Arrived about 7pm, got to the deli department where a worker was chatting it up on the phone. She got off the phone and told me they were closed. First, I have never seen separate store hours listed for the deli department which would be nice before I wasted a trip over there. Second I was there with my two kids and needed this meat before we left at five in the morning, so maybe just maybe she could have accommodated since she was already there doing nothing. Some people work all day and can t come in the middle of the day. Post the hours so people know.

Called customer service to resolve 2 gift cards that I bought defective. I had cards, receipts, and activation numbers that I emailed to CS as requested. That was June 14th. Since then Ive been ghosted and all my follow-up emails have been ignored. July 3rd, I still have not gotten a follow-up or resolution on my 2 gift cards that dont have a pin printed on the back. So now cards are useless and Kroger doesnt care!!! Never buy gift cards from Kroger!!

Not going back. Although it s closer and more convenient, it s not worth going back. You have to use the app to get digital deals and the guest WiFi rarely works. I think they do this on purpose as the cell signal is terrible too. If I can t use the app in the store it s useless to me. They never have enough checkers and No peach cobbler was the last straw. Have the people that run this store ever been to a H E B?

I love this Kroger store! Today I used their pickup service from the parking lot for the first time. I would recommend using the Kroger app to get the best discounts and to make the pickup easier. I love the sturdy bags they use to deliver groceries to the car! The handles will not rip (like HEB bags do).

I stopped here for flowers and Briana was LOVELY! Not only did she take the time to check inventory for the tulips I was looking for but she was also incredibly kind doing so! She wrapped my bouquet beautifully and Chris helped put the PERFECT BOW on it! Wonderful staff at the flower section!

I had bought a salad at a Kroger Conroe location and it was expired so I was near this particular Kroger at The Woodlands on Oct 11, 2023 and wanted to see if I could exchange the salad for something else and the lady at the customer service acts like she owns Kroger. She paged whoever is in charge of the food/kitchen area and that cook lady came to the customer service area and she said that I couldnt exchange the expired salad for something else because that salad I had was from another Kroger location. Its funny to me how employees act like they own Kroger. But good thing I didnt take it too personal. They look miserable and unhappy working there and they just projecting their misery out on the customers.

Weve swung into this Kroger a few times a decade or so back. Its still a decent location to shop at. Nowhere near the size of a super Kroger, this one is more quiet and offers a more peaceful shopping experience. The store was clean and the shelves were mostly stocked (08/2023). There were very few items they didnt have in stock that we were looking for. We would recommend this Kroger if shopping in the area.

Gia at Cochrans Crossing in The Woodlands is the best help. Shes professional, patient, knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, and helpful in a big way. When I called for assistance, I had no idea she was going to make my day better and make me smile. She was uncommonly kind to me, a stranger to her. Well this Kroger was really nice it even has a coffee place. This place is really nice the manager that about ran me over on the way out of the bathroom. He was really rude and I said sorry and he mean mugged me. So only complaint is your managers need to get off there high horse and become human again. Thank you for the reminder that I never would want to be part of a place that has so much negativity. Ps. Please trim the trees outside you store so you can the store sign.

I really like this Kroger! The older ladies that work there are so sweet! I also love that they work together and help each other out vs complain or ignore one another when you ask for help. Definitely a team environment! I do wish it was a bit bigger and offered more selection but overall I enjoy shopping here. The Starbucks was also recently renovated and looks great. My only feedback would be that they need to rotate or check their expired product more frequently. I also check the yogurt because I have bought expired yogurt here before.

Pamela in customer service has the worst attitude Ive seen in a while. The food was spoiled and Pamela huffing and puffing about a 3 dollar refund for the spoiled food. Paid for a sandwich, it wasn t one of the five items purchased the bagger deemed worthy of placing in my cart. The cashier watched my child put a candy bar on the conveyor belt, so that got paid for and added to my cart at least. Poor selection, higher prices then other grocery stores on the area. Produce looked wilted and unappetizing. Obviously, the service was subpar too. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

Best Kroger in the Houston area. Small and friendly unlike the newer Krogers. Fresh fruits and vegetables. More importantly, they have my favorite Nolan Ryans sliders, which are pre-cooked hamburgers. Also Brothers egg and cheese pita. Great vitamin choices. On the down side, the music can be loud sometimes.

Just had one question and was on hold for over 6 minutes. I wanted to know if they were giving out the vaccine and I talked to three different people who didnt know because I was already on the way there finally one person didnt sound too sure but said yes. Theres no way I should have been on hold for over 6 minutes with one simple question of such importance. They look incredibly incompetent not even knowing if they give out the covid-19 a vaccine. I guess this is the reason why HEB in market Street a couple miles always crushes them

Doctor called in a prescription for my son on Friday and on Sunday Feb 7th at lunch time i got a call from the pharmacy that i needed to update my insurance card, which i said no problem, when i come in to pick up my sons medicine i will update it. The lady insisted I do it now, to which I explained to her I was in a restaurant and would rather just stop by later and knock it out once I get notified that my order is ready and also, why is it taking so long, it has been almost 3 days. She said there is no problem and the drug IS IN stock, but she wanted the insurance card before she fills it. This obviously frustrated me, I explained I was eating after church with my family and also, it didnt matter what insurance covers or doesnt because I still need the proscription for my child. She became more rude and said Kroger does things their way and maybe I should go somewhere else, and of course by this time I was totally flustered by this person wrecking my peaceful Sunday with my kiddos and trying to force me into something I still dont understand. Monday, Feb 8th I went in and they informed me they would not be getting my proscriptions in stock anymore and I need to go somewhere else. They also told me they called my doctor and told them that my son had to get it somewhere else, but they have not and so of course my son still does not have my medicine from Friday. I will never use Kroger on Research again, but to attack me, who knows why, because I am a Christian or maybe American Indian. I dont know, but this is not what I expect. HEB gladly helped and didnt force me to come in and give them an insurance card in person before helping. I have been getting this medicine for 3 years or more by the way, so it wasnt new.

