Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:45pm for pickup. They said 15m. We showed up at 8:04 and when we walked in the door there was no customers in there. No other pizzas in the oven (used to work in pizza). Two guys on a laptop at a customer table. Another kid comes around the corner. He says the pizzas will be ready in 5 minutes. I see him go back to another bearded guy and they whisper. At that point I knew they hadn t even started them. They said they would be ready in 5. I advised I used to worked in pizza and there is zero chance you can start making two pizzas and cook them in 5 minutes. Again there was no other customers in restaurant and no other pizzas on the oven conveyor. We just left.

I went in for a salad with grilled chicken, and I should have known when he asked if I wanted it heated it wouldnt be fresh. I was given a salad with chunks of dry chicken. The chicken had to be at least two days old because it was rancid and had reheated chicken flavor. And the croutons were soft and not crunchy. With that being said, it was a big disappointment because I wanted a fresh salad. Salad and go would have been a better choice. Now I just hope I do not get sick from the gamey chicken. The staff was friendly

Second time trying this pizza place. We ordered a pizza for lunch and never got it. I ended up having to go pick up our remade order after paying a delivery fee and tip. Then the reorder made pizza was more of a thin sliced pizza, gross, and cut into squares. How does someone mess up cutting a pizza? The first time we ate there the pizza was great thick crust and cut normally. However, you can tell the restaurant is run my a bunch a men bc I don t think the place has ever been dusted and their peace lilies need watering. I hope they take care of the kitchen better. I m not sure my family will be back.

I have been a loyal customer of Mogios Pizza Store for a long time, and I must say that my last visit on Monday was nothing short of excellent. I ordered my usual favorite, the Jack Daniels, and I was pleasantly surprised by the difference. The crust was perfectly crisp yet tender, the sauce was richer and more flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing the attention to detail and quality that has gone into the preparation. In addition to my pizza, I tried the Garlic bread , which was also outstanding. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dish was beautifully presented. Its clear that the team at Mogios is passionate about delivering top-notch food. Overall, my latest experience at Mogios Pizza Store was phenomenal. The improvements in the food quality have taken my dining experience to a whole new level. If you havent been to Mogios recently, I highly recommend visiting again to enjoy the delicious upgrades. You won t be disappointed!

Upon entering noticed the place was empty, at peak lunch time, on a Sunday, that should ve been a sign.. Couldn t get a receipt because they were out of paper (mind you they just opened)..Went over to the drink machine, they had a wet floor sign, some kind of hose draining liquid into a metal bucket, probably something that needs to be fixed. Looked over at their condiments/cutlery section.. spoons and forks were visibly dirty and they only had a couple left.. again not sure how if they just opened. Went to a table, it was sticky. Pizza was mid should ve just gone with fast food.. It stayed empty while we were there. The place feels like it needs a really good cleaning, and maybe some better management? You shouldn t be out of paper & have 3 dirty spoons available at the beginning of the shift.

When a customer comes in and orders two ROUND pizzas for carry out and kindly ask for them to be cut in TRIANGLES like a normal pizza and not SQUARES then you need to cut their ROUND pizzas in triangles like they asked. Who the HELL cuts ROUND pizza in SQUARES??? Why is it so hard to give good customer service, working at a pizza shop is the easiest job in the world. I know I ve worked at several, STOP CUTTING ROUND PIZZA IN SQUARES, that s the stupidest thing I ve ever heard of!! This is what a slice of pizza should look like!

We met Ricardo a month ago and talked to him about Greek salad and my expectation of the ingredients. He made us a fantastic Greek salad loaded with the exact ingredients. Tonight we visited your restaurant. He came to our table and recognized us. We received a personal greeting from him and a fantastic Greek salad. Later Maria came to our table and we shared our experience about service in general. We all share the same expectation as four mature individuals. We always have a great experience here! From the wings to splitting a pizza any style we want and the kids getting off of the kids menu. Especially with the Greek salads! This restaurant is poorly managed by the manger and owner, there is nothing to proper clean the dishes. Theirs black mold in the tea makers, black mold in the dish washer. The food is over priced and poorly cooked.

