The employees are very disorganized. There are 6 employees and the store is full. They have no order of the orders. It is chaotic and the service is not the friendliest. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place. They need an URGENT manager.

Twice I order the Astros Meal Deal and twice something is missing from the order. First it was the large frosty and then the second time it was the fries that were missing. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude. Got our food and one of the sandwiches was wrong. I told the lady and she got an attitude saying I ordered something else and i order 3 of the same thing. Then she only gave me 2 frosty when I ordered 3. She tried not to give me the 3rd one. First time trying the Pretzel Baconator,it was okay not a huge fan of pretzel buns, i jus wanted to try something new and different Seem like it was a one man-Band the young gentlemen working behind the counter was doing everything from working the register to delivering the food too people out side in the drive thru being that the girls working would rather drag their feet with confusion like they just started working today The frosty was refreshing on a hot day The couple that ordered after myself sat an complained about how slow everyone was moving yet they got their food order be i received mine it was hilarious to hear the banter an yapping they did In situations such as that i just think know one is forcing you to eat here so why complain about petty things while sitting down to eat for 15min or more when obviously there is no rush if you are able to sit that long an eat your food in a next to empty seating

This has been my go-to location for 25 years, so its frustrating to say but they have turned into the absolute worst location in the Houston area. Every time I go here, whether drive thru or eat it I have items missing, made wrong, or extra items that I didnt want or pay for. Im tired of having to fix my sandwich myself at home or having to explain to my kid why he didnt get a juice box when its supposed to be included and I asked for it. I wont be going back for a while. Currently have been sitting at the front of the drive thru for 37mins they told us to pull up and our food would be right out . My 6 yr old had to go to the bathroom so we got out to take her in but all the doors are locked. The dinning room hours say from 9am to 10pm. It s 7:30pm. There s a girl inside laying across one of the tables playing on her phone. I knocked on the door and no one would look up at me . I had to walk my daughter across the parking lot to McDonald s so she could use the bathroom while my husband sat in the car waiting on our order. We could t leave bc we already paid and the employee playing on her phone digging in the dinning room would not look up at me at all each time we tried to get their attention. Update; 6/2023 Was just there last week and service was absolutely horrible food was wrong the fries alone tasted like they were sitting all day. Associates didnt care about anything let alone being there. Never was called to let us know our food was ready they let it sit on the counter until I asked about it. Took 10 minutes standing at the front to get my lemonade for me and my daughter which could have been done in less than a minute but rather just take the cups and put them down and then ignore me and the wander off to pretend was helped with food. Took another 10 minutes before we got our food tbat was cold by that time. I wanted the drinks because the was hot happen to take temperature in there it was in the 80s while outside its in high 90s even hotter with heat index. So my daughter ended up getting over heated her face was red and ears were bright red. This is not except able. FYI every order thay came out through and even thr drive thru people were coming in because their orders were wrong too. I wanted in the drive through this morning for 20 minutes or more. Literally just had the worst experience here. I got four medium drinks with my combos and it looked like they gave us large and the gentleman at the window handing me my drinks in a flimsy carrier let go and they all flipped and spilled all over me and my car. Didn t even offer me napkins even though he literally stood there and watched them fall and fall all over me and my car. I had to ask for them. Did not ask me to pull over and offer to help clean up, I had to ask to get the drink that completely fell and spilled and got stuck under my brake pedal redone. I spent $60 and our food was cold. So disappointing. You shouldn t have to heat your fast food up when you get it home. I asked for a plain burger just cheese and ketchup and I got a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Asked for all large drinks, got a medium. Only good thing they did was pack each meal in individual bags.

The fact I waited for From 4:10pm to 4:27 pm for my food and my food wasen t even made and the sent me out with the wrong sandwich. I then when I talked to the GM she gave me a fake number for their regional. And there was so much arguing.Now I see why the have a 3.6 raiting.

I havent been to Wendys in 4 years and wanted to try the pretzel burger. I visited the drive-thru on yesterday, 10/11/22. Customer service was lacking. The person taking the order didnt say hello or anything, just whats your order. I responded with a pleasant hello. She then responded back with a hello. I proceeded with my order of the #8, the pretzel burger combo. I asked for NO bacon add lettuce. Seems easy enough. Got home and my sandwich was thrown together, loaded with bacon, and not a drop of lettuce. The sunburst lemonade tasted like pickle juice. The fries were the only thing good. I took a few bites of the burger and tossed the rest. I took a sip of the lemonade and poured it out. Ive called a couple times before posting here but couldnt get an answer. That was $13.55 wasted. I could have gone across the street to Jaxs and spent less with better quality food. Never again.
