5 stars! I m a vegetarian, and I would still come and eat here again for sides and other items. -guacamole: beautiful texture and flavor -Red Headed Stranger frozen cocktail: bomb, perfect texture - the fries: so crisp and tender. Plus the 3 sauces they bring were excellent.

What a great place to for lunch and dinner. Went there for the first time today for lunch. This restaurant is so refreshing to be at. The food was fantastic but the staff was truly amazing. Everyone we had contact with seemed happy to be there and anxious to help us. They all seemed to care. We will be back often. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Worst service Ive ever had eating out. Food was cold and undercooked. The waiter missed an entire order of four people. The order that was missed was a salad.. waited 20 minutes to get the correct order which was a wedge salad. They took no ownership of the mistake. In fact, they blamed us for the mistake said that we ordered wrong. Food was overpriced and the wine was underpored. Save your money and pick another restaurant!!!

I loved it here! Ive been sleeping on this place far too long. I finally went and tried their Blue Plate Special. It was FANTASTIC. Some of the best BBQ ive had in town and honestly a great deal for what you get. I also had the baked beans that were incredible. The space is a little small, I wish they had a bigger property but its well decorated with a real nice patio. The service was on point, Rebecca was great and super helpful. Im definitely going back many more times!

Amazing food that we cant stop craving, quirky atmosphere, and the sophisticated servers anticipate your every need before you can think it. I really love the concept of this place. It is very good smoked foods served in an upscale way. The meats and sides are all well prepared. My issue is with the service here. It seemed like they didnt have enough staff to prowling serve the half filled restaurant. Our service was slow and confusing. Our easier didnt seem to know the menu and had to come back several times to confirm and redo orders. Our first drink order took nearly 30 minutes to get to us. Subsequent orders were slow but better. Several food orders for our table had to be corrected or items were missing. Love the food but please work on the service. I will give it another try.

I stumbled on F1 Smokehouse today (9/11/24), and OMG, the best brisket I have ever had, hands down. I got the blue plate special for $30. It had 3 thick hunks of brisket, bite size, but thick, and it melted like butter in my mouth. There was also a good bit of a sausage link, a pile of pulled pork, and 2 baby back ribs, that were so tender and juicy, I wanted more, but just couldnt hold any more.

The service at the restaurant was wonderful our server was attentive and very friendly. However, the food didnt quite hit the mark for us. The Korean Style Double-Cut Pork Chop was surprisingly spicy, which wasn t mentioned on the menu, and the pork itself was a bit dry. The mac and cheese, though bland, was more enjoyable than the pork chop. On a positive note, everyone else at our table liked their dishes, which is why the overall rating is higher. The banana pudding was a nice finish, with a good portion size and balanced sweetness, though we wished it had more banana and crust. While it s a bit of a drive, we might return if were in the area to try something different but I would definitely skip the pork chop.

This was some of the BEST food Ive ever had. Never been here before. Sunday late afternoon. They werent too busy. The deviled eggs were crazy good and that smoked guac? Come on! Ive never tasted guac that good before. Wonderful. We got the salmon and the blue plate special. Both were great. The sausage is hands down some of the best Ive ever had. The ribs were coming off the bone. And the dipping sauces were great as well. Our server picked my side. Potato fingerlings. I wasnt too sure on those, until I took my first bite. Holy canolli! Like biting into heaven. Our server was Omar and he was great. Very friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. We really liked him. The atmosphere was fun. Very colorful and the music was just right. We sang along to a few of them. Overall great place will return and bring others with me. Update! Came back here again! Another wonderful experience! Some of the BEST brisket I have ever had in my life, it was delicious, everything was really yummy. The smoked guacamole was different but good, queso fantastic but the biggest surprise was the potato salad. Oh. My. Goodness but the BRISKET!!! Melted in my mouth. Leslie was our waitress and she was delightful, Allen is the manager and he was cool too, very knowledgeable and runs the place well. I ve gone here several times the past few months either to dine with a friend or to take myself out for a quiet dinner. This place is designed with old timer photos and movie themes. It s contemporary and bold design makes one feel fancy without stuffy over tones. The food is unique with its own special tastes designed to provide a Smokey, bold flavor with a hint of spicy or seasoning or a good cheese to compliment the meat. Ike was our server and we had a lot of humans at our table. He was quick and efficient, friendly and even created an iced coffee for me. I appreciate the kindness and warmth I get when coming here and will be back soon.

