First review. Booked a $54.00 haircut which is a wild amount of money for a men s cut..with an appointment. Waited 25 minutes. No sorry we are behind. No it s going to be a bit. I just left bazooka Charlie s had the pleasure of a true barber named Shannon!! And I feel fantastic love getting a good shave, I just can t find anymore. Best haircut Ive had in years. But there is nothing like the feel of an old fashion shave done by someone that knows what their doing, and she is really next level. She really made me feel at home her and Jessilyn help me out with some beard product that I can t wait to use. I don t write a lot of reviews, but I really wanted to on this one for sure. Update: After not coming back here for a year, I needed a beard color in a pinch. Ashley got me in and did a FANTASTIC and thorough job. Will be coming to her for my coloring from this point forward. My rating has gone from a 3 to 5 based on this visit. **************************************************** Came In saturday and was scheduled a haircut, beard trim with Dustin and a beard coloring with someone else. Dustin cut my hair which was fine but the beard trim was very poorly done. Under my neck the line was crooked and uncut hairs were present. He has always done a very good job but this time he was off the mark. As we finished my beard coloring was supposed to be next. I understand that maybe you might have to wait 10-15 mins but almost 30 mins of waiting got me to the point where I asked what was going on? The girl at the front said the appointment before was taking longer than expected which I could understand if I wasn t watching the young lady having social hour with the customer. It was very frustrating to me to watch that as I had made this appointment a month in advance. I most likely wont be coming back and will go back to The Gents Place where my time is valued. When Dustin is on point, he is probably the best I have ever seen and is always super friendly. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I wouldn t discourage anyone from using him.

I enjoy taking my 5 yo son here every few weeks to see Hannah. The staff is knowledgeable, eager to meet your needs and it s a very clean facility. We have a great time chatting with the staff. My son loves to pick out a kids juice or soda every visit (adult beverages are available as well). He gets a great haircut and they work well with his constant moving. With the rise in interest rates, having to bag your own groceries while being charged more, when a cup of coffee can cost as much as a meal, you at least expect some white glove service every once in a while....amarite? I saw Hannah for the first time on Friday, 5/26/23,and she gave me what I consider one of the best haircuts Ive ever received! (My regular stylist is very busy at present with her daughters big formal wedding, and I would have had to wait longer than I wanted to see her. So my sister-in-law referred me yo Hannah.) I was a tiny bit nervous about walking into a (mostly) mens barber shop, using my CANE, but she made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the very beginning! I wear my hair very short, and sometimes its hard to find a stylist who really knows how to do a feminine very short haircut. However, this young woman knows what shes doing!! I am extremely pleased to have found such a stylist, so Hannah has gotten herself a new, permanent client! Thank you, Hannah! July 20, 2023 Second time with Hannah, and second time leaving with the perfect short haircut! Very, very happy due to another fantastic job by Hannah, plus I was in and out in about 30 minutes! This place is worth skipping in your hunt for a haircut in the area. I ve been there several times and it s never been more than just okay. Making an appointment online is frustrating and tedious. I went a couple days ago I was driving by and saw there was a spot open online only to find out that it wasn t true a couple minutes later when I walked in. Today was notable because I had a 5:35 appointment and hit light traffic on the way. I get a call at 5:39 and I say I m at the traffic light, apologized and said I could literally see the building. They said no worries. One minute passes and I get another call as I m walking from my car to the door. I opened the door as I hung up with them. When I enter I m six minutes late and was told I had to wait an hour. It s super important to note that I was the only one in the lobby with two employees at the front telling me this and only one person in the chairs. They told me my express cut would take too long and six minutes was one minute too far. I d find this absurd even for fine dining but especially not a suburban men s haircut place that struggles to be average at best. Seriously just go elsewhere.

Haircut came out good but paid for the bravo haircut, which website specifies Consultation, haircut. neck shave, shampoo/conditioning, styling, neck/shoulder massage. No neck/shoulder massage was included. Confirmed with stylist if I purchased the Bravo Haircut, which she confirmed but still didnt get massage. Its not a huge deal, but either tell customers its no longer included or update the website. As it currently is, you feel like youre not getting your value.

This place is great. They nailed the atmosphere. Upscale enough to not feel like cattle like at sportclips, etc but no a rip off like the boardroom etc Lindsay is the go to for my sons haircut. He talks her ear off about Pokemon and she humors him. Randi cuts mine and does an incredible job with 0 guard fades.

My boyfriend came in to have his hair cut and it looks absolutely wonderful when they were done. Everything inside the shop was very clean, the everyone working was so nice, front desk receptionist was very helpful and exhibited great attentiveness and customer service.

This place is fantastic. Lindsay never disappoints, she gets it right every single time. I don t even have to check it anymore. The staff is great, all every warm and welcoming even at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. Every time. I ve become such a fan that I ve sent both my son and my father to them and they are now regulars as well. If you re not getting your do done by one of the folks at this location, you ain t getting your hair did. Give them a shot. You won t regret it.

I have bern going here for approximately a year, it is a great place. I have had several stylists cut my hair. They have all been good, the one I was using left a few months ago to take care of an ill family member. I was moved over to Jasmine, she is such a professional young lady. Takes great care in getting everything just right. Very pleasant to talk with while she is working. If you need anything in the way of hair care go see Jasmine. You will come away very pleased.

Randi is amazing. She s always on time, professional, courteous, and she s very talented. She pays attention to detail, remembers how I like my hair cut and always gives me a consistent cut. I have been to several places in the area and Randi is the best. I highly recommend her!

I ve had a few beard trim/buzz cut combos from Dustin and they are always on point. My beard likes to be unruly, but he makes it sharp every time. His attention to detail is evident even on a standard buzz cut. Definitely recommend!

Im never disappointed when I leave this place. Heather gives amazing haircuts! I have had my hair cut by 3 other people there as well and they have all done great jobs. If you want a great hair cut I would deffinatly recommend this place! They also have complimentary beverages while you wait to get your hair cut.
