Been going here for 7 or 8 years now, usually once a month. Dont expect over the top gourmet fare...its a diner. But the food is fresh, tasty and plentiful. Prices are as reasonable as can be, given inflation. When I started going here nothing much on the menu was over $10. Now my wife and I can expect to spend $26-$35. But overall, still a great deal. There are a few items on the menu that you might not expect to see. Try them, theyre delicious. Breakfast is served all day as well, and is top-notch.

Bacon and coffee came out cold. Huevos Rancheros was not it, tasted like store bought salsa on top and it was 90% refried beans. The ham tasted like pam spray. It s cheap food but I wouldn t come back. The waitresses were nice though.

Maybe they were having a bad weekend, or were short on cooks, or maybe it s just not 4.9 star worthy. My husband and I came for brunch on a Sunday afternoon (the AC was barely working) and ordered omolettes with pancakes (he ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes, which was extra). He ordered a Coke and then a Sprite, as both were flat. He finally settled on tea, which was decent. After a good bit of a wait, the pot roast omolettes came, with barely anything in it but stringy, dry, flavorless pot roast, no Serrano peppers, bell peppers and onions as described on the menu, but they got the eggs, cheese and avocados right. The pancakes came after we had already finished the omolettes (or finished trying to eat it), only to get spongy, greasy pancakes, and his cheesecake pancakes were covered with strawberries and sauce in a hurry to be slung onto the plate seeing as how late it was being delivered. We are not the kind of people to walk out on a table, but I didn t want to argue and cause a ruckus and ruin others day. Though we argued about not paying for the pancakes, it still happened that we were charged for the original price of the pancakes already included in the meal. Our server did her best and was apologetic but it was of no use. Nowadays with prices sky high to eat at home and to eat out, it is even more disappointing when your meal leaves you unsatisfied. This was our experience, hopefully it won t be yours. But it doesn t get more than 2 stars from me.

Came here with 4 adults and 1 kid and the ticket was over $100. All of our meals were $12 or less the except for the chicken fried chicken that was $20! They do gratuity for parties of 5 or more which is ridiculous. Almost $18 in gratuity that the server did not deserve. We had to ask for refills. Food was good, we were happy with everything thinking it was a nice cheap meal that would be less than $70 for 5 people and boy was we wrong. We had planned to come back but not anymore. Not family friendly at all, if you re going to charge gratuity for 5 people. Post signs to warn people or tell them if you re going to put it at 5 people.

Since recently moving to Spring,Texas, this had become one of our favorite places to eat. The food is great but our dine in visit on June 4, 2024 really left a bad taste in our mouths. The greeting was very dry, service was horrible!!! We really felt some kind of way. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, we paid for the soda that we received, and we left. Our money spins just like everybody else, and I was very disappointed with this visit to the point that I don t think I will be returning, not even for a to-go order .So sad!!!!!!!!!

Our server was polite and the restaurant was clean. Those are the only positive things I have to say. Our food to forever to be served. Im sitting at my table looking at our food sit there under the heat lamp. Once we finally got our food, mine was Luke warm and my friends was completely cold. My chicken was so tough I could barely bite into it and my fries were pitiful. Her tacos smelled like the inside of a refrigerator so she didnt eat them. She called our waitress to ask for something else and was told that she was still going to be charged for what she already got! We asked for a manager and Im pretty sure the girl who came to tell us the same thing was NOT a manager. We left without our food and will not be returning.

Can t get coffee or drink refills at all here. Bacon was old and floppy, food is cold, and everything tastes like it s made with the cheapest ingredients on earth like hospital food. My boyfriend s meal was brought out before mine, I had pancakes and had to wait 15 extra minutes. When they brought my pancakes to me, the side of syrup had spilled all over them and don t eat syrup. When I finally got the server to come back by, she acted like she didn t understand that not everyone likes syrup with pancakes and laughingly scoffed at us. She took the untouched pancakes back and I told her I didn t want to wait again for another order and just wouldn t eat. We waited forever again for the ticket and just handed her the card without looking at the bill. We were charged for the pancakes. The manager refunded us for the pancakes but geez Louise if this wasn t the worst food and service I ve ever had I don t know what is.