EDIT AFTER MANY MANY RETRIES: BUT I have to say they constantly mess my order up.. i can honestly say they ve only gotten my to go order correct ONCE.. I love their dough and their ingredients but if you don t check you pizza before walking out the door it is a high chance it will be wrong! I highly do not recommend ordering delivery from here because my pizza is always wrong and sometimes a refund doesn t make it right when it comes to hungry kids.. order in person and check you pizza to make sure it s right before walking out the door!

Had an issue with my delivery order for two sandwiches last week. The delivery driver was not friendly and because of that he may have been the reason our order was not right.There was no sauce for my Gyros and I had paid for extra sauce! Went into the restaurant a few days later to make an order and met Alex who took care of me and provided great customer service. He was kind and empathetic. He really made things right! Took 45 minutes, when we arrived the pizza had not even made it to the oven. No one in the parking lot, no one inside the restaurant, 3 employees standing around. Another 15 minutes until we got it. We asked and paid for extra pepperoni on whole pie and jalapeno on one side only. Not only did we not get extra, we barely got any pepperoni and probably 5 small pieces of jalapeno. First time I visited was in 2021 - omg was shocked how great the pizza was. In 2022, was charged totally different prices than what was on the menu (way more expensive) and pizza was ok that time. Yesterday, paid the piper cuz didn t want to go drive to pick up real pizza . What a disappointment. The prices are very high, pizza is soggy all around even the crust. Next time I ll just get MOD Pizza - as this place is a joke. Every time I give it another chance I get more disappointed.

I dont live in rockwall, I live hours away, but when I know Im coming to the DFW/Tyler areas, I have to come eat here. I love their pizza with their super fresh, tasty toppings, a good sauce, and their gluten free crusts are delicious! I also love that they offer a large size of gluten free. Today I tried the cauliflower crust and I even loved that! The staff is friendly, its always clean, it just makes it nice to eat at when Im in the area. I have been coming here for about 10 years, its just that good.

I found Mogios on Google because I was craving pizza on the way home from work. When I got there, I was immediately greated by Alex; he was very professional! I order a Pepperoni pizza w/ mushrooms. When I got my pizza was short of Pepperoni but Alex offered to re-make it; it wasnt a big deal for me( not a deal breaker) because when I tasted, the pizza it was delicious! Terrible, terrible experience. We ordered a salad and a pizza. The lettuce on the salad was wilted and brown so we couldn t eat it. The pizza had a very sweet sauce and, in my opinion, was not good. This is a pickup location Not a restaurant. There are plenty of tables but no service. You have to get your own plates, silverware, drinks, and even salt and pepper for your table. They bring the food you ordered at the counter to your table but no one services the eating area.

This is one of the best pizza places in Rockwall, hands down. Their pizza has tons of flavor, toppings and unique combinations. My favorite is the Rustica. Alex is amazing and provides excellent customer service. One of the icy nights when they were closing early, he ended up picking up the phone even though they were closed by then. He took my order and still made it with a smile. Well be frequent customers for sure!

I really wanted to like this place. It was my first time trying it, I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, a gyro sandwich and a medium half and half specialty pizza. All the items were extremely dry. The Gyro had no sauce in it, the cheesesteak was very dry and flavorless. The pizza was dry to a point, we had to submerge it in ranch just to get some flavor and be able to chew without choking. The person at the register was nice, however, terrible food and experience.

Thoughtfully decorated restaurant with friendly and helpful staff providing quality service. I tried the fettuccine Alfredo which is a true test of Italian restaurants and it did not disappoint. The sauce was fresh and flavorful. I also had a calzone which had a unique flavorful crust with quality mozzarella that had a great pull. I love this restaurant. They have an amazing menu with a variety of choices that satifies the tastes of everyone in my family. I always order a large calzone, having sampled many other calzones at other restaurants, I can honestly say that mogios makes the best around. Not ready to dine inside however my family and I usually order carry out. Their delivery is excellent, food always arrives hot and in a reasonable amount of time. I would have given five stars if my calzones were always available. On rare occasions my favorite order was unavailable. I would recommend this over any chain pizza. The food they serve is made with care and quality. Fresh ingredients make an enormous difference and sets mogios apart from other pizzerias. The pizza my husband cant get enough of is the Rustica, a must try for pizza lovers.

