I love Wendys but they have to do better with the employees at the location in Texas city the food is always wrong I havent gone once and not had a issue with my order I could go back and make drama about my order but is just a waist of time and energy

It was hot, kinda like a habanero on fire in lava in a desert kinda hot day. I saw Wendys. I knee what I needed. I told the box that i needed a large Frosty. The girl voice in the box asked if i wanted strawberry or chocolate. I love Wendys! I chose and drove up and the nicest beautiful young lady took my card and handed it and a receipt back. Then proceeds to hand me a soft drink. I tell her that isnt mine, i only ordered a frosty. I look at the receipt. I was charged $13. They charged me for the guy behind mes order. They refunded me cash, gave me my frosty, and i left before the yelling began. Poor girl

Of course the food is not healthy but cant help but crave a Daves Single or Double burger every now & then. Taste wise, the food is pretty good: burgers, fries, & Frosties. Was very pleased with their apple & pecan salad. Good stuff. Will definitely go back again when I get those cravings for a Wendys burger.

NOVEMBER 30, 2022: The peppermint frosty is really gross! It tastes like minty medicine. We tried to go back to get a chocolate frosty, but they said that they only have the peppermint one. DECEMBER 15, 2022: Why on earth did Wendys have to add sesame flour to their buns and chicken nuggets?!? Wendys was one of the very few places that I could safely eat at with my many food allergies (including sesame), but now theyre adding it to everything to avoid the extra time and effort it will take to make sure that theres no sesame and they follow the new labeling laws. I really enjoyed Wendys, but now Im really disappointed with them.

Drive thru only picks up on smaller to medium vehicles IF youre at a certain angle, so if youre in a truck and just dont pull into the driveway perfectly to Wendys design youll wait for a lifetime. I made the choice to go inside after waiting 7 minutes in the drive thru, all to have my order taken incorrectly. I ordered a Son of a Baconator and received a TRIPLE BACONATOR! Really? The young lady who took the order was not helpful nor did she care to understand theistake she made, if she was unclear of the order it costs nothing to ask for someone to repeat, plus I waited to make my payment via credit card because she decided to fix my drink before hitting the button for me to pay, oh my bad... *sigh*
