Let me say start by stating I m a frequent Hilton guest and wanted to like this hotel. My expectations were high walking through the lobby. The positive: They had great breakfast and exceptional service. Amazing service staff! They deserve 5 stars. The negative: AC did not work my entire stay. The thermostat read 65 upon entry but cool air didn t circulate through the room at all. I barely because there lack of air flow in the room. Also, it didn t help that the pillows were about 20 yrs old. If they fix the AC and upgrade their pillows, easy 4 stars for those location. Some of my work group of 15+ thought the same. Rooms: Thermostat reads 65 but AC doesn t work. Same issue observed across multiple rooms. Food and drinks: Very solid food selection, good quality and convenient. 4 stars here.

WARNING!! - Life Safety Issues!! MOLD EVERYWHERE! You can smell the moisture the minute you walk into the lobby. But the rooms- OMGsh. We weren t in the room 15 minutes and my eyes started burning and watering. My husband got sick immediately. I called the front desk and the maintenance guy they sent up said the grey mold growing up in the carpet was a water stain on dark chocolate colored carpet. Front desk did NOTHING. Called the corporate desk and found a room elsewhere. Hotel management is aware of the water issues. Room 629 is a death trap. If you have asthma, copd, allergies - DO NOT WALK IN THE FRONT DOOR. I ve spoken to the front desk, hotel management, and Hilton corporate, but they don t seem to care THIS IS A LIFE SAFETY ISSUE. Beware Rooms: Beware! Safety: Not safe for anyone that actually breathes air Noteworthy details: Lobby smells of moisture. Room 629 is inhabitable

Let me start by saying that this is one of the worst hotels to stay at and for the price per night, $200.00 plus, is not worth at all. Rooms were dirty to start, initial room smelled like cigarettes and the shower kept on running and handyman had to work on it, therefore they moved us to a different room. The 2nd room was also dirty with the floor being sticky and the shower also looked like it was being held on by glue and tape. Obviously they dont clean well because there were some nipple covers from previous guest. We let front desk know the A/C wasnt cooling down the room and we were told to close vent going to sitting area in order for bedroom area to cool down. We had to go buy our own fan. The towels were extremely rough. There was almost a fight that occurred outside because people thought they could have a party on the parking lot. That went on till very late hours. Overall very dirty and not worth a cent to stay there.

I wanted to like it. I m rarely disappointed with a Hilton hotel - especially an Embassy Suites, but this time it just didn t deliver. It was 100% on me to not realize it s a Cowboys home game weekend and I am all for having fun, but I m a guest too, right? And this time it was just my child and myself. PEOPLE NOT STAYING HERE DUMPING KIDS OFF AT THE POOL TO GO DRINK. I am fairly confident the max capacity was well over max capacity. HOTEL GUESTS HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING YET I COULD NOT FIND A SPOT AFTER DRIVING THE LOT FOR 20 MINUTES LAST NIGHT AT 10:30 PM BECAUSE NON-HOTEL GUESTS ARE PARKING FOR FREE AND ALSO ILLEGALLY PARKING IN HANDICAP SPACES. BACK DOOR OF THW HOTEL WAS NOT LOCKED. I WALKED RIGHT BACK INTO THE BUILDING THROUGH THE BACK DOOR AFTER MIDNIGHT (IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP WITH 200 DRUNK PEOPLE IN RHE ATRIUM YELLING) AFTER RUNNING TO MY VEHICLE PARKED WHAT FELT LIKE MILES AWAY TO GRAB MY PHONE CHARGER, SO ANYONE & EVERYONE GO WALK ON IN SO CLEARLY HOTEL GUEST SAFETY WAS NOT A PRIORITY. RANDOM PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL WERE WALKING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAYS ON EVERY FLOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TAKING PICTURES OF PEOPLE S WINDOWS BECAUSE OF THERE TEAM JERSEYS HANGING UP, AGAIN A GROSS LACK OF HOTEL GUEST SAFETY. THE ADULT FOOTBALL PROM PARTY IN THE BANQUET ROOM ROOMS LOOKED FUN, BUT YOU COULD NOT STEP OFF THE ELEVATOR WITHOUT BEING SLAPPED IN THE FACE WITH THE PUNGENT SMELL OF WEED, WHICH I M SURE IS STILL PRETTY ILLEGAL IN TEXAS NOT TO MENTION SMOKING IN THE HOTEL AS A WHOLE. THEY CHARGED DOUBLE THE FEE BECAUSE IT S A GAME DAY WEEKEND FOR A SUBSTANDARD ROOM WHERE THE VINYL ON THE HEADBOARD IS PEELING OFF AND THE CURTAINS DON T EVEN MATCH ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER THINGS. I did call guest services but apparently they cannot do anything until 24 hours after your stay. Rooms: Substandard for the brand. Safety: Does not seem like a priority.

I cant say enough good things about my experience here. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was contacted several times by text to welcome me, ask if I needed anything, and thank me for my stay! It made my stay even better! Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend. Walkability: I walk all 10 floors to get my steps in. Did the circumference of each floor and took the steps up. Good exercise.

Beware! This hotel may have wonderful staff who are friendly, attentive, and care about your well being, and the lobby/dining space looks nice and clean, but this hotel is in MAJOR need of renovation and its quite obvious that management does not care about the quality of the rooms. My first room had the sliding door (which is supposed to be sealed shut) ajar, and it wasnt able to be closed properly. They moved me to another room, and that rooms carpet was falling apart, leading to tiny bits of metal pricking your feet if you stepped on it wrong. The bathroom was also not cared for, with mold and mildew on the ceiling, a door that was falling apart, and a metal pipe leaking a mystery liquid in to the shower. While Ive promised to be provided points for the problems their hotel caused, those have yet to show up, even after it being 4 days since I checked out. Oh, and $15 dollars/night for a poorly lit, unsecured lot? Ridiculous. Go stay at another Embassy Suites if you like this brand. Rooms: Old, outdated, and not cared for. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, pipes leaking mysterious liquid from the ceiling into the shower, cracks on the tile, carpet falling apart, TV and appliances from the early 2000s. Walkability: Dont bother, theres not much around - unless youre planning to walk across the street to the Whataburger

