I visited this location this afternoon and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I kindly pointed out that my order wasn t mixed well, but instead of addressing it, the employee rudely responded, I knew it. I was completely shocked by this unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The last three times I ve ordered ice cream here through Uber Eats I have either gotten the incorrect item or my ice cream is not made correctly and with very little ingredients if there s anything in it at all. The rayford location does a very good job however this location must have new employees that have no idea how to make an ice cream following instructions. I will not order from this location again.

I just want to take a moment to give a shout-out to the store Manager Lauren! She has a great attitude and was a pleasure to speak to and deal with. We had ordered several Ours size dishes to take home with us. When we got home my son tasted his and realized the wrong ice cream had been used and instead of vanilla it had been made with banana. I called the store and spoke with Lauren and explained the situation. She was a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like! It was refreshing and welcomed. She apologized for the mix up and gave us a refund. Thank you Lauren! You are a great example to your employees and we need more like you. We will definitely be coming back to your store and purchasing more delicious treats!

I visited this location on Sunday night around 8pm, there was a long line, I waited about 20 mins to get to the counter. Lura the manager on duty did absolutely NOTHING to get the line down. She walked off the register, went in the back, came out took a bathroom break and then proceeded to have a conversation with a customer. She was horrible and definitely needs to be retrained. John was amazing, there was another young man there, he was working on online orders, quickly getting them out. And also a young woman who was quickly responding to the growing line. This is NOT the first time I ve visited this location and I have had this problem with her, and the service she has lacked to provide. This location is always extremely busy, if she can t manage the volume then she needs to be relocated.

We got the Apple pie a la cold stone which was good! The service is what got to me. We came in a group of 5 and ordered 4 ice creams all in a waffle bowl. When we first got there there was only a group of 3 behind us so you cant say it was busy. After they checked us out is when the crowd arrived. The gentleman that assisted us did not hear or pay attention to what we ordered and when we corrected the order at the register he pouted like a child, rolled his eyes, did a sigh and changed the order from a bowl to a waffle bowl as if it was the hardest thing he ever had to do. It was the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE. At the end of the day WE WERE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS and we weren t mean or rude. Sucks the ice cream is good here but the customer service is not worth coming here again.

1 star is also not justified for the kind of service this place has. I have been to other locations of cold stones and have never gotten such treatment. Whoever the lady was on shift on 19th dec 2023 @8:30pm was extremely rude. I had couple of toppings added to my icecream which were not even placed in my icecream tub. She just let it go to waste even when I have paid for it. She even had audacity to throw my icecream on the counter as soon as she was done. I also exclaimed wow to that to which she did not even apologize. I am sorry but whoever is the incharge of this place need to look for the quality of customer service. Extremely disappointed that I have to boycott the nearest cold stones shop to my house. Do better lady!! It is embarrassing for cold stones to hire such staff.

Update: Michael from Cold Stone management reached out to me to apologize for what happened and made things right. I really appreciate Michael s response to the situation I just wish the actual face of Cold Stone (ie the employees in the store that interact with customers on a daily basis) practiced better customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this location. I ordered a custom petite ice cream cake for my birthday over the phone on July 6th because there was no place to order it online. I scheduled it for a 6:30p pick up today and when I showed up the employees were completely lost and couldn t find the order. I then waited 20min for them to scramble to finish it. Robert who I think was the manager never even apologized for what happened and didn t seem to give a care either. The cake I received is a complete joke! It s barely the size of the palm of my hand. It has maybe the amount of ice cream in a like it size cup with a stale looking piece of cake on the bottom and I paid $20 for it! Cold Stone you should be completely embarrassed that you even sell this joke of a cake!