What a disappointment this place was. It was a good 20 minutes before we were seated which was avoidable considering they had 2 individuals each taking up 4 top seating. One man was totally oblivious that he was in a busy restaurant and sat on his iPad having ordered only coffee, he was there well over an hour and a half and who knows how long he was there before we arrived. Another woman decided she needed a 4 top booth over a 2 seat table then oddly kept motioning for us to go to a tiny 2 seat table next to her. The biscuits were inedible having been coated in some rancid grease before being grilled, they even smelled awful. That pretty much cancelled out most of my meal because I put my fried eggs (all of my food was totally cold by the time the biscuits arrived) and sausage on my biscuits and gravy. The hash browns were ok but very greasy and I only ate a few bites. We ordered before the people next to us but they received not only part of our order, but all of their food before we got ours. It took at least 45 minutes for all of our food to arrive at the table after the first plate was delivered. The pancakes arrived after another table who came in 30+ minutes after us received their food. The pancakes were dry and flavorless and came with a tiny cup of syrup. I ate 2 bites and left the rest. I ate 1 bite of biscuits, 1/4 of 1 sausage link and a few bites of the hash browns. The coffee was decent but we were given decaf which is about as useful as a screendoor on a submarine. We had to repeatedly ask for the rest of our food as one plate would come then nothing for a while. I lost my appetite after the long wait and the rancid biscuits. We spent no less than 90 minutes there literally waiting as I didnt eat the food. After all that, our bill was still almost $24. Update: my brother (while driving back to Arlington) had to stop to use a restroom twice in ¹ hour after eating here. Usually hed take the leftover food for his dog but he left everything because he didnt want to make his dog sick. Parking: The parking is extremely limited and there is not one handicap space.

Absolutely terrible.. It does not get any worse for food and service. I ordered nachos supreme, and they were a general mess in a bowl, made with zero care . Fajita nachos are supposed to be out on a plate and are made by carefully spooning beans Guac meat and cheese on each nacho, and then they are cheesed. In the middle of the plate is supposed to be lettuce, sour cream, and the tomatoes. Our cook just ladled this stuff like soup. It was disgusting. My date ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes Dry, There was tomato sauce all over everything, the mashed potatoes were cold, and I had to get up to FIND the waitress. Mind you there were only 4 people in the entire place. She finally returns with warm potatoes, and I had to get up AGAIN. This happened 3 times for various things (to-go box, check ) . We were generally ignored. I finally chased her down for the check, and if I knew what was about to happen I would not have tipped her. I walked my date to the car and realized my To-Go box was on the table. I ran directly back in and she had already thrown it away.. I was only gone around 90 seconds. So the MIA waitress all of a sudden becomes Speedy Gonzalez and tosses my food. I will be calling the credit card company. The entire experience was horrifying. I got home and called, wanting to talk to the manager, and she was MIA also. 30 bucks +tip for a simple lunch and it was like dog food. I also agree with other reviewers that our waitress (if you can call her that) was family. She clearly could care less to keep that job. ***** PLEASE***** avoid this place at all costs!

Ive been in a few times from breakfast and the food was decent, but the tables and floor is sticky also it smells like dirty mop water. The servers have never been nice just kind of blah... Tonight we decided to try dinner because when we were driving by we could see that they had the playoff game on (SF & GB) so we went to sit down on the side the TV was, they had 2 but only the one on the right side was on, the waitris just yelled at us THAT SIDE IS CLOSED We just left... had she said it nicely we would have stayed. If you are going to shut a side down it would be good to shut the side without the playoff game on......