Edit: Changing to 1 stars. Google directed me to a phone number to another location. Being unsure I asked the lady, is this so and so location off of so and so street and she responded with a YES. I placed my order. Later they called to tell me that my pizza was ready in another location. I let them know what transpired. The guy just hung up on me. This sends a message to me that the misinformation on google and the misinformation received is the fault of the customer. Whoever took the order at 2pm and who ever made the call at 5:46pm needs a refresher. I ordered for the first time maybe a month or so ago. I loved it so much I have ordered 3 more times since. The pizza is delicious and Ive had 0 issues with pickup. I look forward to coming back again and again in the very near future.

We ate inside and ordered the pepperoni pizza rolls as a starter, kids spaghetti with meat sauce, kids fettuccine white sauce and an XL sausage and mushroom pizza. The kids meals came out rather quickly unfortunately both of their sauces were extremely watered down, literally full of water at the bottom of the bowl. 10mins later the pizza rolls came out which were hot and delicious. Full of stringy cheese. These were excellent. Moments later the pizza came out. 1st thing I noticed is how bare it looked... Some pieces didnt have sausage or mushrooms let alone cheese. There was sauce but it didnt have enough flavor to carry carry the lack of toppings and cheese. The expectation was disappointing considering we passed 2 other pizza places to choose this 1. My total bill was 40.00. We dont eat out often and this experience was truly underwhelming.

10/21/201: Very poor customer service. Their soda machine is inoperable therefore there is no water. We brought our own wine and asked for 2 glasses of water. We were told they have no water but then charged us for 2 bottles of water. If youre only free source of water is out of commission you should not charge your customers for bottled water. You should at least provide a pitcher of water and glasses instead of charging for your bottled water. This used to be our favorite pizza restaurant. I guess now we will seek another alternative.

I waited 2 hrs for my pizza to arrive stone cold and have the incorrect order. I called the store to fix my order. The manager told me a very firm NO and said I was lucky to get delivery. Not only that but I was charged for different a menu item that I did not order. And to put the cherry on top the manager told me I was not going to get my money back for something I did not order. They do not honor the prices listed on their website. I ordered from their website Saturday, 09/18/21, and when I went to pick up my order, they wanted to charge me more than what the price was on their website. I told the young lady what the price was on their website and the manager or the owner came to the counter and rudely told me they had a price increase and the website was was not updated. I told him that was false advertising and he waved me off and said he was sorry but he wasnt going to honor the price advertised. I will never go there again. They lost a customer over three dollars difference. How foolish.

Really good tasting pizza at a great price, and with amazing service! Our two sodas exploded when the delivery driver (I m assuming he was the owner) accidentally dropped them, and I told him not to worry about it. He said he would not feel right not to replace them, so he drove to the store and brought us back two 2 liter bottles! I d buy pizza from them any day!

Pizza is made when ordered - you can call in your order or place your order online. Note: When ordering via phone, it may be a little challenging to communicate your order if you are asking for a variation - for instance if you would only like sausage on half of the pizza. However, everyone that works here seem very nice, respectful and ready to help. They always repeat back what they heard to ensure your order is correct. We have never had this pizza delivered, only pickup. The inside is cozy with interesting/fun decor. It is a smaller restaurant, but there seems to be plenty of seating. All pizzas come with a thin crust. When ordering, have the option of getting a thick crust ($1.00 more) or a whole wheat crust (80 cents more). We have only had the thin crust, but the flavor has always been excellent. Weve eaten at Mogios several times and the crust has NEVER been over baked. The amount of salt used in the dough is perfect - not overwhelming.There is usually a seasoning on the crust itself (weve had garlic and butter) - both have been well balanced. Toppings are extremely fresh. Weve tried a few different kinds of pizzas from Mogios and we havent been disappointed yet. Weve had The Hawaiian Surprise, Chicken Capers and the Kings Deluxe. Each time has left us wanting more. Cheese is not greasy (which we appreciate!). Order to Pickup Time: Quick! 12-15 minutes usually after we call it in. Each time, the pizza has been hot and ready for pickup when we arrive.