I stay at hotels every week for business, and while I dont always write reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience when a property either stands out or falls far short of expectations. Unfortunately, this Embassy Suites falls into the latter category, and I can confidently say I won t be returning. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this location is in need of serious attention. The outside of the hotel looks like it should be nice, but once in the elevator going to the room I began to question the stay. The towels in the bathroom were threadbare, and to make matters worse, one of them had mascara on it as if it had been used and then just hung back up. The room had a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay, making it feel far from fresh or inviting. Housekeeping left much to be desired the room didn t feel clean, and the furniture was dated and worn. I began to have allergy symptoms when I walked into my room that didn t let up until I left the property. The gym was another disappointment. The equipment was old, some of it broken, and the space was dirty. For a Hilton brand, this is unacceptable. I rely on hotel gyms during my stays, and the condition of this one was well below par. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, but even that fell short of what I ve come to expect from an Embassy Suites. The variety and quality were underwhelming compared to other locations. For the price and the Hilton name, I expected much more. I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made, and I won t be returning.

Thank you elena for taking care of us to make sure we got our room clean and fresh towels everyday. Your service is amazing. Dirty, shabby rooms. Way overpriced. I reserved the room at $193 including taxes and at the front desk they charged me $242. Customer service was so terrible. They gave me a key that didn t work - three times. On the fourth time of not being able to get into my room, I asked to speak with a manager. when I finally was able to get into my room, housekeeping staff entered my room with no announcement while I was half naked. I also waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. They never came even after I called. So I had to take an Uber to the hotel. I will never stay here again. And I do not recommend.

Very nice lobby, pool looked very clean, got two complimentary drinks I could see all the workers in the morning pull all the dirty sheets downstairs so id assume the put new ones on daily but the room stayed hot, the TV has very basic cable (like 50 channels but like 20 didnt even work) I tried to open the balcony door and it almost fell off im not kidding, came off the track I had a hard time fixing it. Its an older hotel though! I loved the way it was built and how you can look down onto the lobby and my kids really enjoyed going in the elevator being able to see out as we go up!

We got two rooms and I can tell you it wasnt worth 204.84$ & 175.49$. Especially considering in one of the rooms the AC didnt work & the smell was horrible so we had to request another room, which they did provide without hesitation. The A/C did not work very well in our room causing it to be swampy and warm. There was mold growing on a lotion bottle, mold growing by the sink in the living area, and along the baseboards. The shower has a finishing piece that had fallen off making a gaping hole around the shower head. We went with our adult children, so we had three rooms between us all & they all had similar issues. The towels were horrible quality. This wasnt the worst hotel we have stayed in but, definitely isnt up to the normal standard of Emabssay suites that we are used to. They also make you pay to park in their parking lot. The staff was professional but not really friendly, except the guy serving the complementary drinks, he was on point. Their internet kept going down making it take longer than normal to check in. Also it looked like they had replaced the phone in the room & instead of running properly into the wall through the plastic piece, they just set the connection in the wall & only partially screwed in the plastic piece. The only food we had there was the continental breakfast which was good. We will stay at other Embassy s suites but not this one until they do a lot of renovation & fix their issues.

Explanation from staff was this was a known issue as it is an older hotel and A/C does not work properly in the rooms. They offered fans to help with the A/C issue, which made no difference. Pool was out of service as we arrived as well. Gorgeous hotel from the outside, horrible conditions inside the rooms as A/C was horrible. Lobby had better A/C than anything else in this hotel.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly rude. When my company booked the hotel, I assumed they would automatically send the credit card authorization form since its necessary to charge the card. Instead, they insisted that I provide them with an email address to send the form, even though the booking email was already included in the reservation details. To make matters worse, they took over an hour to send the form, despite having three front desk staff on duty. I was left waiting for my room for more than an hour. When I asked to use the restroom during this time, they told me I wasnt allowed to. The staff was rude to all the guests who approached them for help. I dont recommend staying here; its no wonder the hotel industry is losing ground to Airbnb.

The service at the hotel was top notch but it s and older and dated property. I received several text messages from the staff before and during my visit which was a nice touch. The furniture and rooms are dated and showing their age and are probably in need of a refresh/renovation. The staff at the front desk was exemplary and the staff at the bar and restaurant area were equally outstanding. Breakfast and the manager s happy hour were fantastic. I did see ants and roaches in the pool area and alerted the front desk (who made a note to bring in exterminators). The AC was cold (always nice when it s 105 outside) and the temperature controls were adjustable. Despite the close proximity to the highway it was really pretty quiet. All in all a great property, close to the airport that just needs a bit of a facelift and some pest control.

Unfortunately, we wish we had a different experience here. The exterior of the hotel looks very nice. The lobby and downstairs atrium is very cool. There is a nice waterfall. My kids stated that breakfast was good. This is where the positive experience stops. Had to stop at the front desk because I received a text that I needed to register my vehicle with them. We received our room keys filled out a document with our vehicle information. We walked into our room and it was a balmy 80 degrees. We bumped the AC down and left the hotel shortly after 3. We arrived back at the hotel around 11. Our room was a balmy 79 degrees. AC didnt work. Went downstairs and informed the front desk. Our concern was met with an audible huff, then the young lady offered a fan. We stated no, the AC isnt working at all. We need another room if possible. After saying she couldnt do anything until she logged into the system, she gave us a different room which we appreciated her doing and thanked her. The new room was cooler, however, the AC definitely had issues in that room. Seeing that it was already midnight and being exhausted, we stayed in the room. Slept awful due to the temp in the room. Then, found out we were charged $15 to park in an unsecured parking lot. We were totally unaware that we would be charged for parking. I stated that it seemed like gouging since our room rate was fairly expensive. A hotel rep said you signed for parking, so sorry, its not gouging. I reminded them that the parking fee was for an unsecured, non-patrolled parking lot and not even a parking garage or gated parking. I would recommend just looking for a different hotel if you are staying in the area.

This is not Embassy Suites/Hilton standards. Horrible experience for my granddaughters birthday. The room was outdated, hot and stinky. We had 3 bath towels left for 4 people and no washcloths! Front desk would not answer the phones after numerous calls from the room phone and my phone. I finally went down there. There was something on the floor that we later found out was poop. Which explained the smell. We picked it up initially and threw it in the sink. When water hit it, it was obvious that it was feces! The pool had a broken light floating in it so we couldn t swim which is the main reason I booked this property. The pool room smelled of sewage. It was horrible, especially for the price I paid. My granddaughter still enjoyed her birthday but only because I chose not to make a scene and diverted their attention from the problems. Horrible.

