Needs a thorough and proper cleaning! My wife and I stopped here this past Friday around 2 pm. I dropped my wife off at the front while I went to park. When I got up to the front doors I noticed the glass was not very clean. Upon entering I was immediately hit with a foul, unclean smell. When I got to the table where my wife was already seated she asked if I smelled how bad the restaurant smelled. We decided to go ahead and stay, and when my wife unrolled her silverware the cloth napkin and knife were likewise dirty. In my opinion this falls squarely on the manager and management of this location. Again, this location clearly needs to have a very thorough cleaning including the carpet. The food was good, and the waitress was also very good at taking care of her customers.

Micheal was not only not attentive he ouldnt remember anything. 10 min wait for a great. CFC was soggy and salty, MP cold wouldn t even melt butter. No drink refills without asking then he took my coke glass and forgot to bring it back literally 15 min with no drink. Do better longhorn these prices $$$

My visit was less than subpar. We sat for almost 45 minutes before we even got our drink order in, and when our waitress came to take our food order, she randomly left, 3 TIMES in the middle of us ordering! eventually she was able to take our order, and we waited another 45 minutes to receive our food. Upon receiving our order, my food was split into two plates for whatever reason? I got a smaller steak, and a small side. There was no reason it needed to be separated. My children didn t even get utensils, so I offered them mine. We decided to pay via the QR code so we didn t have to wait an ungodly amount of time to leave, to see that we were being charged for extra things that we didn t order. So we kindly told our server and she removed them. We paid online and when walking out our server tried to stop us from leaving. She said we needed to wait for her to check and see if we paid even though we had the receipt on our phone. As for the food itself, I personally feel like it wasn t up to Longhorn standard. My opinion on it could be being swayed by the awful customer service. I will absolutely not be back to this location, I ll drive a bit further to another one.

I love Longhorn Steakhouse. The food all tastes like its from scratch. They have THE BEST fried okra Ive ever had, and their country fried steaks and chop steaks are better than those youd get at a lot of family-owned restaurants, I have to say. I do wish they had some bread more akin to a traditional yeast roll, but thats nitpicking. The staff are friendly and attentive without being obnoxious or fake. The food is served promptly and is consistently delicious.

Food was mostly horrible, salty, hard, and non-delicious. Did I mention that it was too salty? Not all of it, but most of those dishes were not good at all. The sweet potato was nice, warm, and tasty. The lemon garlic chicken .just awful. The lemon garlic was so strong and overpowering. I normally dont write comments about them. Places he visited but this one unfortunately earned the comment, we came to celebrate a relatives birthday, I called several days before to find out if we could reserve dough for a type of 10 people and we were told yes, it was reserved and the information was given. When we arrived at the restaurant we waited for the table for almost an hour, then when they gave us the table they made a mistake and moved us to another table, then it took more than an hour to bring the food, the staff, waiters and hosts looked confused. Well, it was a bad experience at the restaurant. I dont know if the restaurant has any type of monitoring when reservations are made for a large group of people. But hey, I hope someone thinks twice before visiting the restaurant with a large number of people.

I come here with my wife every month and we love the food here but the service could be better. Sometimes it s slow and sometimes it s not cooked right. My other complaint is that I called them to place an order because I had my little nephews with me and I don t want them waiting too long for the order and I asked the manager if I could go ahead and place an order by phone and he said no. I understand that there is rules, but sometimes they should be able to bend the rules.

Just left out of there on 8/16. Got told there was a 30 min wait for a table of 2, no biggie. Bar is open seating so we stood by an open table that was dirty and were told by a bartender, it ll be about the same wait as waiting for a table. I haven t even made drinks for the floor and walked away. My husband and I took that with a grain of salt and waited for our table in the main dining. We sat down at 9:20 pm and left the building at 9:35 due to no greet/acknowledgment by any server on the floor. The manager running the host stand was super apologetic as we were leaving.

