One year after a car accident we still get the run around every time we try and contact our lawyer. He s always on a video call, he never calls us back never answers. We ve spoken to his supervisors , they ve promised to help, even switching our attorney out and blaming the previous one for all of our issues..and yet months later nothing has happened and they too will not answer us or call back. Absolutely horrible service. We were rear ended a year ago, the other driver admitted fault and yet the case persists. I personally feel they are making this process take as long as possible so they can rack up the charges and leave my wife with nothing. The really sad part of this is I feel they re doing this to my wife because she doesn t speak English.

I had the most exceptional experience with my case. I was tboned with my child in the car. My child was fine but I suffered with 4 Herniated discs in my spine and 2 in my neck. The only issue I had was the delays I experienced with my case for almost half a year but they resolved everything so far. My case took about 9 months to reach a settlement. Ayesha Naveed was very helpful with handling my case, aside from my complaints I have overall. I would say my issue with this firm was that they confused me and another client that had the same first name as me. The other client was seeking another lawyer a due to that my lawyer released me from my case thinking it was me without even confirming it was me, I was not seeking any other legal team.I was asked multiple times and confirmed multiple times that I was not seeking any other legal team. I could not seek another lawyer after they dropped me as a client due to the contract if I did that they would still receive compensation for any settlement I had reached with another lawyer even though they were not representing me. I had to resign paperwork to get them to finish my case and represent me again. It was a hassle and a bit unprofessional that they didn t check the full name of the person before stopping representation.

My case had lots of paperwork and several doctor visits all very overwhelming to keep up with. B&B was on it every step of the way. They work as fast as they can and push the insurance company on a daily basis. The insurance company are the ones that drag there feet hoping you will go away. The settlement was way more than what I expected, but aside from that, they really go out of their way to make sure you know whats going on with your case. They genuinely care about you as an individual, they treat you like family (not income), and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you are entitled to, not what you might settle for. Dont go here. I can never ge them to answer. They never call back. Its rare. They didnt do anything to actually treat my injuries. I been needing major surgery on my knee. Its been about 8 months. 8 months! Im not even supposed to walk with my knee injuries. I cant get anything done. Im permanent disabled from this wreck and they dont seem to actually care. I say this because it been literally month of promise. Nothing. Nothing has actually been take care of.