The A/C in the room does not circulate very well. The pillows are so flat and clumpy, worst pillows Ive ever slept on. The food was good and the wait staff was friendly. When shuttling to the airport, shuttle goes to the airport every hour on the hour. If you need to go in between youre an inconveniece even if the driver is standing at the front desk waiting for the next group.

Long time Embassy Suite patron here. This is an older hotel, but doesn t give explanation for decades old dirty towels, horrible WIFI (cell service is faster), dirty irons (tried two before I got one I could use on my dress shirt) and AC units that need to be serviced/refreshed. Called front desk to ask for help, 10min wait calling from room, but the outside line was picked up quicker. This shows they care about external potential guests than the ones calling from their rooms. But dang it if it isn t close to the airport. Wouldn t stay here again, it was a upsetting experience. The shuttle driver was abrupt and unkind, as well as dangerous in how he handled the bus - careening around corners, cutting people off, getting angry at other drivers. (By the way, be aware that the shuttle runs only on the hour, so you may be waiting a while for it.) The front desk staff was also rude. At first look the hotel is quite attractive, however once you venture past the foyer its good image really starts to diminish. The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of smoke, so we requested another room, which smelled better, but the furniture was misplaced and haphazard, drawers and even the mini-fridge were open, carpet was peeling up, drywall was crumbling on the walls. The bathroom was tiny and had an unpleasant smell and the towels were carelessly tossed on the rack. The mattress was lumpy and had no support. Traffic noise was very loud (we were on the 6th floor) and the room was hot all night although the air conditioner was running full blast. Overall the whole place has an unsavory feel. We had been looking forward to a respite from traveling but we were sorely disappointed. I wonder how many poor reviews they will need before they take their guests concerns seriously, which they obviously have not despite their claims in responses to said reviews. I was able too but was given a room that was beat down the carpet seams near the kitchenette area, was showing the ground underneath and had little sharp points that were not visible but can feel with bare feet. My kids had to wear shoes unless in bed. The bathroom door was broken, tough to close, the room was humid and hot. complained and they gave me .. a fan.. bathroom shower had visible mold and around the tub spout was a gaping whole. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Embassy Suites DFW South that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I stayed for just one night during an airport layover, but even that brief stay was filled with issues. First, the room AC did not work properly. Despite calling maintenance, the room never cooled down, making for an uncomfortable night. This was just the beginning of the problems. When we woke up, we discovered unauthorized charges on our room from the restaurant. We hadnt dined there, so this was both confusing and frustrating. Getting these charges removed was a hassle and took up more of our time and energy than it should have. Considering its an airport hotel, I expected convenient shuttle service. However, they only run the shuttle to the airport on the hour. If you miss the shuttle, youre stuck waiting another hour, which is incredibly inconvenient for travelers on tight schedules. The breakfast was another letdown. Ive stayed at many Embassy Suites and have come to expect a decent breakfast, but this was far below the usual standard. It was disappointing, to say the least. To top it all off, I have tried emailing Shelly, the manager, to discuss these issues, but I have yet to receive a response. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Embassy Suites DFW South was far from satisfactory. Between the malfunctioning AC, billing errors, inconvenient shuttle service, poor breakfast, and unresponsive management, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and comfortable stay.

First room reeked of smoke and mildew. Curtains were stained, furniture was from the 90s and had several holes and stains in them. Went to front desk as our allergies kicked in almost immediately. Relocated rooms. This one was slightly better, but shower curtain had mold and mildew. Only one towel for a two bed two room suite. Had to go back down to get more towels. Later that night we were woken up by a couple trying to get into our room. Tried calling front desk, no answer. Get my two year old back to sleep only to be woken back up by front desk and manager. Manager apologizes, says he was just checking things out and making sure we were supposed to be in the room. It was the same clerk that gave us the room, and not sure how we would get in without them letting us. Manager apologizes, says hell take some off the room and left. At check out the front desk girl (different than check in) says she knows nothing about it and to talk to the manager. Multiple attempts and voicemails left with no response. Ill stick to Marriott from here on. We can travel quite often, and have stayed in all kinds of hotels, sometimes almost every weekend in the summer, and this was by far the worst we have ever been in, quality and service wise.

Stopped for an overnight layover after a vacation. Chose the hotel because they offered shuttle service and we were only in town for the night. Called for the shuttle and was told it would be 30 minutes. Called back at 30 minutes and was told it was on the way. Called back at 45 minutes and was told we had told them never mind and we were getting a taxi (never happened). We said we did not and were still waiting. Was then told it was going to be another 30 minutes because the driver had a lot of stops. We then decided to cut our losses and call an uber. Was at the hotel 20 minutes later and the shuttle was sitting there parked when in theory it should have been picking us up 10 minutes later and the airport is 15 minutes away. During our near hour waiting for a shuttle that was never coming, we saw embassy suite north s shuttle come through 3 times. All other low reviews are on mark. I m in hotels every week and I ve never had that nice comfort feature. - Booked the hotel directly through the hotel which may have been what saved me on getting a room because they were oversold when I got there. Our van was full and many people had waited 45 minutes to an hour for the airport to hotel shuttle. The driver was swerving on the road throughout the airport to answer the phone call from the hotel about more pickups. Literally swerving to get it out of his pocket like he had a wasp in his crack. We circled the airport for 35 minutes to pick everyone else up yet the driver continued to circle even though the van was full and couldn t take any more passengers. He was having a frustrating day & I get it.. Although, the safety and professionalism dwindled to nothing which needs to be corrected. We arrive at the hotel and the check in line was about 30 people long that was taking 5-10 minutes per customer. There was only 1 person working the front desk. I overheard the front desk person walking in and he said they were overbooked by 6 rooms and some guests weren t going to get a room.. The pizza for dinner was very good! A turning point in the experience here. The only thing that was warm for breakfast was the omelette because it was made in front of me.. everything else from the potatoes to the coffee was literally cool to the touch. I hope a manager reviews this and takes actions.