I went there today for the first time. So I found on the menu a lunch special that included pasta with cheese bread. I decided on the cheese tortellini with pink sauce. Well after an extremely long wait a very nice gentleman brought out my food (this is the only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the one guy who brought my food). I looked at my pasta and it was smothered in marinara not pink at all so I asked the nice gentleman if what I had was pink sauce. He went to the back to ask and the cook/his boss said he added the white sauce just not a lot ?????? So that nice man went in the kitchen and made me the pick sauce himself and I added it to the pounds of marinara on my plate. I noticed a small stick of bread with my food and examined it carefully for any cheese lol. Nope not a drop. So I went back to the front, looked at the menu, to confirm it said cheese bread and it did, I also notice it included a salad. So the older man said can I help you? I said yes, I was supposed to get cheese bread and a salad. He said well you didnt say you wanted a salad I asked and you said no (why would you ask if it comes with it???) This man was rude. He said you did get cheese bread. I said no I got a stick a small stick of bread with no cheese on it. He said yes there was and pointed at the bottle of parmesan cheese and said that was sprinkled on it. The whole time giving me real dirty sarcastic looks. I said so what does the garlic bread look like and he said what I got????? This guy was sooo soooo rude. I said well you need to change your menu then because it is very misleading. He then rudely said well your the only one who has complained about it no one else complained. I explained well this is the first time I have been here and when I see cheese bread I think of bread with cheese not sprinkle of parmesan (which I didnt even see that on the bread either) He said well do you want your salad in a to go box I said yes and left. I will not ever go there again. That was a waste of 11$ and 1 hour of my life.

Just got home with the carry out pizza & I swear the pizza was made hours before the order. it is the opposite of fresh & I would compare it to a Red Baron pizza that had been sitting on the stove for two hours or a Cicis pizza that had been under the heat lamp all day. Almost warm but not fresh at all. We used a coupon & I still feel like I over paid about $12.

Worst pizza ever!! I asked for a thin crust, and my son for a regular, and they were exactly the same. My daughter has to eat gluten-free, and they dont offer it in kids size, so she had to order a small. I am 99.9% sure it was an Udis frozen pizza, as it looked like the ones we buy at the store. Also the sauce on it tasted completely different. They charged four dollars extra for a small GF pizza. Each topping on your pizza is an additional dollar, no matter what it is, and theyre very stingy with the toppings -- maybe 1-1 1/2 pieces of pepperoni on a slice. Also, there was barely any marinara sauce. Additionally, I had the worst Caeser salad ever. It was all iceberg, with two very small bits of romaine in it. The croutons were soggy, and it didnt come dressed. The pictures are of the crusts -- can you tell the difference? We couldnt... And the other picture is of the lack of toppings.

We ate there once a few years ago, and I dont have anything negative to say. Food came out pretty quickly, and the owner or manager actually gave us some free food, too. We pretty much only order for delivery now. Food is really, really good! The pizza is defintely more gourmet with really good ingredients, so the price is understandable. It is a little pricey, so we dont order frequently. But it REALLY hits the spot if you want something far more delicious than Dominos. Our area can now order online instead of calling (wood creek in Fate), so that is a plus if you dont like talking to people on the phone lol. My favorite is the Rustica and the Queen. They wont disappoint!!

If you like reheated bagged ingredients and previously prepared, frozen, pastas then this is your place! The dough is at least made fresh daily. Thats about the only thing that is not just thrown in the oven but the dough mix comes from a paper bag. Just add water and yeast. There is even a full cooktop and oven but the current owner thought that it wasnt needed.. they just use it for their own employee lunches.. you might as well go to the supermarket next door and buy what you want and give them a couple bucks to run it through the oven for you and heat it up.