Ok where do I start . Night and day ! Night and day that was the difference between this location compared to the outlets store location ! We did have a waiter this time ! I believe his name is Nathan; he was on top !! I could give him 10 he got a mc& cheese for my daughter right away, refills on our drinks , offer more bread , got our food quick! I told my wife ! Can you see the difference of service between the 2 locations. We are going back probably this Friday. The only thing is that I noticed is that under the table is dirty from previous costumers. Parking: Enough space Kid-friendliness: Well they offer a kids menu right away.

1st and last time at this location. 1. The restaurant was dirty, like it hadnt been clean properly for several days, floors had food, cup coasters, napkins, and grease. The bathroom is outdated and also super dirty . 2. The server Andrew was top-notch, always attentive and super friendly. 3. The food was excellent, but the plates were dirty, and the food runner came to our table and just put the plates without saying anything. Although the food and server were great, the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the restaurant were bad enough for us not to come back.

We have been going to this location for a while now and everything has been good till this last few times that we have been there is always something wrong. One time the frier wasn t working and that s ok, things break down when you least expect them, then we started noticing a weird smell inside the restaurant like the carpeting has been changed or washed and it has a bad smell and this last time the smell is worse not to mention we asked for water for drinks and yes it s filtered tap water but it has never tasted as bad as it did today. Service was also not as good as other times. We mentioned the water issue to our waitress and she left the glasses sitting there the whole time, she wasn t as attentive as other waiters we ve had in past visits. Our server, Tyler L, was on point and friendly. The atmosphere was chill and welcoming. The table was perfect for our handicapped guest. The food was delicious, we all ordered steaks and had no complaints. Even the alcohol we ordered was plentiful in quantity. Update: its been a while but we were lucky enough to have Tyler as our server again. He handled our large party really well and kept a great attitude. All the food was delicious and the servings are pretty generous. Definitely recommend the brownie cake with ice cream, it served two of us and was de-li-cious :) Parking: Parking is plentiful with pickup on the side and handicapped in front. Wheelchair accessibility: No problems with wheelchair accessibility.

Had a belated Mothers Day early dinner with family. It was my first time eating at Longhorn Steakhouse and I was pleased with the quality and quantity of food at competitive prices! I did my homework and compared it with other steakhouses in the area. Three of us ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. One rare and two medium - rare. They were cooked to perfection. Didnt really need the A-1 sauce or Heinz 57 we requested because the flavor by itself was outstanding! The Texas Tonion appetizer with sauce was spectacular as well. The sides we ordered were a mixture of Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and rice pilaf. Also, very tasty. One of our party had ordered the chicken strips and although I didnt taste them, they looked spectacular. Yes, Im aware of descriptive adjectives but, these dishes are deserving. The service was attentive and efficient, delivered hospitably. I will certainly recommend it to friends , family and strangers . Following with pictures... The worse experience at a Longhorn. There were 6 of us. My steak had a lot of gristle and was not cooked right. It took a long time to get our drinks. We barely got have way through our salads when the steaks came out. Hardly enough room to put anything on the table. We had to ask for more bread and tea. We celebrated our 47th Anniversary tonight and it did not disappoint! Everything was excellent, including our server! The food was delicious and our server Kaylar paid attention to detail and anticipated our every need. On top of that she was sweet and caring! She surprised us at the end of our meal with a Happy 47th Anniversary Sundae. She made our evening memorable and the food was delicious!

Ate with my husband, meal was great staff especially warming. During my meal Manager Codie stopped at my table noticed the steak I ordered did not meet house standards. My steak was taken and new one prepared. Great experience new customer for life.

Our first time at Longhorn Steakhouse was a surprise dinner for my husband s birthday.I was told by management that they do not take reservations,especially at 6:30 on a Saturday night.So,I got on the waitlist.We had 18 guests,and they made it happen.They had a table set up for us all,right on time.The service and food were awesome! Thank you guys! I so appreciated this! We can t wait to come back!