I am a Hilton member and stay at Embassy Suites almost everywhere I travel that has one close. I had my wife book this one without my Hilton Honors rewards and received cheaper online through Priceline than what I was quoted on the phone. However, once three, the WiFi did not work, the room phone did not work to call the front desk, the cable TV did not work at all, and the room would not cool at all. I was highly disappointed in Hilton for this one. Rooms: The rooms were very old and dated. There was an old smell that lingered, and the room would not cool below 74 degrees the entire night. Also, the WiFi would not work on any device even after confirming the login and room number. Even the cable did not work for the TV.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!!!!!! Stayed 1 night and was very disappointed and disgusted with the room. The room was very hot and muggy. Thermostat was set on 65 degrees but was definitely not the temp. in the room. The front desk stated they were unable to give me another room as they had no availability. She said the best they could do is give me a box fan! WOW! Luckily, there was another bigger cooling fan next to the door that we also used to make it somewhat bearable to be able to sleep. This apparently is an ongoing issue since there was already a fan next to the door. Besides it being hot, it was also very dirty!! Nasty stains on the curtains, nasty sticky stuff on the nightstand, and nasty stuff on the toilet among other things. The furniture and entire room is outdated and needs a major renovation! I am so disappointed and upset that I spent my citibank points on this room (22,000) and was nothing compared to other embassy suites I have stayed at. This hotel gives the Hilton name a bad wrap for sure!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I have emailed the property manager Allen Sterling and have yet to receive a response. I will be reaching out to corporate next!!!

My family and I spend the night here after missing a flight. I rushed to book before reading reviews and I regret it as most of the reviews here are correct. The hotel although gorgeous from an architecture perspective (specially the atrium) it is definitely dated. There is a strong humidity and mildew odor throughout most of the building. The atrium floors were sticky as you walked on them. We found glue on eyelashes in our shower glued to the shampoo bottle. Water pressure was not good. Our room had a balcony with a slide door, which was slightly cracked open when we arrived, I could not close it. There is heavy construction on the other side of the road, so the open slide door allowed plenty of noise inside from early hours in the morning. Carpet in our room was dirty. Staff is hit or miss, Ms Christine was amazing, super helpful nice and respectful. Our towels were very weathered and had stains on them. When we got in bed, there was definitely something there that made us all itchy (no bug bites found, but it was something there). I would recommend other to only use this hotel as last resort. It is not worth the money at all. All furniture is completely outdated, malfunctioning and plain ugly in the rooms. We have stayed at over 20 Embassy Suits locations throughout the US and Canada and this is the only one that has left us with strong disappointment. Rooms: Outdated

This is the absolute worst stay at an Embassy i ve ever had. When we first got there we were very excited about the nice look on the exterior of the hotel. When we first got in we were even more impressed, as the inside looks very sophisticated. We met a man in the elevator that was complaining he was in his 3rd room because the first had bed bugs and the second was torn to pieces. We received the wrong room with only one bed and a pull out for 5 people. We were not accommodated at all and did not even have pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. After multiple calls and a visit to the front desk, we finally received a dirty blanket with hair and dust all over it and a stained pillow. We also had to ask multiple times for more towels. Not to mention the moldy smell and nasty feel this place gives off. The staff was very rude and acted like they did not want to be there, especially the woman at the front desk. The bed was itchy. I would have rather slept in my car. Please save your money and do not stay here.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three weekday nights. Stunning view on the interior that was so refreshing to enjoy, especially with the complimentary happy hour. Our room was surprisingly uncomfortable, feeling dirty and having found two crickets. (I know, weird, but it happened). We asked to switch because of this, and each guest service rep with whom we spoke told us to wait about another 4-8 hours, until the night auditor eventually told us it wasnt an option. We also learned about the miscommunication between workers and the system, as third party and direct reservation access often overlaps. The microwave and minifridge were notably nice, and there were two tvs. The kicker for me was my husband killing a cockroach upon our check-out. It was big, and we had our newborn with us. The last straw for me was the guest service rep, who coldly told us that she would let housekeeping know, without an apology or offering us any compensation. The reasoning she gave for not offering any compensation was that we were not Hilton honors members. We also felt avoided by her and approached more aggressively by a second rep upon check-in, for some reason. It must be noted that Phil, a shuttle driver, is completely fantastic. His kindness and generosity during a couple of our shuttle trips was truly going the extra mile, and we were very grateful for his service! Although there were some perks, we will never return to this hotel, and we recommend that everyone stay away for at least their health (because of infestations).

We chose this hotel due to the proximity of our business location. Overall, the hotel is a bit dated. The GFCI outlets in my room and the room my coworker stayed in wouldnt work without faulting out. There is a strange odor in the rooms. Not unpleasant but annoying. The restaurant is good. Staff was not super helpful when approached to help with a missing charger for my laptop. The desk attendant refused to check the lost and found, stating that housekeeping were the only ones who had access to it and then acted too busy to call housekeeping and then told me I could go to Walmart. There was another desk attendant who was trying to to help and the other kept cutting him off and talking over him to prevent him from trying to help, it seemed.. Ill be staying elsewhere for future trips to work in the area.

Here on business and traveling with family. We decided to stay at Embassy Suites DFW because of its location near my conference, the airport, and large room accommodations with amenities to meet the needs of my whole family. I was quickly disappointed with the service provided at check in. We waited all day to check in. We were notified at around 11am that the room was not ready. I texted to check if our room was ready at 4pm and no response. We missed the managers reception waiting for our room to be ready. Finally, we checked in at 7pm but into a different room. We were notified at 9pm that our room was ready. Communication is not good here. The room is horrible. Mattress on the pull out bed has holes, headboards are peeling, carpet stinks, curtains are missing, sinks are slow to drain, paint is peeling off the walls. The room is dirty with hair, boogers on the headboard. I feel gross and I am embarrassed to stay here. I must admit, I did not read the reviews before booking our stay here. I paid over $250 for our room plus another $140 for dining. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dont assume that youre staying at a quality hotel. Rooms: Outdated, broken, and worn furniture.