Really enjoyed our first experience here. Mocah was our server and was a nice guy, helpful and added to the dinning experience. Food was on point, from the brisket queso to the 1lbs rib that had an awesome flavor and great bark on it. The steak noodles salad sounded strange but we really loved it and the spice added. Finally the berry cobbler finished off the night but wont be the last night we dine here. I really do suggest this, it would be a great date night or happy hour too.

Cool interior design and concept. Prices were on the high side and the food was hit or miss. Caesar Salad - comes out in two cut halves. Great presentation and flavor. Premium style product. Smoked Guacamole - didnt really taste where the smoke was supposed to be. Comes with chopped chilis. Its pretty good and the tortilla chips are decent. Brisket Cheesesteak - fancy version of the Philly cheesesteak. Lacked the flavor I expected and was sort of bland. Had to use the sauce they had, but overall not worth it. Overall food wasnt mind blowing and just more expensive than what you paid. Lunch for 3, each having a beverage came out to $115. For just a little more you can get a good BBQ meal from one of the better joints in the area.

We went on a Saturday at 4 PM. Not crowded, staff were all super nice and attentive - A+ for service all around. Atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. We got 2 margaritas (good) and a watermelon sugar (this is SUPER hot/spicy and I love heat) but I couldnt drink it and a Baja Lemonade (I liked it, but the person who ordered it didnt care for it). For appetizers we got the brisket queso and smoked guacamole. Both were very good! I couldnt taste the smoke in the guac but it was good anyway. For meals, we got a brisket cheesesteak, F1 Cuban panini, loaded potato, and the classic Texas brisket w truffle potato salad. Everyone loved theirs except the baked potato - only because the ranch seemed sour (we didnt say anything because she got a separate meal for later and didnt care) but the other meals were incredible. For dessert we got the cobbler (he loved it) and brulee banana pudding. I wish restaurants actually cooked banana pudding w/ condensed milk, etc., but they all just do instant and whipped cream and thats just bland. The toppings are just crushed cookies, not brulee (thats the banana). I still give it five stars overall because the food was great for the most part, service excellent, and we left happy and would go again.

We love the Far Out group restaurants but F1 misses the mark. We had high hopes and really like their other spots. The interior design is on point and the food was pretty good. However, the service was awful. We sat at the bar and the bartender never acknowledged us, never talked, very slow. People next to us got up and left because of the wait and there was only 12 customers in the restaurant; totally unacceptable. Dude was like, oh well Tab was $80.00 for a few drinks and two appetizers. Great concept, poor service. The Far Out team needs to cut its losses on this spot, or totally revamp/hire a more qualified staff.

I have had dinner and breakfast at F1 Smokehouse this week. WOW! If you like smoked meats and bbq, this is the place for you. The rubs and smoking technique produce melt-in-your mouth cuts. No additional bbq sauce is needed. In fact, it would be distracting to add any. Blue Plate Special is a great way to try most of their meats but plan to take home a doggie bag. Can t rave enough about the chilaquiles for breakfast. Terrific service and and great vibe. I highly recommend this restaurant that is working to build its clientele.

Y all. Seriously. Go. Service: Crystal was our hostess and no only did she give us a great table, she was attentive and super polite. Omar was our server and he was attentive, adept, and INCREDIBLY nice. Great service is worth it s weight and kudos for F1 for recruiting and retaining these folks. Appetizer: WTH. Hands down best guacamole in the states. And the shrimp cocktail was more classic Mexican rather than Tex-Mex. I highly recommend them. Entrees: The Prime Steak was superb but we unfortunately got the Blue Plate Special and it literally STOLE THE SHOW. The brisket was phenomenal (I grew up in East Texas and know brisket well) and F1 s version caught me by surprise. The sausage was fantastic, the pulled pork flavorful, and the ribs were spot on. Surprisingly, each meat was delicious by itself; adding the sauces made it even better which I didn t think was possible. Dessert: y all, the fruit cobbler gave me hope for mankind. It wasn t overly sweet, it had actual freshly cooked fruit, and tender walnuts. It felt like they prepared it just for us and that personal touch means a lot. Drawbacks? None really. Their bread/roll was prepackaged (Hawaiian rolls) but who can hate on that?!?! I do wish they would have curated the drinks for me to match the meal though. As a result, I just ordered a whole bunch of delicious concoctions that didn t go with my meal (but that were stellar all by themselves, lol.) Yes, we ll go back. I cant say enough about this place. First off, its super cute inside and out. Second, service is top notch! Thirdly , the specialty cocktails were amazing! I do not like ginger beer, however the staycation was phenomenal! Definitely has the perfect amount of ginger without the taste of the beer! Hands down the best! And the food! Delish!!! We had the brisket melt, fries and sautéed spinach. So good! We also has the smoked guacamole and qeuso. Both were very different but very good!!! We definitely will be back!!! Wait staff was very accommodating turning on the Stars playoff game over the bar for us and lowering shades. Food was very tasty, just slightly salty. A modern take on barbeque and it was simply wonderful. My wife and I shared the Peach Barbecue Glazed Chicken and it was cooked perfectly. (Elected to sub the french fries for the mac & cheese as its not a dish I typically like. Fries were seasoned well and are the thinner type.) There were a couple of other dishes that looked great but I agreed to share in order to get the berry cobbler. (This is how Ive stayed married!) I love cobbler and this didnt disappoint. Price is a tad steep for it but it was enough for two and really shouldnt be missed. We sat inside but there was a nice outdoor area and bar. Service was on point. Decor is modern with the Lone Ranger playing on the big screen. Shockingly, the Lone Ranger saved the day. Enjoy!

