This was my Son and I very 1st Jimmy Johns experience. As we entered the store it was a very unfriendly Air. Of the 3 employees standing neither greeted Us or even made eye contact. That alone should have sent up a Red Flag, but with everyone taking things so personal these days, I just thought maybe its just me , although the 3 made it quite obvious that we were really not welcome. The only reason I didnt suggest we leave is I could see just what the Food Preparer was doing. Trust and Believe that was Our very last Time Patronizing any Jimmy Johns location

I walked in he was on his phone. I have my order he was on his phone ( didn t hear me clearly because he was in his phone most likely). 08/22/2023 around 7:40pm. Still over am hour until you close. I was the inly person when I arrived ordering dinner for my family after getting off of work and at the store I didnt get a receipt or the persons name but after my order was done I asked for a cup holder as I had 3 drinks and an over stuffed bag of food and I am by myself also had some groceries in the car. But he said I dont have any up holders when I saw a stack of them on the shelf. Okay it irritated me. When I get home to start eating I had asked for my #13 unwich to add Jimmys peppers as I love heat. Mine had none. My 6 year old daughter wanted pickles added to her order and there were cu umber in it. The only bright spot was the chips thats why I gave 3 stars on the food. Fix your customer service or your lack of caring.

Drinks and chips are good. The sliced wheat bread has seeds and nuts - yuck. The French bread they have is too tough sorry no other bread options - not good. The Jalapeños Chips are the best ever . Sorry Jimmy Johns once you improve your bread I will be back for a $12.98 combo . Yikes

I stopped going to this JJ s because of the unfriendly and rude staff which was also evident in the sandwich I bought last time I was there. I saw where the wraps were being offered again so against my better judgement I decided go in and get what I believed to be a delicious wrap. The person who took my order barely even spoke with no eye contact. The one who gave me my order handed it off to me with no eye contact no thank you no nothing! I will not be going back to this JJ s ever for any reason. Oh, and the wrap sucked!

This is the second Jimmy Johns to ever let me down. Typically everything is very consistent at all the locations Ive been too. This one falls short. The sandwich is just small all around. Thin layer of meat on a double meat sandwich, with a sprinkle of lettuce and the bare minimum of veggies.. There was more bread than anything. The other reviews I read have similar concerns. Unfortunate.

New to the area and drove 10 mins to this Jimmy Johns to try it for the first time with my son. Got there ( it says it was open until 9pm online ) and while I was reading the sign it is now only open until 8pm, I walked in, customer still there, and they told me its 8:01 and closed. What a joke.

Update your hours and Ill update my review. Edit: I was reached out to and had the hours scenario explained to me. My initial review was made due to being hungry and angry. Jimmy Johns has the best bread, and some of the freshest veggies of the major sandwich shops. They have been a favorite of mine for a long time. I will say, however, that with their prices as high as they are, they should try hiring people at a higher rate of pay, both incentivising higher with quality and removing the need for temporary hour changes.

I m very disappointed in this unwich! I ve spent $9.90 for a sandwich that have one piece of meat each and a slice of cheese. When I called the location all they offered was a credit under my phone number which is unacceptable because I have no intentions on visiting this location every again. The manager, Mark, wasn t any help. Things this today is too expensive to be coming back and forth when it should ve been made correctly the first time. I want my money back!!

I have never had a good experience with this location. Everytime we place an order for the office it is always screwed up. Went into the location today and the kid behind the counter told us that he wouldnt take a $50 bill. Thats all that we had, so we left. Its not the fact that they wont accept legal tender, its the way the little punk delivered the message. We will no longer give this location business.

