Was looking for a place with nachos. Found this hidden gem downtown on a Sunday afternoon. Its more than just burgers! Our server Matthew was so kind and friendly. We wanted the brisket nachos unfortunately, they were out of brisket because of the rush hour before we arrived. So we settle for chicken nachos. Although the cheese was not completely melted and a little cold, the nachos with still very delicious. The drinks were also good especially for price doubles!

Terrible management. Left my card there and immediately called them to let them know I d be back to get my card the very next day. Less than 24 hours. The bartender told me she would hold my card so that I could go pick it up and when I get there the next day the manager had already cut up my card because it had looked like it had been there all week when I asked for the General manager, he stated that that was also him. Short curly hair with glasses. I asked for his supervisors information and he stated he wouldn t give any of that information out other than a generic email. He himself said We have a 24 hour policy to keep cards and then we destroy them they don t even follow their own policies. Mind you my total was $16 and I left a $10 tip.

Today was my first time walking in through the doors. Immediately the atmosphere and the staff were super chill.i order the west texas burger didnt realize before hand that it was brisket on top of the burger!! Needless to say the food was amazing!! Fries, onion rings, boneless wings( spicy nuggets ) , burgers were all on point and the cocktails we ordered were way better then we expected.. the staff were all friendly and helpful. I for one will definitely make it a point to stop in everytime Im in el paso

The Rockstar Nachos were good. Should have had them ONLY. 3 of us had burgers, 1 had kids chicken. Why did the server ask how we wanted our burgers cooked? They all arrived well done. I ordered med rare and complained, but refused to wait another half hour for refired burger. The chili relleno addition sounds so much better than it tasted. One ordered sweet tea and was brought unsweet. An adult soda cost the same as a kids soda. My Smoky Old Fashioned was horrid. It tasted like a cheap bourbon orange juice with tap-water-icw. Zero smoke. When both the server and bartender were notified, neither cared. My family had a lot of choices in downtown El Paso, and made an unfortunate choice.

Excellent customer service. Yerah was our server, and she was helpful with the diverse menu. The service was excellent! Milkshake was delicious! Music is vintag, so a suggestion may be to add 90s, 2000s, and current rock scenes. Hamburgers are for the hearty eaters.

Decided to eat here til our event started. It was definitely packed and a busy evening. It was smokey inside from the kitchen. I had to ask the server if people were allowed to smoke inside because the smoke clouds were just lingering. I did have my child with me so you can understand the concern. And the server was nice enough to prop open the front door. Our drinks arrived and our glasses were dirty so asked for replacements. I ordered the border Burger which was delicious. My wife ordered the blue Hawaiian burger without the ham and she said it was delicious as well. My son had a corn dog(not pictured). We also had the fried cheesecake which took a while to come out, but it was good. I ordered an alcoholic beverage which never came out. I would definitely go back during a non rush hour time. Our food was good and our server was sweet.

Fries were delicious. We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the brisket and patty hamburger. Both were delicious. I definitely enjoyed the food. Their chips and salsa is DELICIOUS. It was decided that none of us had ever had such bad service anywhere. I was disappointed and embarrassed because I suggested Rockstar Burgers to my group. None of us had ever been. I made a reservation to alert them of our group. Our group was heading to a show at 7:30 pm, as were most of the customers last night. We ordered food at 5:30 and did not get food until 7:00 pm! And it was cold. My friends who came at 6:00, barely got their food at 7:25 pm!! I am attaching a picture of the $15 brisket tacos that my friend finally got and asked to be put in a to go box. There were baskets and baskets of food lining the warming shelf. The staff was obviously overwhelmed, which we understood, many of us have been servers, but there was no sense of urgency, no apology, no offer to comp anything, no anything! Our waiter was the bartender, and when we went to cash out he said he couldnt split our tab, he could only split it evenly by the 14 people. Later, he admitted he could have, but it would take longer. Afterwards, we surmised that it was left as one bill so they could tack on the gratuity. Thats right, he got almost $50 gratuity even though we were all late to our show and those of us who ate, ate cold food.

If you eat meat and like burgers this is the place for you. The cauliflower tacos can be made vegan, but you have to ask for it to be that way, removing the sauce that s not listed on the menu. They were fine. It s mostly seared cauliflower with add ins. It s a filling non salad or fry option at a meat heavy location.