Went there while house hunting. Theres only one in Washington state at JBLM..Dont understand why you cant just go in there. You have to get on a wait list on their app to go in. Only went once. Its a pain eating there. I was not impressed by the one in The Huston area. Steak the way we ordered was mixed up. Wife sent hers back. Had to eat alone due to it taking extremely long. Sad it was better food and service. The place looked. Great but not worth going back. We did find a house.

It was okay. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken, Brussel sprouts, and a sweet potato. The chicken looked pink like it just made the right temperature, I didn t get sick so I guess it was cooked. I just prefer for my chicken to be white with no hint of pink. The chicken was almost too salty but it was tolerable, I just scraped the Parmesan cheese off. The Brussel sprouts tasted like they were thrown in an air fryer for two minutes then mixed with sauce. They were too undercooked for me. I also don t like Brussel sprout halves. I like it chopped or shredded. No complaints with the potato. My friend had a well done steak, Mac and cheese and a sweet potato. The steak was overdone to the point you can consider it burnt. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like we received the bottom of the pot scraps. Over all the food was tolerable but I d expect for the quality to be better due to the prices. The bartender was lovely though so no complaints about the staff.

Steak is consistently good except the last trip on the weekend. Porterhouse was off. Did not enjoy. Came out cooked wrong. Was corrected. NEED LAMB CHOPS YEAR AROUND!!!! They just brought back lamb chops but we won t return. 5 chops for $26.95. Ok so the cost of lamb went up 20% like their price. I would have held the price and sold 4 chips instead of 5 with an option for one more. Sorry guys. You lost one customer a week during the lamb season!

Delicious! We split a 12 oz steak and it was just right. In my opinion I like the ceaser salad over the house salad, and the queso was good! The staff are the sweetest and very flexible with any requests! Highly satisfied. The mashed potatoes are okay, next time I will opt for the other sides!

I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. 1. The salmon was dry with no flavor. I could have bought the same amount at the store and cooked it without seasoning and had it still taste 10x better 2. The mashed potatoes were literally that. A potato that was mashed with no flavor. Not even salt. 3. The Mac and cheese was all Mac with little cheese and very dry. Before being served a waiter dropped off dirty plates at my table and just left them there for unknown reasons. Couldn t find the server multiple times. He never checked up on us or asked us how the meal was because he was too busy helping a table he thought he d get a larger tip from. The person I was dining with had the Parmesan crusted chicken.. or should I said the salt stick with a piece of chicken in it It was so incredibly salty that I might as well have been eating sand from the beach. The broccoli was just mushed into a paste from how over cooked it was. Finally my last serious complaint The waiter didn t give us our change. This isn t the first time this has happened. I m not sure if it s their protocol to charge you and then ask oh hey did you want the change even if you were paying 20$ with a 100$ bill. It s so sleezy. DUH I WANT MY CHANGE and now i don t even want to tip because this tactic is used just to embarrass people on dates or take advantage of the elderly. So many 0 stars. Vegetarian options: You could ask for a ball of lettuce and probably get grass clippings

First time going. I know Outback and Longhorn are part of the same franchise. Normally we go to outback but this time we decided longhorn. I ordered the filet mingion and lobster tail. I was severely disappointed that my lobster tail came undercooked not once or twice but three times. My steak was great but had a bunch of oil on the plate. I loved the corn tho. I m never one to make bad ratings it s just I have kids and can t afford to get salmonella poisoning. Please cook your fish correctly. I m disappointed all I really wanted was the lobster .

Im pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. First the water tasted & smelled funny. The Parmesan chicken was so strong and so salty I had to spit it out in the black cloth napkin. The salad was good but I was still burping it up 8hrs later. The steak was more rare than medium. Unfortunately it was just a bad experience for me. Spent the last 24 hrs in bed or in the bathroom.