I agree with the other reviewers here about the rooms not being up kept nicely. The inside smells dated, there is an odor that the carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Our rooms AC does not cool enough. We had to go buy a fan to stay cool at night. The toilet takes a long time to flush. We didnt have enough towels in the room for all 4 of us. I have stay at other Embassys before and had no issues. This one needs an upgrade for sure!

Worst experience at a hotel ever. Stayed the weekend of June 14th. 4 or 5 sports teams ran the hotel. Kids unattended squirting squirt guns on the peloton/other equipment in the fitness area. Manager didn t think to ever say anything to the parents or even notice any of the havoc and when I finally did complain a parent tried to fight me. Front desk ladies laughed in my mother in laws face when she complained. Fan in room didn t work and ac unit was weak. Very outdated. Housekeeping seemed fed up with having so much extra nonsense to clean up because hotel management couldn t tell the parents that they needed to supervise their children. Pool area was gross and hot tub was broken. Food and service at the hotel restaurant was good. Overall 0 stars. Embassy Suites needs to contact local management to make a change for the sake of their reputation.

The carpet is dirty, they didnt even bother cleaning up anything. I even found a dead bug in my sheets and had to flick it off. Dont let the exterior of the hotel fool you. After booking a room and seeing how awful it was, I went to the reviews to check and many of them are one and two star reviews and have the same experiences. Stay away from this place at all costs. To share a few details, hair all over the shower gel and shampoo bottles, no cooling in the rooms despite changing the rooms twice, and service provided was the worst. Stayed in for a night but since the condition of the hotel was below par, I decided to check out early. Got charged for 4 nights and have been working with them for refund, every single time I get response as to, We need to speak with general manager. Its been 7 days now and still the same. My fiancee forgot her colthes in wardrobe, after multiple calls in visits in 4 days did they decide to finally look for it. Totally unprofessionals at work. Better check-in some place else.

I dont ever write reviews but I am this time. We stayed here due to it being close to the venue where our basketball tournament was and due to the circuit were on we only had a handful of hotels to pick from. The front desk staff was extremely rude and acted annoyed when I checked in. She gave me no information so when I started asking questions she rolled her eyes and acted like I should know it all. The lobby ac wasnt working so the bottom floor was miserable. Thankfully our room ac worked the whole weekend. There were dirty dishes outside our room when we checked in Friday and they were still there saturday (not our dishes either). There was mold around the top of the shower in the grout. They cleaned our room Saturday when we left for our games and never replaced the towels. When we got back I tried calling for towels and no one would answer. I went to the desk and the girl sitting there was on her phone, so I stood there for awhile before she noticed me. An hour later we still had no towels, my basketball player just wanted a shower so he used hand towels I managed to swipe from a cart. Another hour goes by and we finally got towels, 1030 at night!!! I get things go wrong but this place was on the list as one of the required places we had to stay so they knew the place would be super busy this last weekend.

Do not stay here. The BED BUG infestation in my room was like nothing I have ever seen before. I lifted up the pullout bed mattress and under it was a a stain of bed bug feces more than 6 inches in diameter. They refunded for the stay but made me pay all of these fees for food and service that I did not eat nor use because I was only checked in for a couple of hours before noticing the BED BUGS. It is not worth dragging their horrible infestation to your house. Look at all of the other reviews of bed bugs, there are dozens. This place is scummy. The Hilton is scummy in general. After this stay I never wanted to stay at another Hilton again but I had future reservations at another that I unknowingly pre-paid for. I thought it was a temporary hold, not a charge. When booked it said that I had 24 hours to cancel but that was not true. I ended up stuck with the reservations, unable to cancel and noticed tons of reviews about BED BUGS at that Hilton too! Its unethical that they are holding me to those future reservations after the experience I had. Hiltons are scummy disgusting shady Hotels.

Its an ok place if you dont look at it too long. The room I was in had inadequate lighting. It was very dark even with all of the lights on. The TVs were very dark as well. No brightness adjustment. The AC also struggled. It was in the low 90s when I was there and the AC could barely keep the room temp at 75 at night time. The gym if thats what you can call it was pitiful. Missing weights, broke down treadmills, weights that were present, were deteriorating badly...and theyre steel! I also witnessed the manager yelling at his 1 employee who was tending to a line of customers at the front desk. He belittled her in front of everyone. I wouldnt recommend it. The only positive was the breakfast. Sweet little Spanish lady making killer omelets. Pretty big spread of breakfast foods.

PLEASE don t stay here!! I live in Ft Worth and have passed this hotel for years and have always wanted to stay. I finally got to in early June of 2024 for our anniversary get away . I was so disappointed and let down. I ll start with the positives: love the architecture and the layout inside, the open atrium and waterfall with the glass elevators was neat. The layout of the rooms was nice, a living room that led to a private bathroom/bedroom area. The ladies that made the omlets were such hard workers and very nice despite how hectic it was. The negatives: 1. MOLD/MILDEW: if you think the reviews on this don t matter, please reconsider. Our room smelled HORRIBLE! I was scared to switch rooms, though because others had complained that they did and then the ac didn t work well and ours at least worked. I wish I would have taken a picture of the metal plate hanging from the bathroom ceiling with an incredible amount of fuzzy on it (I kept telling myself it was dust). We stayed on Saturday night Tuesday morning my husband woke up with a cough and has in the past three weeks been to urgent care for bronchitis he s been on two rounds of steroids and antibiotics as well as breathing treatments but they also mentioned possibly seeing a lung specialist to test for mold spores in the lungs if he does not improve (he s 27 and does not have any other medical issues neither does he smoke/vape (the dr was surprised by this by how bad his lungs sounded). 2. There were a couple soccer teams there and I understand with the atrium it can get loud when people are hanging out by the waterfall and we didn t expect to stay somewhere silent and kid-feee but there was a dozen kids playing tag up and down every elevator and floor running and screaming for HOURS!!! We had to bunk out in the bedroom behind two closed doors to get some quiet. I feel like the hotel staff should have stepped in and talked with the groups as this was incredibly disruptive. 3. Broken pool and hot tub. Awfully cold and water was flooding the areas to walk which tells me the drains were clogged. Just overall carelessness and negligence of an amenity that they highlight on their website but was completely unusable. In all honesty, the neatness of the architecture does not outweigh the serious health concerns of this place. They just need to do a health evaluation and complete overhaul on the rooms. You re better to try someplace else so you don t end up disappointed or more seriously medically ill. Rooms: Overall the layout of the room was nice but this hotel needs a serious overhaul specifically for mold. Safety: Mold and mildew! Do not recommend until they clean this place up! Noteworthy details: Pool was broken we tried to swim (in June in Texas) the water was absolutely freezing so we thought we d try the hot tub lukewarm. Both water levels were below the skimmer lines they need better maintenance for this- completely unusable.

