DO NOT CALL PUSCH & NGUYEN!!! The WORST attorney to use. No one is EVER available to answer questions, case status updates are NEVER available. 4 separate times, they dropped the ball on my case, causing delays in treatment for up to 2 months at a time. Sending requests for treatment to the WRONG doctors multiple times over a 3 week period, causing delays in treatment & the reason I didnt have NECESSARY surgeries in time. Not answering Dr requests for continued treatment, causing even more delays. So glad all of this is documented!!

I wish I could leave a good review but my experience has been terrible. The intake process was fine and it started out where they would call me with updates. For a while (months), the calls stopped and I called to ask them if there was anything that I could do to help the process, they told me no - they are handling it all. More time went by and there was silence so I called them back and the attorney had an attitude with me, making it sound like it was my fault no progress was being made. Her words were you need to call the hospital and ask for the documentation we need. Im not sure what the attitude was about since I was trying to be proactive and help but they just kept telling me I didnt need to do anything. So I called the hospital and they told me they sent Pusch and Nguyen the documents they needed when the accident first happened back in October 2022 (its now 2024). They sent over the documents I needed and I passed them on to the firm. More months go by and I hear nothing, they put someone else on my case and he was saying the hospital said they have no record of me......so I call the hospital and again, I get my records from the hospital immediately and send them over to the office. I have a reminder in my phone to call them every three weeks or else I feel like it will be another year before we make any progress. Im hoping this will all be worth the wait and back and forth in the end but I wouldnt use this firm again.

Honestly its a little early to tell but, I like the way my phone conversation went with the young lady who answered the phone. Very patient and precise, in speaking with her, her co- worker was pleasant as well. Very direct, I like that. RUN AWAY THIS PLACE IS GOING TO TAKE ALL OF YOUR SETTLEMENT!! 40% PLUS MORE IN FEES SO ITS REALLY 50/25 SPLIT WOTH YOU ON THE 25%.OR LESS SIDE, I had a 45000 settlement that they took 18000 off top & negotiated my Medical bills with the remaining 27000 then they plan to FEE THE LEFT OVER after negotiating with the Medical bills so l the 18000 did not include any fees just what they WANTED!, I haven t signed my check yet to see what exactly my takeaway is I ll keep yall updated. I may just refuse to sign and walk away before I let them rob me please seek other representation

My personal experience with this law firm is very unprofessional . I can not get weekly updates at all. When I call this attorney to find out what is going on with my case she gets an attitude with me as if if I am bothering her . . My accident happened in February of 2022 and here it is September of 2022 and my car is still not fixed. . No Emails and no updates. It has been over a month and I have not heard a word . I have been asking several times to speak to the Senior attorneys and I have been blocked by this particular attorney and the person answering the phone , Not informative at all . It seems to be a game to me . Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Bar Association. This was a waste of my time . Mrs . Obialor I would Think about it first. Useful
