Lisa did a great job and was fair and unbiased. I appreciate her patience and understanding. We were on for almost 7 hours and she still handling the entire process with class. Speaking to both parties while drawing up the contract and getting everyone needs met is not easy but she did a great job. And she had a sense of humor that help lighten the tension. Would definitely recommend her.

I ve worked closely with Lisa in the past and have been impressed by her dedication to her clients and willingness to serve beyond the call of duty. She is responsive to clients and dedicates long hours to ensure her clients have the best representation. She is respected by her colleagues and is an outstanding mediator. You can t go wrong with Lisa on your side. She s among the absolute best in Montgomery County

I was very dissatisfied with Lisa! Very early in the mediation I could tell she was pro mom and was going to be biased. I m a dad who pays child support, is involved with my kids as much as I m let to be by my ex, and all I wanted was 50/50 custody of my two children. I even offered to continue to pay some child support even though my ex wife makes more money. Lisa told me that good dads have to pay to see their kids in Texas and then proceeded to ask me how much I was willing to pay to see them. Lisa was very one sided, often spending the majority of the time on the other side of the mediation. She wasn t able to help us come to an agreement and in fact only made things worse. If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete waste of time and money. If you are Dad, do not use this pro mom mediator!

Excellent experience with this firm. Bruce Tough listened well and was at all times courteous and respectful of everyone, including our opponent and the opponents law firm, but firmly. Bruce Tough took the time and effort to review all the evidence and in our case counseled a reasonable compromise that led to a quick solution that was acceptable to both parties. However, it was clear that if we had chosen to pursue a more aggressive path, or if our compromise was rejected, he was willing and able to do that, too. I highly recommend Bruce Tough.