I stayed at this hotel a little over 2 years ago since I was surprised with cowboys tickets for the thanksgiving game which is close by. Prior to game we took flight from Dallas to Orlando for Disney world after an 8 hour drive from our home. Due to the holidays DFW airport parking was full. Since I had my reservation at the hotel I called and asked about parking which I was charged 10 a day for self parking prior to reservation. A shuttle took me and my family of 5 to the airport. On my last day in Orlando, I received a call from the Irving Tx area which I answered. It was a detective who informed me that my truck, a 2017 Silverado had been stolen from the hotel and now recovered in south Dallas, 32 miles away. The next day I flew back to Texas landed at DFW and requested the shuttle from hotel. I also informed hotel staff of the situation with my truck which apparently they were already aware of but no shuttle claiming too busy due to holidays. My 2 year old son had been under the weather that day, so I took a taxi and had to stay at this hotel or get charged some ridiculous cancellation fee. The staff wasn t rude but they weren t helpful either. They didn t offer any accommodations, discounts, refund at least for the parking absolutely nothing. I had to request an Uber to take me to the car rental place I was able to get through my insurance because once again shuttle was too busy. The room was mediocre, old furniture, leaky air con that caused the room to smell like wet rag. I informed staff of the issues but I couldnt move rooms since all rooms were booked. Needless to say I felt ripped off undervalued and with a sour taste of the work ethics that this establishment is run under. Like every hotel this one too has the park at your own risk signs however the hotel should be more proactive in securing their guests property given the high prices one pays to stay there. Keep in mind the detective working my case later informed me this is ongoing issue with trucks in particular being stolen from this hotel. This leads me to believe that hotel staff may be involved, just a theory. If you have read this far please dont stay here especially if you have a truck. Its just not worth it! Furthermore, i did write a similar review on the hilton app survey email they send after every stay, since I m a Hilton rewards member, no response there its been over 2 years! Im not holding my breath on response here either. This chain of hotels simply doesnt care DO NOT STAY!

Avoid Embassy Suites Dallas At All Costs! They Put My Wifes Health at Risk! My recent stay at Embassy Suites Dallas was an absolute nightmare. If youre looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, look elsewhere! Heres why: Unhygienic and Unsafe Rooms: Finding a clean and safe room felt impossible. We specifically requested a sanitized room upon arrival, but were met with disappointment. The first room had dust bunnies rolling across the floor and a visible stain on the bedspread. The second room wasnt much better, with a clogged bathroom sink and a lingering musty odor. After three frustrating room changes, we finally found one that wasnt blatantly dirty, but it certainly wasnt what we paid for. To make matters worse, the room was riddled with holes in the walls. This became a major safety hazard when my wife reached for the ironing board to iron our clothes. The entire shelf holding the ironing board came crashing The entire shelf holding the ironing board came crashing down due to improper installation or loose screws, landing directly on her right shoulder. Inedible Breakfast and Uncaring Staff: The hot breakfast was a complete joke. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived at the breakfast area expecting a steaming buffet and were greeted by a cold, unappetizing spread. Rock-hard scrambled eggs, lukewarm sausage links, and stale pastries were all past their prime. The hygiene standards here also left us questioning the safety of the food. This breakfast was a far cry from what was advertised and left us scrambling for decent meals elsewhere. To top it all off, the staff response to my wifes injury was lackluster. They showed minimal concern and offered no assistance beyond pointing us towards the nearest urgent care facility Do not recommend. This Embassy Suites Dallas location should be a last resort. There are far better options available in Dallas that prioritize guest safety and basic hygiene standards. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere! We ended up spending precious vacation time at urgent care and dealing with the pain of my wifes injury, all because of Embassy Suites negligence.

I was able to get a hold of the corporate number to confirm that they had received my confirmation and if they could contact the hotel for shuttle service. Again waited for another 20 minutes until the operator told me that they too could not get a hold of the front desk. I finally talked to the shuttle driver from Embassy Suites North and he was able to contact the receptionist at that location for a room. When I finally arrived home I was finally able to contact the receptionist at the South location to get a refund for not staying. She informed me that I was not able to obtain a refund! I m a Retired Army Disabled Veteran and in all of my years of travel and stays at IGH HILTON I never experienced any issues with my stay. Again STAY AWAY FROM this place if you value your piece of mind!

Booked my hotel room and waited for two hours for a shuttle from the airport. While waiting for the shuttle I sat on hold for an hour and a half on the phone and no one answered. I tried to cancel the reservation and just sleep in the airport at this point and the system would not refund the $188 charged for the room. Hilton hotels are usually very nice and have great customer service. I highly recommend booking with any other Hilton hotel where you will surely be treated better than this horribly operated hotel.

During our return trip from Mexico, we unfortunately missed our connecting flight due to an unexpected delay in our initial flight. As a result, we found ourselves in Fort Worth, Texas, and had to spend the night at the Embassy Suites. Fortunately, all expenses were covered by vouchers provided by American Airlines, making the unplanned stay manageable. The front desk staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism throughout our stay. However, it is worth noting that the prices at the hotels restaurant were considerably high.

We planned a trip to this hotel almost a year out. We targeted this hotel because of the amazing pool. Apparently the hotel does not have a maintenance crew on the weekend, and instead of calling or emailing guest to let us know the pool would be out of order during our stay. The response we received after we drove 3 hours to get here was Do you want to check in or not!? Really frustrated and we are hoping this turns into an opportunity for Hilton to make it right. verses the lack of concern or care from the receptionist. Noteworthy details: Terrible greeting because the receptionist had to tell us the pool was broken and was apparently mad at us over it.

