Did an online order, order would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there in plenty of time, pulled into the drive-thru with 2 other cars ahead of me. Waited about 15-20 minutes until I got to the window, when I pulled up no one came to the window to give me my food. I waited another ten minutes and then finally went inside to get my food. They had it sitting by the window, no other customers inside by the way. Terrible service tonight. Also, because I had to wait nearly 40 minutes, the food was cold.

Got inside this time there. Service was great and the food even better. I dont usually eat much pizza,had me three pieces. Had some fried cheese sticks and batter fried mushrooms very well made. My daughter and I visit this location frequently as it is close to home. We are always greeted with a smile and offered friendly service. Food arrives hot and fresh. I tried out the new Memphis BBQ sandwich and it did not disappoint! Im using a mock photo because I ate mine too fast to get a pic.

I personally like the chicken better than Chickfila. Go figure, was pleasantly surprised when I stopped because the name SlimChickens caught my eye and made me laugh. Slims has fantastic chicken, even when it is occasionally dry (cause no place is perfectly consistent). Love their sauce, but if you prefer a thinner/runnier sauce you might choose canes. But if youre a stickler for good breading, slims is hands down better.

Every business must be having trouble with help. 5 of the 6 booths filled with customers at 6:30 pm were waiting on food. The person working the register was also taking orders from the drive-thru. Ops now 7 out of 7 waiting. I have seen DQ close their drive-thru when short-handed. 8 out 8 now. Still the same people waiting. 20 minutes for my order.

This is my favorite Slim s location for two reasons: 1. The food here is noticeably better than the other locations and the wings and tenders are my favorite in town. 2. Keylon is usually working the front when I come in, and he goes above and beyond with his service. It s getting increasingly difficult to find good, consistent hard work and I do not want his efforts to go unnoticed - I appreciate it and will continue to keep coming to Slim s because of it.

They were incredibly slow. People were leaving the line by any means possible. When I finally got to the window (30 minutes). She told me the reason they couldnt find my order is because the guy in front of me had somehow left the line. I told her Im sure it was because he was tired of waiting. I recently visited Slim Chickens with high hopes of enjoying a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the soggy bun to the undercooked fries and poor customer service, I was thoroughly disappointed. Lets start with the chicken sandwich itself. The bun was inexplicably soggy, which made for an unappetizing and messy eating experience. It lacked the freshness and quality that one would expect from a fast food establishment. It is essential for a chicken sandwich to have a well-textured bun that complements the filling, but Slim Chickens fell short in this aspect. The fries were equally disappointing. Instead of being crispy and golden, they came out undercooked. It was evident that they were merely taken out of a frozen bag and thrown into the fryer without proper attention to cooking time. This lack of care resulted in an unsatisfactory side dish that failed to live up to its potential. Adding to my dissatisfaction, I found it disheartening that Slim Chickens charges extra for a side of sauce but fails to deliver on this promise. It is understandable for a restaurant to charge for additional condiments, but it is unacceptable to not provide what customers have paid for. This leaves a sour taste in ones mouth, both literally and metaphorically, as it reflects a disregard for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with one of the locations regarding a refund. Despite bringing the matter to their attention, they failed to provide me with the refund I was owed. This lack of accountability and customer service is highly concerning. Customers should feel valued and respected, and it is disheartening when a business fails to meet these basic expectations. Overall, my experience at Slim Chickens was extremely disappointing. The chicken sandwich was subpar due to a soggy bun, the fries were undercooked, and the refusal to provide the extra sauce I paid for was frustrating. Additionally, the lack of resolution regarding a refund from one of the locations further contributed to my dissatisfaction. I hope that Slim Chickens takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their food quality, customer service, and overall experience. I would caution others who are considering dining at Slim Chickens to be aware of these shortcomings and manage their expectations accordingly.
