I first met Brittany Sloan five years ago when she prepared our estate package. We immediately felt comfortable with her, and based upon our questions regarding other legal matters separate from estate planning, her knowledge of many areas of law was impressive! In five years time we ve sadly lost a member of our family and changes had to be made to our Will. Brittany greeted us like we were valued friends, and once again put us completely at ease. Brittany Sloan has been so thorough and easy to deal with in my dealings with all of my business with her. First it was a better way to protect myself from liability protection on rent houses with the series LLC and she was quick and efficient in updating our family will with all sorts of guidance and recommendations. She is the opposite of your typical stuffy attorney!!

Brittany did a great job preparing our trust. Our schedule can be tough and she offered to come to my office to meet with us to make it more convenient for getting us together earlier. Her team is very communicative and does not let the process drag out for periods of time. Have used her multiple times for reviewing contracts and other documents as well.

Brittany helped my husband and me rewrite our wills. She was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and accommodating during some pretty difficult circumstances. When my husband passed away last year, she guided me through the probate process seamlessly and was instrumental in making a very sad and stressful time go smoothly. She also helped me make necessary updates to my will after my husband s passing. My family and I will continue to ask Brittany for help with our estate needs in the future.