This weekend is my 16th wedding anniversary and my husband and I wanted to just get away and spend time together. He loves anything Hilton. Well I think he will rethink his love for them and their electric check-in after tonight fiasco. So we walked past the front counter to our room because he was able to check-in from his phone. To his surprise the door wouldn t open. So he went back down and stood in a long line because there was only one person at the front desk. They gave him a card and he returned and the card didn t work so he had to go back down and get another card. In my head by now I would think that the manager would be concerned and assist nope not true lol! So we now both go downstairs and get a new room. We finally get the room only to have a nasty bed skirt I m not sure if it s vomit or food spillage any way it s gross and I was up for leaving smh. Ugh!!!!! This place is old and needs updating again and they need to hire some help. I will not return to this location again. My husband used the remainder of his point on this hot nasty mess.

Update: my room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a balcony that faces out and the seal on it wasnt good because the carpet was wet from rain pelting it. I was never able to take the hotel shuttle, despite a driver being there in the drivers seat, he hadnt started his shift yet, so I had to oder a Lyft. Their customer service is a joke. The phone number has you on hold indefinitely and says you are caller number 6, then 5, then 4...all then 6 again, then 4, then you get to 1 then you are 9....and my estimated waiting was always one minute but 20 minutes later no one ever answered or helped me. So much for this supposed shuttle service I can call to come get me. I will update my review accordingly after my stay and hopefully I have better news then but so far they are not doing so well and my best option to bring this ridiculous phone situation to their attention is by posting a negative review.

We reserved a room via phone with the staff and when we arrived, a horrible man named Artis, rudely informed us that he didnt care that we had a reservation and that he had this other room and we could take it or leave it! Sadly we took the room. We were stranded there due to a canceled flight and there wasnt a lot to choose from. The room smelled awful... We had buy Fabreeze immediately. The room clearly had water damage, the balcony door was stuck cracked open, the thermostat said 65 but the room temp was closer to 78. This was not the experience we expected from the Hilton brand.

Hot Stay: Embassy Extremely Disappointing Stay at Embassy Suites in Irving Do NOT stay here unless you like to sweat!!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Embassy Suites in Irving, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever had. The main issue that overshadowed everything else was the unbearable heat in our room. It completely ruined our entire stay and made for an extremely uncomfortable and sleepless night. Upon returning from a funeral viewing, my family and I were shocked to find our room unbearably hot. We were sweating profusely, and my daughter couldnt sleep at all due to the oppressive heat. In an attempt to resolve the issue, we tried calling the front desk, but to our frustration, no one answered at all during our stay. We even tried using our personal phones, but still, there was no response. It was clear that there was a severe lack of customer service. Finally, when we managed to reach the front desk in person, we were informed that the entire hotel was experiencing heating issues, and there was nothing they could do about it. Their proposed solution was to provide us with a box fan, which was hardly an acceptable remedy. The next morning, we discovered that a family members room was significantly cooler than ours, leading us to request immediate action. The maintenance team came and informed us that the water line for our units AC had been shut off. They opened it, but we were also told that the vent in the living room needed to remain closed in order for the bedroom to cool down. Additionally, when they checked the temperature of the air blowing from the AC vent, it was only 69 degrees Fahrenheit, despite the thermostat being set to the coldest setting of 65 degrees Fahrenheit. To our dismay, even after all these efforts, the room remained uncomfortably hot, with temperatures hovering above 74 degrees Fahrenheit. Our repeated attempts to contact the front desk for further assistance went unanswered, leaving us with no choice but to personally visit the lobby any time we needed assistance. It was at this point that we were informed that the entire hotel had cooling issues, and if we desired a cool room, we should have chosen a different accommodation. Eventually, we were moved to another room, which was only marginally cooler, but still far from satisfactory. Furthermore, the managers social time, which is usually a highlight at Embassy Suites, was a major letdown. The time was limited to 5-6:30 PM, and they enforced a two-drink limit per room, which seemed restrictive. Moreover, the snack area was disappointingly small compared to other Embassy Suites we have stayed at in the past. Considering the consistently high standards of the Hilton brand, this particular Embassy Suites fell drastically short. I would go as far as saying that this hotel should be classified as a 2-star, maybe a 2.5-star establishment. The lack of adequate cooling, unresponsive front desk, and overall disappointing experience made this stay a true letdown. I strongly advise considering other accommodations if you are seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Irving. Edit to add update: After receiving feedback to contact Hilton support, I did contact them, and I have still yet to receive a response, and it has been 10 months. LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Noteworthy details: Rooms are hot, expect to sweat.

Crusty carpets, torn headboards, dark. Bathroom exhaust fan was so loud as to be unusable. Keep in mind I have status and this was a top floor room. Towels are stained and have the consistency of sandpaper. Tried to get a shuttle ride back to the airport in the morning and there was over an hour wait as they only had one driver and shuttle in service, so ended up taking an Uber. Breakfast was okay, and the lounge area is the only redeeming quality. Our company will never be back.

The snaks at the reception were pretty lame, no where near the quality of say Drury Inn reception. I thought the restaurant had a balanced menu and the people running it worked hard. The hotel is walking distance to a convenient store and a Whataburger. The shuttle driver at 4am in the morning was so friendly and helpful... he lifted all our heavy luggage and mobility scooter. This hotel is a very very short distance to the departure curb. Great Stay at Embassy Suites DFW South!

It has been a rainy day in DFW and the same for this hotel. I am here with a group; all 10 rooms in our party have water in the carpet. The room I am specifically in has mold in the closet and reeks of mildew/mold. It s like I am in a wet locker room. When management was consulted, we were told to put down towels. We were also told we couldn t move room. Towels were the only resolution, which leads me to believe this is normal. We were also told someone would stop by our room but no one did. I asked if there was a fan that I could use to try and dry out the space. I was met with blank stares as if asking for a fan was an out of this world ask. The service is less than subpar. Mind you, I am in a king bed and only one side can be accessed because of how drenched the carpet is. I d NEVER stay here again. I ve never felt dirty in an E Suites but this location is pretty gross. It is to the point where I know will think twice before booking any E Suites.