Sawdust Location: Long delivery time; NO TURKEY in one of the sandwiches; called the store and was told another would be right out; 40 minutes later it was delivered but was told by the delivery guy that the manager said we had to give the other sandwich back if we wanted the one with meat. Well, after waiting 30 minutes for the replacement, the original sandwich ended up with ham lunchmeat from our fridge in it and was eaten, so the delivery guy took the replacement sandwich back with him. WHO DOES THAT???? I have never heard of a business asking for their food back after they made the mistake! Poor management decision. They lost a customer over a $3.00 Little John sandwich that THEY messed up AND I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

I just got refused service due to me not having a mask. I advised the man at the counter that I had a medical condition. I asked to have the owners number and he said he could not give it out. He gave me the owners supposed email address and what do you know it came back as not valid! I will not patronize this place anymore as we were regulars not anymore! Its sad to say I cant give this public restaurant facility a minus zero. they do not understand Governor Greg Abbotts exemption for people with health conditions. I was refused service for not wearing a mask. We actually ordered takeout and they messed up our order incredibly bad. I just asked them to fix the order correctly and they refused. the lady kept telling me the owner would fire her for observing my constitutional and civil rights under the governors order and under the Americans with disability act. when I told her I would file a civil complaint with the department of Justice civil rights division she said she didnt care so long as her boss didnt fire her. She stated to me that she was pregnant and she wasnt going to take no chance on getting coveted. Unfortunately this young lady is more worried about her job than obeying Texas state law and the federal law on American disability act. Father shes naive or ignorant of the fact that her basic face covering is not an n95 or a newly developed n97 medical grade mask which means she can receive covid with this face covering on and she can expel it and create an issue for other people so shes the one that is unsafe in a public restaurant and has no bones about violating your civil rights. she challenged me and ordered me to leave her restaurant immediately and refuse full-service and made innuendo that she would have me remove my law enforcement for exercising my rights. My friends and I went to another Jimmy Johns where they prepared our orders correctly and they had no earthly idea why this other Jimmy Johns would not prepare our orders saying they could not fix it in this way. After being a patron of Jimmy Johns for an excessive 25 years and having my sandwiches made the way I want to and never being refused or being told we cant do it that way I knew this was unorthodox and way out of the way. they accept no responsibility no accountability at this location and have no corn for violating your state rights and your federal rights as disabled Americans. When employees are more worried about their job than doing what is right and further violating state and federal law while doing so is beyond a shame they accept civil and criminal wrongdoing. I will follow through with my federal and state complaints on this restaurant. They seem to be petrified of being on video with this location too saying the owner will see everything and I will be fired we cant let nothing be seen on that video that will upset them. I wouldnt work for a place that I was job scared to the point I would be willing to violate peoples rights and violate the law to keep my job. I think the health department for the state of Texas and the District attorneys office needs to investigate this location for violations of state and federal law ... Also thank the Federal bureau of investigation which is charged with investigating civil rights violations needs to pay them a visit as well. I will recommend that they do so. After 40 years retirement in the law enforcement Public Safety field I know the law is very well and tried to explain that to the lady. I said just give me a refund and she refused to do that too. Jimmy Johns routinely refuses delivery to within their service area but only 50% of the time. The staff is ignorant of policy, making it difficult to dispute any claims of bad service. This is one of the poorest examples of a customer service business Ive ever witnessed. I suggest subway, or schlotskys if your in the sawdust area. With all of the ridiculous signs in the store, youd think one of them would say np bills over 20$, bit i was denied service for a 32.95 bill, because I only had a 50$ bill. This JJs is not worth the visit, and i hope corporate acknowledges it.

Great sandwiches but the service is no bueno. The lady taking our order acted like we were bothering her by ordering a sandwich. I really like Jimmy Johns bread so thats why I go to one at least 2 or 3 times a month. Their ordering process could be a little better. Ive only had one bad experience where they gave my sandwich to someone else. It was during a lunch rush (So easy mistake) and I was in a hurry as well so I told them not to bother fixing it. I suggest printing two receipts at payment. One for the sandwich line and one for the customer. This way if there is an issue, the customer can match the receipt and also prove what they ordered without having to go through the Did you say... process.