Very poor customer service. I recently called this store 3 times in the span of a week to receive and check on a catering quote for a company event for 120 people. I was told my information was being passed to the manager Michael on all 3 occasions. It has now been 2 weeks and Michael is still nowhere in sight. My husband came in to get two birthday cake remixes. The employee made one (I think he misunderstood that we wanted two?) and when my husband asked for the second, the employee just mashed sprinkles into some vanilla hoping my husband wouldn t notice. He did. But he didn t feel like arguing since the employee was already giving him a hard time. I have not had Coldstone since 2008 and the ice cream still tastes amazing. I drove 25 minutes to visit this location (its the closest to me) and it was worth it for the nostalgia. I purchased the Strawberry Blonde and it took me back to the first time I had it. Im definitely glad I took the trip. Im also glad that the employee was nice and wearing a mask. Store closes at 11pm. We arrived at 10:40pm and all the chairs were already stacked on tables so there was no place to sit. It was as if they were like we want to leave so you can t sit down. Disappointed that this business does not have a single post-pandemic notice or practice in place as other business do. For instance, there aren t 6ft markers on the floor to socially distance. Last night other patrons both in line and picking up orders didn t you cared or didn t acknowledge a person s personal space. It s interesting that only one person is wearing gloves and several aren t wearing their masks over their noses. First, I will acknowledge that this experience was MY fault because I ignored the earlier reviews in hopes that my experience would be different. I was WRONG! The service was horrible!!! The young lady with the dark hair got a nasty attitude with my wife because she wasn t listening being too busy talking and laughing it up with her co-workers. At 7:45 on a Wednesday evening they were nearly out of every flavor of ice cream including vanilla. The store seemed dirty. No seating at all, not even outside. Horrific service. 7pm on a Friday before a major freeze yet we decided to stop and get ice cream anyway. The moment we walked up to the counter it was an issue. The person working acted as if our existence there was a problem and made it very apparent that the fact that we could not hear them through the mask and over the music was annoying. We can see eye rolls over the mask. We explained that we havent been there before and would like their suggestions regarding questions they asked us. More attitude. As they made our ice cream I asked to add brownie ask they were mixing and the huffy and puffs were audible through the masks. The two people making our order whispered and rolled their eyes the entire time as if we did something uncalled for. I asked for a lid on mine and got a serious attitude. I thought to ask for a lid for the other one before they finished up and the other person stopped, stared and started to complain to her colleague about it. As if adding a lid on top of the ice cream was a huge undertaking. The person finally went and put the lid on the ice cream after going back and forth about it with her co worker. I asked if it was a problem but they ignored me. That person then walked over, tossed the ice cream container on the counter so hard that it slid and I had to stop it on the other side. They walked off without a word. I wanted a bag but didnt want to ask. The person checking us out asked if we wanted a bag and I said oh yes please I was afraid to ask. They packed it up, handed it to me, and walked away without a word. I said thank you and was ignored. We stepped out and checked what time they closed thinking that the rudeness came from us coming in last minute. The website said they closed at 11pm. It was 7pm. We both decided to never return because I have no clue what their problem was.

We usually do Dairy Queen for my ice cream. But my wife and I were right nearby and decided to stop. Bad mistake. With nobody else in the store, the two guys found other things to work on rather than help us. We waited for several minutes. When asked, one guy said he wanted to finish what he was doing. We walked out. Theyre just punk kids, I get it. But I feel bad for the owner of the shop. The manager there needs to do some QC. We dove to the Dairy Queen. Yum!

I ordered an icecream cake for my birthday and the entire family was raving on how good it was!! I do reccomend calling the place if you order online, they didnt get my order but the employee there( i dont remeber his name but he has blue eyes and blonde hair) was super kind and made my cake for me and added an extra cookie icecream sandwich for me! Made my birthday extra sweet!! I super highly recommend!

I went 2 days ago and since we cant be inside, I ordered and told him I wanted almonds in my snow, I bought the largest one and he just added a spoonful of almonds, what a disappointment and thats how they want to do business...its not the first time Ive gone and I know more or less how much almonds they put in it, how disappointing the employee was and I still left him a tip because I didnt see how he prepared it

One of their items called The Founders Favorite(no idea what or why its called that), comes with Sweet Cream Ice Cream, pecans, brown fudge, and caramel. The Sweet Cream Ice Cream was good but it doesnt taste any different than the Vanilla Ice Cream. Its sweet and the price is just right. The service was excellent and the Ice Cream was delicious.

Very disappointing. Ordered a cake online that said Ready For Pickup which I took to mean was prepared and in the freezer. Scheduled pickup for following morning, paid and received email confirmation. When I got there to pick up the cake the ticket had been printed out but the cake was in the freezer with no frosting or decoration on it. The young man working was very nice but clearly had no idea why this happened or what to do about it. Ended up picking another cake that wasnt nearly as nice or the flavor I wanted because I needed the cake for a party. If you cant satisfy on line orders you shouldnt accept them or send confirmations. Wont buy a cake here again....ever.

Laura and Meli provide the best customer service i ve seen at any Coldstone! I came here expecting to get an order of soup and that s exactly what i got! Second time I come to this location at 9:30pm the map location says they close at 12am and the door sign says they close at 10:00pm both girls working there are both eating ice cream in our face and they tell us theyre close when they havent eaven lock the doors second time it happens ans Im sure it wont happen again I hate to leave a Star on this but is the only way k can leave this waste of time review

I was excited to take my boyfriend here for his first time. Our little ice cream date was going ok even though they had a little line. It took a turn when Laura stepped over to help but assumed that my guy and I were with another African American customer who was in front of us but no biggie. Ashreile our original server continued to prepare our order when Laura came back to assist(idk) but when she took my cold ice cream and put it in a hot waffle cone and then moved to on to serve the next customer that was it for me. I was in no hurry but clearly Laura was. Why would someone put cold ice cream in a hot cone? If I wanted soggy soup I would have went elsewhere. So now Ashreile has deal with me the irritated customer who no longer wishes to purchase Laura s mistake .This was my worst experience at a Cold Stone!! Thanks Laura for your horrible service I will not be back to this location! However Thank you Ashreile My Boyfriend loved his ice cream that you prepared for him!