I happened to show up kinda dirty from work and its a nice fancy place to eat but not in your work clothes people tend to look at you crazy lol. But the food was awesome the waitress was wonderfully nice. Walked in with my mom and one year old daughter and we were discriminated against as soon as we walked in, due to my daughter being one years old. The restaurant was completely empty minus two people at the bar, what seemed to be an owner or manager on a laptop at a table in the corner and two gentlemen sitting in chairs at the entrance. We were told there was only one table available and they needed it back by 5:45pm when we had walked in at 5:11pm. The lady on her laptop stared at me and my daughter under her glasses with a dirty look on her face. The hostess was rude as well. Terrible service. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever be back! They will also be reported for discrimination.

Best corndog ever (not pictured) and I usually skip on corndogs any other time, very glad I didn t this time. Seriously the OMG Best wagyu smash burger to die for, it melts like butter in your mouth. Perfect balance to a burger cheese, pickle. The soft, warm, buttery bun with the in-house made jam was simply amazing! No complaints. Looking forward to going back. We stopped by for the Happy Hour. We sat at the bar. Stephanie was very pleasant, attentive and enjoyed her service. I loved their Electric Pickle Martini!! Just stopped in to try a new BBQ spot while spending the day at the museums. Great ambiance and staff! It was between mealtimes, so I sat at the bar. Tried the Queso & Brisket app-not much brisket . Had a TX mule which was perfect. Tried to order the smoked ribeye dinner, but it was sold out .that happens at upscale spots like this. Loved the bartenders! Lets take care of the elephant in the room, the neon cowboy. The more you look at it the scarier it is. The atmosphere is built for the snooty, the wait staff was excellent. I judge a place by its simplest food first. Chopped barbecue sandwich, small and the barbecue is nothing to write home to Mom about. Barbecue Sauce couldnt tell the difference between the sauce and the ketchup. And the one thing I hate most is when a place forces you to get a side item with what you actually ordered. Which brings me to the tater tots which tasted like Sonic tater tots. And as usual the big one is the price,$19 no drink.

Wasnt overall impressed. The tv with westerns kept displaying ads cause it was a YouTube video. They should pay for no ads. The burger tasted like any other smash burger. It wasnt anything special. Clean blue, yellow and white vibe speckled with a smoked smell and clean western pictures. Upbeat classic rock and oldies playing overhead ( not too loud) kept it laid back. Firstly, restaurant is fitted out pretty cool. Atmosphere is great, music is great. Our server was lovely. A bit slow to get water first but they served my husband s beer quickly. My drink however, took about 15minutes and the bar was dead. We saw the bartender chatting away to 2 customers so that was definitely the delay, eventually it arrived 15 seconds before our main meals came. Queso dip with brisket was SOOOOO delicious but just had 3 tiny tiny cubes of brisket so it s more a queso dip with brisket garnish. Burger was yummy and so was the prime rib. Tater tots were cooked to crispy perfection. The biggest letdown was the bread pudding dessert - it was gross. You d think they d add some cinnamon, fruit, caramel or chocolate or even serve the pudding with ice cream and a sauce but it was literally just bread with the custard and baked then served with three tiny blobs of whipped cream. Definitely need to fix that dessert as it s really not hard to make a nice bread pudding.

What a fabulous experience! I stopped in for lunch having heard mixed reviews about price versus experience and I can confidently say, you have to come to F1. I sat at the bar and Sean the bartender was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Every staff member I encountered was smiling even though I may not have addressed them. The Cuban sandwich was one of the best I have ever had and the Tots were cooked perfectly and tossed in their signature rub. The meals I saw people enjoying looked fantastic and the portions were absolutely worth the price. The cocktail list was amazing. I guess if I could find one thing that I would criticize, the beer selection could use some more pizazz. I will absolutely be back to F1 for many more meals.

