breeding.

Used to love this dominos service was great they seemed to make a better product than the rest now here I am on day 3 of being extremely ill due to their food and cant get in contact with a single person customer support line is literally useless the kids working at the store clearly dont know how to convey a message or Id have expected a call by now . And before you ask how do you know you got sick from them I only eat once a day so not hard to pinpoint the source of my food borne illness If I dont get contacted by Monday Im sending in the rest of the food to the health department

Ordered a large pizza with beef and bacon and a vegetable pasta primavera bowl. Imagine my disappointment when I returned home after picking up the food to find that the pizza had pepperoni. The pasta bowl was $7.99 and had about 6 ounces of food on it. I feel cheated and jipped.

Kudos to the driver who forgot the drinks and went to the closest convenience store to buy and deliver! We didn t care much and never expected that level of service! Very disappointed with the wait time, even though the app showed the time to pick up was after 15 minutes. I got there and had to wait for 35 minutes to get the pizza ready for pickup. Isabel who was at the window was apologetic but this has happened for the second time. If there is shortage of people working at your store, you need to hire more people. I never give a 1 star review but this time felt like it as I was very disappointed.

Typically I order from her and the food is nautically right and nice not. But this time my dad used a free pizza coupon online right? Well not so much. I didn t get a free pizza at all. In fact, the order was not right. And I used a coupon for nothing. This seeming young guy named Murray was helping us to fix the mistake. But he overcharged us 7$ on a pizza that was supposed to be free. He was on his phone during the interaction and he wasn t very friendly. Frankly I was uncomfortable because of his demeanor. I was really upset because my dad didn t even get a free pizza. Hopefully he finds a job that doesn t bore him and is more suitable to his attitude.

Ordered carry-out pizzas and wings for 30-people for Easter afternoon. Excellent customer service! I dont usually order from Dominos and had to call 2-3 times before placing order with questions. Every time, my question was answered politely and every time I got a if you have anymore questions, please call back. Order was ready on time and food was absolutely delicious. More so, the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of food. There was enough meat, vegetables, cheese on everything. Everyone came 2-3 times for seconds. Ive tried several other Austin local and franchise pizza places. I paid over $30 for a medium size pizza recently. Dominos is the best. One of the worst experience at Domino s chain as they mentioned timing at 1 o clock closing and stop taking orders at 12:30. Why are they mentioning 1 o clock for what ? Even if you do online orders your payment will fail and you will think your payment has some issue but this crazy people will not let you pay and fail at payment time. This location suffers from extensive quality control issues ranging from staff through to management, and delivery drivers. We order usually several times a month. In the past year, probably one of the three orders are typically wrong. When I say wrong... Not even the pizza we ordered. Order came on time. Pizza was fine. However, the marble cookie brownie came burnt. Looks like someone forgot to put a screen over it before they stuck it in the oven. And the five cheese dip barely had any cheese covering the bottom of the tin. It was almost burnt because of how little there was in there. Parmesan twists that came with it were lacking garlic oil and Parmesan. I feel like I got cheated because I didn t get the amount or the quality I paid for. I ve tried giving this Domino s chances, but they keep dropping the ball on quality, quantity, attention to detail, and service.

Idk if its common here to just poor the Garlic Parm sauce on the wings like that, but at least cover um. A good chunk of the pizza was missing its crust and that side was cold but the other side was warm for some reason. It kinda looks liked the toppings were taken off, the. Just kinda put back on. Made an online for delivery on a normal Wednesday night. Stuffed bread and a bowl. Said it would take 30 minutes estimated. 55 minutes goes by with no update to the Tracker at all. So I call the store and she tells me itll be ANOTHER 45 minutes. That is ridiculous, and if they are short staffed and cant get food out in a reasonable time then they need to say that and put it on the app and tell people they shouldnt expect their food for almost 2 hours! December 17, 2020 Came in to place an order of 2 Alfredo bowls. The girl working by herself in the front is so timid to even greet a costumer. She proceeded to tell me its gonna be 25 min for the wait. So I said 25min, for 2 bowls? She said very innocently, yes. So I kept my calm because I figured she is new. 12 min go by and a gentleman walks by to the oven and said its gonna take awhile to get to your order. Without giving me no remorse for waiting or even trying to give me the food for free or discounted. I asked why its gonna take so long for 2 bowls and I came inside the establishment. Have given this location multiple opportunities. Got me sick the time before I ordered. Undercooked, took over an hour to deliver, that s twice now. Instead of offering feee pizza for garbage quality, try just making better quality pizza. Do not order from this location.

Ordered a pizza and two buffalo chicken sandwiches for my wife and I. The sandwiches had next to no chicken or buffalo sauce, and the pizza had barely any sauce either. It was honestly more like a cracker with cheese on it than an actual pizza. They also dont seem to be able to pick up their phone, so I have to assume none of them have hands, which would explain the various issues we had. Very, very disappointing. Update: turns out they do have hands, because when I tried to call them to use my free pizza credit, they picked up so they could immediately hang up.

I had a pizza in the quality check for over an hour. I tried to call, but when I realized they werent going to answer I started to drive towards the store. No one answered the whole way there, and even as I went in person to the counter, I was asked to wait a few minutes before I could be helped. The phone ringing off the hook in the background, while I was still on hold in my earbud. I was allowed to cancel my order without issue, but this was by far the worst experience Ive had at any Dominos. So much so that I am just going to delete the app and get pizza elsewhere.

They don t care to make the stuffed cheesy bread or thin crust pizza right. They don t stuff it right and it s deformed. They leave the pizza in there longer than necessary and they will forget your sauce if you don t remind them to give it to you even tho you paid for it. I m good.oh and they drop the pizza pans on the floor and pick it right up and the floor is dirty.

I literally NEVER leave reviews but the service I received by the employees here was extremely disappointing. First off, I called to make a delivery order and the guy I talked to must have been high on something cause I had to repeat myself at least 3 times the entire time. I received my order and it was completely wrong. I called to notify them and they said that I was wrong because they were going off what their system said. I eventually asked for the manager, which I promise I NEVER do, and I can hear in the background, she ordered online so she s wrong!! Finally the manager answered and called himself Ruben. Immediately he asks if I ordered online or over the phone. I told him I called over the phone and he seems surprised. He stutters the entire time and says that the only way he can fix my order is to make a new one but that would take more than 2 hours. I told him that was unacceptable and he said the only other option would be a credit towards my next order. I will not be ordering from this place again. The people at this place have ZERO customer service experience and it s saddening.

A few times they ve forgotten sauces and delivered the pizza to the wrong apt on Valentine s Day. I ve had a few bad experiences but the customer service made up for it. I wouldn t say this place is a hit or miss. 80% of the time everything is perfect. I ll keep supporting my local Dominos because I m not a fan of Papa John s.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! At 10:00 at night, I had a pizza delivered tonight that I did not order. I left the box on the ground and opened it as I did not order it. When I opened the box there were roaches in it, on the pizza. I sprayed the box and called dominos who placed blame and denied delivering to my area. I called the other dominos near by and had the same result. Dominos refused to come pick up the box and it is now left on my porch covered in roaches. I will call an exterminator tomorrow but in the mean time i am praying the bugs dont get into my home.

Normally the orders from this location are good. This time we ordered 2 pizzas, and there is barely any sauce, cheese or meat on the pizzas (entire pizza has less than 15 pieces of italian sausages). Very disappointed and wont come back.