First time I can say I was dissatisfied staying at an Embassy Suites hotel. We arrived very late in the evening, and the hotel was crowded with four different events going on. There were uncontrolled children on the loose everywhere running through the halls and banging on guests doors. The morning after we checked in, I went to the front desk in person, to let them know about the ceiling in our bathroom and that I needed a new box of tissues because our box was wet from whatever happened in the ceiling. This was reported at 9 am. By noon, crickets. So I called and said I reported this morning about the bathroom ceiling, and I needed a box of tissues because ours was wet. We threw it away, and the tissue box had mold inside. I was told housekeeping would be notified, and they would get someone up there quickly. Welp!! Weve checked out, and Im still waiting to hear from someone and on that box of tissues. I expect to see stains in carpet, curtains, etc... but the bathroom ceiling is unacceptable!!! You couldnt move someone into an apartment / condo with a ceiling like that, but its ok at a hotel? Housekeepers need to be better trained on cleaning and reporting maintenance issues. And if it was reported, its insane that nothing was done. Hopefully, room 703 gets repaired before putting anyone else in the room. And I hope they next guests get a new tissue box holder. I dont like to do negative reviews without giving a business the opportunity to rectify first. But I feel this may be the only way I get a response. When my husband complained about the kids banging on our door and running through the halls, he was told..... we have a full house. Rooms: Bathroom

We stayed here for my daughters 11th birthday I wish I would have read other reviews first my daughter and her friend ended up getting stuck on a malfunctioning elevator in which it took an hour for the front desk to finally get the fire department out there. The kids faces were red and they were dehydrated being stuck so long. A cleaning person let me into a room without any form of identification of knowing if it was actually my room which is scary to me. What if I had bad intentions and they are just opening doors for strangers??? Not too mention the room was hot and horribly outdated from the smelly old carpet to the 20 year old televisions. I would recommend any hotel including Motel 6 to stay at before I would recommend this location. Friday 03/15 Checking in. Only one person behind the front desk. Long line to get checked in. After I got Checked in (I had 2 rooms) one was not cleaned. I had to go back downstairs (back in the long line) to get another room. Got back to my room to unpack and the AC was not working (the thermostat was about to fall off the wall). Called downstairs and got maintenance sent to the room. Maintenance Tech (he was great!!) came to the room, and worked on the AC and got it working. Saturday 03/16 We were about to leave for the day and wanted to secure some items in the room safe. The safe in my room was not working. So I went to my other room to put the items in that safe, it too was not working. Called downstairs I was #4 in-line on hold, then 3, then 2, then back to 4 until I finally got to speak with someone (completely understaffed!!). After the Maintenance Tech arrived he quickly replaced the batteries in the safe and it was working. Maintenance Techs, great job!! Give them raise!! We left for the day and got back to the hotel around 3:30ish. The rooms were not cleaned and no fresh towels. I called downstairs and was told that housekeeping worked till 9:00 and both of my rooms would be cleaned and fresh towels delivered. We left a little for 6:00. We got back to the hotel at 8:30ish. Called the front desk, I asked about our rooms being cleaned and getting towels, the person told me that they do not have any towels at the front desk and Housekeeping was not answering their phone. Close to 10:00 my wife was going down to our companions room and noticed a housekeeper pushing a cart. My wife asked if she had some towels we could have. Sunday 03/17 As we were leaving I stopped by the front desk and asked that our rooms be cleaned and fresh towels be delivered. She assured me that would happen. We came back to the room and everything was correct. Monday 03/18 As we were leaving, I again asked that our rooms be cleaned and fresh towels delivered. When we got back the beds were made but no towels, not even the ones that we used, in either room. Called back to the front desk and inquired again about towels. We did get out towels. I would not recommend staying at this location, if you do stay here bring your own towels. On more than one dialog with hotel staff I asked that the hotel manager give me a call. It never happened. I also submitted two complaints on the Hilton website. I got one reply Dayi g they submitted this to the Embassy Suites directly. I got zero response from the hotel or Hilton. They did get paid the full amount and it was on time. Do not stay at this location!!

The rooms we had half of the things did not work , disgusting furniture in both our suites. Definitely not the quality we expected for the price. Very noisy kids runny all throughout the hotel. Extremely disappointing for our first time in Texas. Would not recommend staying here if we ever come back definitely will not be staying here. Rooms: Old looks like stepped back into the 70s. Would not recommend. Only 2 light switches worked throughout the whole suite.

The hotel has small buses for guests to travel a distance of around 5kms. I liked the breakfast even though it closed very early. It is very busy on weekends.

If you are in a jam, and need a place to stay close to DFW, its OK at best. The building has potential, but it just feels tired when you walk in. 1x elevator out of order, rooms are humid, and sheet rock cracks in the walls. The staff was very kind and cheerful, helped us get to airport fast! Im afraid if it werent for the airport, this Embassy Suites wouldnt last without major renevation.

Rooms and hotels facilities in general could use some work. Im sure it was nice 15 years ago. This might be the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room, or maybe everything really is bigger in Texas including me.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are falling apart, smell musty, moldy and the air conditioning does not work. It was impossible to sleep as a result and extremely uncomfortable also because how badly taken care of the rooms are. I didnt when feel comfortable sleeping on the bed as the bedsheets had all sorts of stains on them and who knows what else. Its the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. Rooms: Old, smelly, moldy, musty, falling apart. Air conditioning not working

I am a diamond member and have stayed at this hotel almost every third week for the past 7 months. This stay was horrible. The bathroom faucet leaked. The shower/tub changer was cracked. The bath towels had been washed so many times they were rough and thin. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. One night I came back and they literally threw towels on the table ignoring the trash and wet towels because of a leaky tub. Rooms: Disappointed

This place was awesome in its past but today it is run down and dated. Short ceilings and very small bathrooms feel like youre back in the 80s. The past 2 visits have been disappointing. The 1st time was a moldy smelling room almost like wet dog. The second was that the heater didnt work, and they made an attempt to repair it but couldnt. There were no other rooms to switch us to so they did refund our room and we stayed somewhere else. There are way more modern options in the area. We will be selecting one of them from now on.

Good example, even if a bit dated, of an Embassy Suites Hotel. They are conveniently close to DFW and have an all suite room set-up. Rooms were comfortable and clean, although it may need a refresh in a few years. Very open and airy feeling in the atrium area. Good cooked breakfast, even when I had a bit of a language barrier with the grill cook. They have an airport shuttle that came for me at 1:00 am, so kudos there. Will stay again if in the DFW area.