Today I had one of the worst experiences when ordering food at this Jimmy Johns location. I placed my order online at 7:20 PM. Usually when I order it takes less then 10 minutes for my order to get to me. Today I waited until 7:50 PM to call to find out why my food still wasnt here. When I called they had no idea where the driver was or why my food was not delivered. One of the workers said she would call the driver and call me right back. At 8:20 (30 minutes later), I had to call back because I still had not received my food (1 hour later) and no one had returned my call. This time when they answered my call they said the still didnt know where the driver was and asked if I wanted them to send a new driver. Finally my food arrived at 8:45 (1 hour and 25 minutes after I ordered,) and all I was given was a free cookie. I was told I would be getting a call back to see what else they could do, but that never happened. I have never had a problem like this before at this location and have been a very loyal customer, but this is not the customer service I expect especially when they are supposed to be known for their speedy delivery, and I am a returning customer. Very disappointed.

Twice we ve ordered delivery at night and twice we ve waited over 45 minutes for sandwiches. We live literally 3-4minutes away. The evening shift obviously needs some improvement with their delivery service and their customer service. When I called to ask about our sandwich, all Harold could tell me was that it s on the way... No apology. No reasonable explanation. No offer for any solution, really... It s sad because my daughter loves Jimmy John s but I think next time we ll just have to go to Subway or Schlotsky s down the street.

I love Jimmy Johns. This restaurant is nice and clean and enjoyable staff. But they will not deliver. I found out that they will not deliver into my neighborhood of which they are part of and I dont know why. Im not real happy about that as Ive used Jimmy Johns for corporate lunches. Always great food never a disappointment. This Jimmy Johns is a same way great quality great staff an enjoyable meal. UPDATE: Owner is denying previous employees work history verification due to a different employee exercising their right of freedom of speech via the internet. Bad operations there. Owner is very rude to previous employees over the phone. He doesn t value anyone or anything. All he cares about is money! Has knowingly given customers less than the corporately mandated amount of meat on their sandwich. And has knowingly given customers bad bread on slow nights. Also has knowingly given customers expired meat as not to waste it. I would not recommend this place. Nor his other store on 2920 and kuykendahl. Employee turnover rate is very high here. Makes you wonder why? Must be a bad business....also he has his friends writing fake reviews for him to make his business look better. #FACTS

Ordered sandwich and it was ready before I had paid, very fast. However, lost in the speed, were the options to warm the bread, add mustard, jalapenos and vinegar and who knows what else I might have had option for. Cashier Marcus was very nice. Noticed 2 people stacking the chips in front of the cash register. Some holes still left vacant. Wonder why.

Not a happy customer. Regretting even giving them my business. I should have walked out when they refused my request. Every single JJ I go to they give me oil and vinegar on the side to dip my unwhich into. At this location they refused to do so unless I purchased a drink cup. Needless to say I did not enjoy my unwhich and I refuse to ever come back to this location again. I would much rather drive out of my way in order to get better customer service.

Dont know if they want my review!! Have a terrible experience every time I go there!! If that un-wich wasnt so good I wouldnt go back! 1)delivery cars parked right at door so everyone has to park far away to go in and if you only have a set lunch time...2) one time worker had a BROOM dusting light fixtures, signs etc. over counter! Right at lunch! 3)tuna was so runny I almost had to go home and change! Want More?!?! (POOR MANAGEMENT!!)

Food was tasteless! Got the number one because l thought it would be a safe choice. It was really bad. Place was very noisy because they had the radio blasting like they were in a bar. Run by kids and it shows. They havent yet developed work skills. Instead of asking how may l help you they stare at you like a dumb animal. Then to top everything off they shook their dirty rugs on my car while it was raining. When l said something they tried to deny it. The manager was playing on her phone the entire time texting. I will never go to Jimmy Johns at this location again even though it is two minutes from my job. This place is totally mismanaged by cheap labor and it shows. Other places have gone under because of this lack of concern for the restaurant. No wonder the place was empty. Steer clear. Too many well run places to go to.