WOW!!! At first glance, I wasn t sure boy was I wrong! I had a fantastic BLT and onion rings, they hit the spot! My fiancé ordered the bacon egg burger and fries. Said that burger was now one of his top 3 burgers of all time! Restaurant was so clean, and the bathrooms were as well. Service was a one man show ran by Kevin and he did an impeccable job, genuinely sweet guy! We will be back, trying the wings next, but I heard the breakfast is delectable too. I agree with another reviewer. I wondered if they do hire their own family members because the way our waitress acted. It s as if she didn t really need a job. She was horrible! You think with it being 9 AM that you d be able to get the some service. Not the case here. As we walked in we were greeted with, Sot wherever you like ! Our waitress walked up to us as we sat down. Her face told us that she was not going to be pleasant. She didn t say good morning all she said was, Do y all know what you wanna drink ? So we ordered our drinks. She came back about 10-15 minutes later. Then she asked what do y all want to eat? No greeting whatsoever no hospitality at all! Then we received our food and I thought maybe we just eat and leave but the food was not good. Someone said you guys make homemade biscuits and that s a joke. If they were homemade they were made the day before because the biscuits and gravy were cold . The bacon was not even crispy. It just taste like everything was rewarmed in the microwave. It s really quite sad because I saw this place on Localish and couldn t wait to give it a try Since we were moving in the area. I love supporting small businesses. Especially family owned businesses but if you guys do have your family members working for you then you are definitely letting them run your place down! $28 for a leftover breakfast and horrible attitudes are just not the way I want to spend my money. I will not be returning.

Ordered juevos rancheros, was expecting something completely different. As soon as the waitress put it in front of me I explained it was not what I expected and she proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for it anyway but I could order something else. The waitress then sent the manager over and she proceeded to tell me the same thing, I explained that we would not be paying for the meal and she continued to argue with me about the meal. Bottom line is I was not expecting what I ordered to look so disgusting and did not want it. I was so put off by the customer service that I did not order anything. FYI: the food is way over priced! We ordered an additional adult and kids meal and paid over $30 with tip. Dont waste your time at this place. Management is rude and food is horrible and over priced!

Food - decent and plentiful. Atmosphere - definitely a local spot with regulars, you can feel it Service - our waitress told us we were free to smell our drinks to confirm what they were, repeatedly forgot items and just had an overall poor attitude. I wont be returning because its about the full experience for me and just didnt feel like a welcoming place.

Parking was easy to find. Customer service was good. The restaurant was clean. The Shrimp Avocado Omelette and the Chicken Fajita Omelette were good. The pancakes were TERRIBLE. Even with syrup, they were not sweet AT ALL. The prices were very reasonable.

Was a surprisingly good hit. Wide variety of foods for anyone in our group, and service was great. Plenty of seating and clean, you can see the cooking area from the front counter. Only bad thing was we almost drove away thinking it had closed, but its location was around the corner in the strip mall facing the school.

UPDATE: The fact that you mentioned my last review in your response, and also pointed out you knew it was me that made the review is severely disturbing to me. I made the decision to give this business another try but I am now convinced my food has been tampered with because I posted my honest experience with this restaurant in a previous review. I will be reporting this to all the news outlets to investigate. I feel like I ve been retaliated against for being honest. This is not how a restaurant is supposed to carry themselves. Original review: I don t know if this company hires their own family but the employees are very rude and disrespectful. When they are told they made an order wrong they get upset and says if you don t like the food don t come back. Some customer service. The manager Lori got upset and retaliated because I put a bad review on them in the past but if the food was not up to part it is my duty to be honest with my review so other people won t make the mistake and go to that restaurant. Why when I decide to give them another try she recognizes me and starts being nasty right away. Then when my order didn t have the hash browns (as stated on the menu) I told her and she says that I ve already put a bad review on them once, why did I even come back after I said I wouldn t in my last review? When I asked for the owner she says I am not welcome to come back to this restaurant. My family also thought her attitude was really bad. If the owner is reading this review, please reach out to me sir because your employees are refusing to allow me to speak to you regarding this experience. Sad that people have to act like this at someone else s business, these kind of individuals are bad for your business cause what will they do to someone s food in an act of retaliation??

Its a nice diner. The booth area is surprisingly large. You get enough space from the table. I was there with a friend about an hour before they closed and both of our plates were really large. I had one of the largest taco salad bowls that I have had in awhile. They definitely give you enough food for your money. The waiter was pleasant as well. I would definitely go back