This is a five star place. It really is! The attention we received (12-09-2023) was exceptional, and for me, service goes a long way. Food was great. I got the bacon burger, and she got the cheesesteak. Both were really well prepared. All sandwiches come with tots, and these were exceptional. Hot and very fresh made tasting. We both got non-alcoholic drinks, as we were not in the mood for a $19 dollar cocktail. I did ask about one of my favorite beers on the menu....but they were out. :-( The burger for me was for sure a knife and fork job, as they did not hold back on the F1 sauce. She could not finish her cheesesteak, and we agreed later that we probably could have split that for the both of us. Music was a bit loud, but not the end of the world. Good food, superb service. A little on the pricey side, but delicious and the staff were super friendly. I had the rib eye steak sandwich and the jack and cheese. The steak was delicious, tender, very rich and caramelized to perfection, and tons of a creamy cheese sauce, I think similar to what they use on their mac and cheese. The jack and cheese was a mac and cheese with all the flavors of a pepper jack cheese, fresh and right on top. Also I love a restaurant where you can see into the back, and the chefs all looked like they were having a good time making my food which I respect. Worth going for a nice date out or spoil someone for a special occasion, will be there again.

I wanted to try this restaurant simply because I loved the decor. Well, theyre just okay. I got the Texas Beef Brisket with a side of potato salad, and I was desiring more of something else. My wife and two children went but had to leave abruptly after apps because one of the children became ill. Our waitor Sean was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful in navigating the menu before we had to leave. The apps were great and so were the drinks. The ice cream wasnt Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla, but it was DELICIOUS!! The Banana Pudding was classic, straight-forward& JUST. GOOD. PERIOD. Not too sweet. But just right. The cookies were crisp& the bananas were FRESH. The pudding was very good. Thank you for coming to Texas, Graham. You good is AMAZe-BALLS. Nevaeh served us very well& Iiiiiii will be BACK!! We absolutely loved the food and the friendliness of the wait staff. However, we went to dinner to celebrate my husband s birthday and the staff knew it. When we were asked after dinner since it is your birthday would you like a dessert? it implied that they we re giving a complimentary dessert. When we were charged for it we brought it up to the staff and they politely shared that they do not do complimentary desserts. Their comments implied otherwise. The food is great. The staff is friendly. The potato salad is the best I have ever had. I would have preferred a little more of an honest and up front service.

F1is a new upscale smokehouse. The ambience is beautiful. The chairs and tables are a little too close, but they are comfortable. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. The general manager was on hand and greeted us to this new establishment. The food was pretty good, especially the prime rib and Korean double cut pork chops. The chili was just perfect. I would not try the mixed berry cobbler. It was more like mixed berry soup. The outside eating area looked beautiful. However, we chose to eat in size since it was 100°. It was also cool to see a celebrity chef (Graham). Now for the disappointment. One of the vice presidents name Ryan was also in the house. He was very rude. As a paying guess I dont expect someone to stand with their hand on the back of my chair and talk to another table. Since the areas were tight, the waiters had to keep walking around him. He also kept bumping into my chair and spoke loudly as Im trying to eat my dinner. He never said excuse me, or I am sorry for interrupting your dinner. Unfortunately, good manners is not his forte. We had to ask one of the waiters to ask him to move to the other side. One would think he would know that since he is a VP apparently, I did not teach that in his schooling. Finally, I will go back just to try the F1 smokehouse burger. They were coming out of the kitchen so fast it was head spinning. One word of advice, dont sit at the table for two in front of the big screen in the back of the restaurant. Avoid all misbehaved

Very uncomfortable seating, looks nice, but not appealing in a 1 seat wide booth. Served flat beer, went with the sweet tea. It was good. She ordered the brisket sandwich, served on a Brioche bun. I ordered the French Dip, also served on a Brioche bun. French Dip is served on a roll, not a bun. Clueless. Decent flavor, but not worth the price. Tater tots in a cup, no substitutions. Looks nice, but not functional. Tots in the bottom were mushy. Too much emphasis on bad plate presentations. Ordered banana pudding for desert. Looked nice, but a mess. All the crumbs fall off when you try to get a spoonful. Looked terrible halfway through. For a chef inspired restaurant, this is a let down. Dude needs to go back to school. Austin was a great server. Attentive and great timing. Disappointed.
