Went through the drive thru for my visit, went to use a buy one get one concrete coupon I received while at a Round Rock Express game. One concrete was the butter pecan, and the other was the peach. Both were absolutely delicious! Big chunks of peaches, caramel and pecans very present, and the custard, I might never have ice cream again. Definitely cant wait to come back!

I have been hooked on Andys since I moved to Texas. This location continues to be dangerous and tempting because of its location to the HEB. I think to myself....I could use a little treat! every time Im leaving the grocery store. (Im sure Im not the only one.) The custard itself is always great but my favorite time of year is right now....Key Lime Pie Concrete. A whole slice of Key Lime Pie blended into vanilla custard... YUM!!! The only downside to Andys is the lack of seating available for customers. If this had outdoor seating with the misting fans or indoor seating I could easily see this being a local hangout.

From California, and we dont see any places like this here. Comparable to Baskin Robbins with a home town punch. You dont see clerks walking up to your window asking for specific menu items. In Cali you got drive thru. Plus the service was very friendly and fast.! Unfortunately I couldnt eat my ice cream in my sisters brand new car. So I waited till we hit Leander then I was in a total bliss.! Thank you for pumping out great service and unscrupulous ice cream. From sunny California!

Delicious custard, unique experience, but seating would be a plus! Andys Custard had me hooked from the moment I saw the giant ice cream cone! The custard itself was delicious - creamy, flavorful, and just the right sweetness. It was fascinating to watch the custard being made through the window too. However, the lack of indoor seating was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the summer heat that will be coming soon. While the outdoor tables were available, they got quite hot, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the custard for long. Having some air-conditioned indoor seating would definitely elevate the experience, especially for families with young children or those seeking a cool escape from the summer sun. Tonight was my first and last night visiting this place. I wanted to compare the custard here with Shakes in Cedar Park. Went through the drive thru, received the wrong concrete, got out to walk up to the service window, was 2nd only in line and waited almost 10 mins to be asked what I needed as I clearly stood there with a custard item in my hand. There were about 5 kids inside that I could see, meanwhile 2 of them, the boys, stood around doing absolutely nothing but looking around and pretending they had something to do. Continued to wait and then the same drive thru girl who got my order wrong came to the window to ask me how she could help me. I kindly explain that the order was wrong and tell her what it was supposed to be, then she walks off and comes back to confirm she got it correct, walks off and I wait another 10 mins as the next 3 customers come and go. Drive thru was dead which was why the girl who got my order wrong helped me at the front. I get tired of watching people come and go and realize the drive thru girl is no longer inside and she s definitely not correcting my concrete. I make eye contact with someone else and she asks me what s going on and I proceed to explain that I ve been waiting for my item to be corrected. She gets the correct order from me, takes back my wrong one, isn t that literally illegal to do in texas? Pretty sure you re not supposed to accept food or beverages back into the window, then she continues to go about her business with the cones and I proceed to wait at least another 5 mins until I see the drive thru girl back inside making my concrete. She then gives it to one of the boys who was doing nothing the entire time. In those 20 mins I spent waiting for my item to be corrected, some other guy came with an incorrect item and had it replaced before I even addressed with the 2nd person that I was still waiting. What an absolute joke. Either one of the boys who stood there looking around could have and should have corrected it within 5 mins of me approaching the window, or the drive thru girl could have passed it along to the other girls who were making drinks and still had breaks in between. Every single other customer that I saw ordering didn t even wait 5 mins for their items. I had a simple concrete. Definitely sticking to Shakes and will never give y all a try again.

Is overall not a bad place, though is in a terrible location & very noisy. Customers dont have indoor seating. Is not handicap accessible. Dietary restrictions: Only vegan option is a push pop. Do not list out the few gluten options that are available - most of the preset options are not gluten free so you have to build your own. Parking: Very limited.

Ive been salivating ever since Andys advertisement about a new flavor creation called cannoli! I cant help it!!!! Its in my Italiana blood ! Who wouldve thought that this ice cream at Andys called a Cannoli Concrete would be like eating cannolis from a cup with a spoon? I could taste just the right amount of everything from pistachios to the cannoli shell, two mini chocolate chips, and that delicious mascarpone cheese blended custard. Andys has just about every fruit & flavorings,, marshmallows, nuts- really anything you could possibly want to be served with their delicious chocolate or vanilla custard. If I wasnt so fat, I go every day!! As it is, I hadnt been in a couple months and kept waiting for just the right time to go and check out this fantastic flavor for myself!!! (By the way it is wholeheartedly tested and approved by Bo, my four legged 10 month old child) I like the fact that the same young woman that I had the last time I was, there was still there and waited on me. Im always impressed when employers can hang onto their employees, especially in the food service industry. I happened to use the drive-through because I had my dog with me and the service was excellent . They dont keep a tip jar visible and dont ever ask but I always do my best to tip generously.. Almost the entire facility is made of window glass so you can see everything thats going on inside. Its always been very clean. Thanks so much for figuring out how a cannoli could be expressed in a concrete !!!! If youre looking for a recommendation for dessert, get your custard on @ ANDYs!!!!

We went to Andy s in Cedar Park today Sunday Aug.27 2023. We had the most horrible so called Sunday we have ever had at an Andy s. We have been to a lot of Andy s including Tyler, Frisco ,Dallas area & many others. We have been at this location several times but today was awful. Hardly any toppings ice cream was melted the cup was only 3/4 full. The lady was rude never made eye contact & the window was open when we pulled up & pulled off even though there was know one in front or behind us. It is 106 degrees today! Our experience was not good! Wake up before you have no customers!!

This was a flashback; Andys was popular in my college town years before I moved to Texas. Granted, back then I could have a concrete every week or two in the summer without gaining weight. The concrete are very tasty. I personally think k they are overpriced (especially how much they pay their workers and yiu can see that from the advertisement for hire on their order window). Best frozen custard in the game! A word of advice for management - the young folks who work there need to act a little more professionally. I am a huge fan of the Butterscotch Malt. This place will make you feel like a kid, so order accordingly. We also regularly get pints via the drive-through, and its a secret ingredient in a several of my familys favorite desserts. Recommend stopping in!
