Went to watch beetlejuice in epic, pre paid tickets and took off work for my husband s birthday. Spent over $80 in drinks and popcorn for the movie not to work , they downsized out theater and expected that to be ok its not, but they offered to refund our tickets. It s not enough for time, drinks, 2 people missing work for something we were really looking forward too. Driving to Lubbock next time, worth it for better service/experience. Really, really let down.

Had some time to waist. So we dipped in for a movie and a meal. Walking in, wow. Looking left, looking right. What an awesome place. We didnt have the time to look at it all. The seats are nice. You can see the screen from any seat. You order your grub and bring it to you. Very nice place. Next time we will give it all a better look over.

Movie and theater was fine, but very disappointed in the staffing and management. Every time I attend to Cinergy Odessa, staff is rude and unattentive. Last night I was in a movie with only about 15 other people. Several of them were teenagers and they continued to get up and move seats, walk in front of people, talking loudly, and shining their flashlights straight at us. We spoke with a manager who said they would look into it and check on the situation, but they did nothing and we dealt with this for the rest of the movie. We also called to make a complaint and left a voicemail, but nothing came of. Very disappointed.

Slow. Missed about 45 mins of the movie waiting in line for concessions even though we showed up 20 mins before the movie started. So just over an hour waiting in line for snacks. Another little line to show my ticket but the girl checking tickets was distracted. I held my ticket out for a min before I decided to just walk around the couple because I had already waited over an hour. Poor service all the way around but the movie was good. What I saw of it.

You might not believe me, but movie theaters used to just have... Movies. Sure, there might be a couple of arcade games, but that would be about it. Times, they have a-changed. Giant screens, reclining chairs with full menu delivered to your seat, bowling alley plus climbing course and multiple VR headset games. Be advised, this is a cashless venue, but you can purchase and reload your Fun Cards in the lobby.

I have been going to cinergy since they first opened. Took my wife on one of our first dates there, and 8 years later, we now take our daughter with us. We are Elite members, which I highly recommend. It basically pays for itself with the 10$ weekly game cards you get, not to mention the free movie passes. If you love going to cinergy cinamas and go more than once a month, you NEED to be on the Elite customer program.

The movie theater, arcade games and ax throwing are great. The bowling on the other hand was not. They need to upgrade their system because the strings are not the way to go. We paid $88 for 6 people to bowl for an hour, while it took about 6-7 minutes for one person to get to bowl there full round because of the string situation. i brought this matter up to the worker, andryea was her name and she completely dismissed me, along with had a bad attitude about the whole thing. i know they re on strings and that s how it goes but our lane was taking significantly longer than any other lanes. If Google allowed me to attach a video to show just how long it was taking for the pins to reset themselves, you would be quite annoyed as well.

If I could give a negative review I would this was the worst movie theaters Ive ever been to. First we paid almost 200 dollars between movie tickets and snacks and you think we would be able to use the bathroom but no and they didnt have any notifications on the website or signs in the place if I would of known that I would of went to the Midland one because atleast I could use the bathroom and even if they were close they worked enough fornthe staff and others to use. Not only that but dont bother speaking to management they cant and wont do anything, also the staff was the most rude people ever when we finally permitted to use the bathroom two of the staff mocked us and called us names but their management applently cant help or train there staff. Dont come here its the worst movie theaters in the Permian basin.

I love going here, nice bowling alleys (which do occasionally have technical difficulties) and nice movie theaters, screens are high resolution and the theatre looks nice. Watched all 8 spiderman films and it was a blast. Always had good food and snacks. Temperature was great inside. Games are fun. Staff is very friendly. Mireya is a joyful and friendly worker at Cinergy. My only gripe is the drink choices. Could use maybe Gold Peak tea. I prefer the Pepsi lineup itself over Coke, but maybe even diet dr pepper or root beer would be nice.

Im on the spectrum and the entire ushers team including my two supervisors bullied me while I worked here. I cleaned theaters by myself, had my showtime papers switched, and was gossiped about behind my back before I eventually quit. I absolutely hate this place and will never support it. No working restrooms and the general manager won t shut down the establishment or even let their employees use the restrooms. Why are there people using the restrooms OUTSIDE when there are so many children present on the premises? This is inhumane and will be reported to OSHA. We went to the bowling alley on that night. The lane we re assigned kept messing up. So they eventually put us on another lane. Then that lane started to mess up. Eventually they added some more time to make it good. Not sure how that would make it better. If ur going go bowling- then go to a bowling alley not a movie theater. This past Friday, we decided to check out Cinergy. Located in Midland, the atmosphere was different from the usual weekend hustle and bustle due to the carnival happening nearby, drawing many folks away. Arriving around 7 pm proved advantageous as we were able to secure prime bowling lanes without much hassle. However, its worth noting that securing bowling spots during weekends can often be a challenge. One pleasant surprise was the efficiency of the snack line at the movies; it moved quickly, allowing us to grab our favorite treats without a long wait. Moreover, the customer service was exceptional; everyone seemed to be in high spirits, creating a welcoming and positive environment. It was refreshing to encounter such friendly staff and fellow patrons who were equally great at what they do, adding to the overall enjoyment of our Cinergy experience.

Seems like the theaters are being taken over by teenagers that have no respect for anyone else in the theater. Being loud, using phones, yelling out comments during the movie, laughing unnecessarily loud.. etc. Last TWO times going to watch a movie have been ruined because of this. Emailed Cinergy directly few weeks ago and haven t gotten a response but sure have received numerous emails to buy fun cards or what movies are coming out telling me to go in and watch. What used to be the go to place to watch movies is now a place I am tired of testing my luck hoping I get a good group of others in the same theater as me. Makes me not want to keep going and will definitely stay away for a while.

Terrible experience in bowling, the truth is, the facilities are nice but the customer service is terrible, the food took a long time, when we paid we clarified to the employee that we wanted to play and pay by line, not by the hour, after taking 10 minutes to eat we were going to play again but they canceled the game and the line, we went to complain and they told us that they had charged us for the hour, when we had said that we wanted line and they had agreed from the beginning that it was by line, the truth is We were very disappointed as tourists.

My experience has always been good and pleasant, my daughter really enjoys going, as does my family, but I have a little detail about the drinks, if you dont know how to prepare them, dont do anything, I ordered a patterned margarita and they added a coffee liqueur, seriously, just I had a drink and my head hurt horribly, I complained to the girl and she didnt pay any attention. Instead of giving me one, she preferred to ignore it, and I only gave her one drink, the glass was full, well, thats all, but I went later and The staff improved, I didnt see her there anymore. Its a nice place with a good atmosphere!

Nice place . Way over priced .. as expected. Went to pay for the movies and food . Whipped out some nice crisp 20s. And the cashier says ooh sorry we dont take cash. ??? So you dont accept American money here. Eh well. I guess I can find someplace that does. Response to reply. Thats good to know. Unfortunately, the employee at the counter just said sorry we dont take cash and sent me on my way

Went to watch a movie Saturday. There was a mass of people running out screaming an active shooter was there as I pulled up. Ofc I leave and call to get a refund the next business day. I call mon&wed and again Friday. Per Allison turns out my info is never passed to mngmt. What an experience for a patron who s been supporting this business for years even thru Covid when my friends and I would be the only ones filling the seats at certain movie showings. Regardless of the event that occurred that night they have security and yet there wasn t one outside guiding patrons, yet it s my fault bc I left and didn t check with employees regarding what their security threat was.