What a scam. I was doing self checkout and was finishing off my transaction when a Kroger lady came up to me and asked it I would like to donate strawberries for teachers. I said okay. She immediately scanned the strawberries, hit Pay Now and checked me out without telling me the item she scanned was $12.99. So with my $2 of bananas I ended up paying $13 for nothing. What a scam. Shame on you Kroger.

Jackson at the parking lot was great....he heard my baby crying in the car (couldnt see me in the back sitting with my son),he went & informed his colleague/supervisor and they both came to check out the car & realized that I was with my son (who was crying)... they both apologized for inspecting the car ! But me & my wife are very happy to see that Jackson paid attention and tried to check out when he heard a baby crying in the car... which we think is very important in todays world and we appreciate him responding to a crying baby.

Please close this location and let HEB take it over. I have been shopping this location for 20 years. It has greatly declined over the past 3 years. My mother and I shop here and it has been her stubborn elderly ways that keep us coming here! No more she can longer accept the poor quality of produce, not to mention its overpriced. She can no longer tolerate the poor quality of the simple truth organic chicken, it appears old compared to heb organic chicken. Even when blueberry is in season all the brands are sour! Please stop going to the location and maybe it will close! I believe this is the location where they send the bad produce and less desirable meats to be sold.

Shelly at the Deli!!!! She is awesome, and I enjoy her service and great personality. If she isn t working when I come by, I just wait to get my deli items for the next time I catch her behind the counter! Great store overall and they did a superb job managing their supply of items through the early hit of the pandemic and throughout. I m very impressed and love shopping here. Beware! Do not use Instacart. I ordered 26 items and received 6 of them. No indication that I was dealing with Instacart I thought I was shopping at Kroger on line. I paid $20 in fees for my mistake. Derrick, a very arrogant manager at Kroger, so much as said tuff you had someone shopping for you and you werent shopping at Krogers. He said call Instacart. He was very rude. I will never shop at Krogers again. Like many other elderly people I am 73, have 2 lung diseases (never smoked) and am disabled. I am so upset to think that this is done to our seniors, many of whom cannot afford to be taken advantage of. Dont even try to get in touch with Instacart. At least I couldnt.

This is the only Kroger in the Houston area that handles Travel Vaccinations/prescriptions. Injections typically dont require a doctors prescription, but anything in pill form does. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I came here to compare prices to HEB. Some items here are great and theres loads of sales, but the produce is covered in nats. Ive worked in restaurants for a while, so I know that they can pop up and get out of control sometimes.. but I gave up after I found a moth in the tiny bulk snack section. They have loads of sales on non produce items so if I come back, Ill stick to those.

Produce- some of their products were bad! Especially the tomallitos they were already moldy and mushy. They shouldnt not be out on the floor. They should be on the shelf getting moisten. The layout is wack. Refrigeration items are not taken into considerations on how you shop. The self checkout machine was slow. The attendant was helpful but I personally will not shop there again. I had a big conference and needed 300 box lunches. Jessica, the deli manager, was so accommodating. They made the best box lunches and the boxes looked great. They even delivered them on time and helped us set up. I would definitely use them again. Jessica and her team were great. I received great feedback from all of our attendees that these were the best sandwiches ever. Great ingredients and lots of meat. Very very pleased....

DO NOT do your click list shopping from this location. Absolutely horrible. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but I am very upset. Slimy produce, can goods placed ontop of my bread and they pack the bags so tight that they break and all of your groceries fall on the floor every time. I have gotten many apologies but no solutions. Never going to or recommending this Kroger again.

Kroger is my favorite grocery chain, especially because of its exceptional beef. The reason for the low rating is due to the management giving this store a total do over. The store is a mess, product in different locations that even the staff doesnt know where it is or where it will be moved to when finished. There are a lot of other good Kroger stores in the area that you may want to use. Stay away from this one.

Today while at this location I was shopping quietly and an employee named Roxanna was stocking a couple shelves a little boy and his father were near talking amongst themselves in Spanish. Minding their own business when Roxanna decided to voice her opinion saying This is America people speak English! RUDE RUDE JUST RUDE I didn t say anything to her but boy did I want to. That is her place of work where she knew other people in the store may decide to speak another language. Just as they were speaking to each other and minding their own business, she should have as well. Clearly she was the very rude one indeed! That ruined my entire experience in the store!

Kroger quality and service here has really fallen off in the last year. Meat and fish quality has been poor. Except for the bakery and the deli, nobody seems to know what is going on. Bakery and deli are the only thing this Kroger has going for it.