I went for lunch on a Friday with a friend as we work around the area and when I sat down at 12:06 I waited for them to come take my drink order it took them about ten minutes to come around and do that. As soon as they took our drink order the person attending us scurried away and when she came back she finally took our order. I ordered a chicken salad and my friend ordered a chicken sandwich, at 12:51 we received our food. At that point we just ordered a to go box and had her take our check. It was bizarre since it wasn t packed. At this point I m back at my office and I start eating the salad which was just lettuce, shredded cheese, and a crispy buffalo chicken breast a third into that salad I start feeling some seriously gritty/crunchy stuff and it turns out they didn t wash the salad at all. I thought I m sure it s not all sandy and gritty in addition to that I then bumped into a little lunch friend and at that point the salad was inedible to me. This was the worst experience ever and I normally don t take to writing reviews but this was a disappointment to me for few extra dollars you ll have some seriously delicious salads at Park Tavern just around the corner. I hope the rest of their more elaborate dishes are made with a little more care and attention .

Ok first of all, the food was good but nothing special; generic bar food. It was good but basically stuff you could get anywhere. We got one of the burgers and one of the salads. Both good serving size and tasty. Gabi was our waitress and she was great. My problem with this place is the bartender decided it was her purgative to vape inside. If she wants to get popcorn lung, she has free will and freedom of choice. However, I don t appreciate being subjected to second hand smoke while I m a paying customer. Secondly, the bathroom was completely disgusting and filthy .there is no way I m expected to believe the female workers had clean hands after seeing that bathroom and sink. Will not be coming back and frankly a little angry I had to pay considering the bar tender was illegally vaping inside.

Okay, dont judge but I ordered the Cobb salad. I know! Why order a salad when the main menu item is literally in the name of the restaurant. Well, I couldnt resist! I was not disappointed either when my salad was served....ranch or Bleu cheese dressing? Both please! Normally I get bits of avocado when I order a salad from other establishments but at Rockstar....a whole avocado was sliced to perfection on top to accompany the huge helping of everything! What can I say, I love avocado! While waiting for my salad, we ordered the queso and chips!! Simple but delicious and not overly done with spiciness. It was the perfect cheesy gooeyness. And even though their bar offers top alcoholic drinks and beer on draft, I couldnt resist an ice cold coca cola! Love that they take care of incorporating just the right enough of syrup and fizz in their fountain drink. So refreshing! I hear their raspberry lemonade is delicious too! I guess I was eye balling the waffle fries from my daughters plate so she was kind enough to share one or two....oh my gosh, Yum! Evenly crisp seasoned to perfection! Next time, I will definitely order one of their burgers and will update! My daughter added hatch chili to hers and mentioned it did not disappoint. Highly Recommend : -Food? Fricken awesome -Service? If you are looking for top notch food then this is your spot!!! Rockstar Burger Bar was a definite 10 out of 10 stars if there were 10 stars! I got the Rockstar Burger which I believe is thier signature burger. Let me tell you I was extremely suprised by the fact this wasnt just a burger it was a buffalo chicken and burger combo! Yes the stack was gigantic and I had to cut it in half haha! Lets start with the chicken. It was massive, juicy and tender. The buffalo sauce had an amazing flavor. It had the right amount of spice and tang mix not over powering it was just right! The burger was cooked to my liking perfectly! Juicy and flavorful! All additions to the burger such as tomatoe, lettus and bun were fresh. The fries were seasoned just right and had that perfect crunch with that soft potatoe inside! Customer service was on point and the aroma of fresh cooked food filled the air at this location! If you are in the area this is somewhere you need to eat! Give it a try and dont be shy. Rockstar Burger Bar has set the bar so high im not sure there is any competition! Enjoy!

Came here at a lovely Sunday morning, i was the thrid customer of the day. Looked around, choose the high seat by the window, so that I got to enjoy the view of people taking their time strolling along the street. Man oh man. Where to start... well Ive been waiting years to dig back into a ROCKSTAR burger and man was the wait worth it. The buffalo chicken and the burger patty were the perfect combination. Brought back euphoric memories of when I first bit into the burger back when they were a food truck on Zaragoza. Man theyve come a long ways, and I came a long ways for a burger as well (visiting from Hobbs). My son ordered the Mac n cheese and was more than pleased when it came out. This was no Kraft MacnCheese straight out of the box. This was down right delicious and I was trying to find an excuse to eat it myself. I did not prevail, but it has given me an excuse to come back and have it. As if I really needed an excuse.

Pictured is the desert cat burger, this is one of the best burgers I ve ever eaten! This place is the only restaurant I plan to visit more than once while visiting El Paso. It s a generous size burger, but you won t want to stop eating it!

Good drinks, good burgers, great staff, good atmosphere Had the Party Like a Rockstar cocktail which gave a good buzz and for my meal I had the Border Burger with a side of sweet potato fries and onion rings. I added bacon to the burger. The burger was good, but lacked flavor, or maybe the combination of everything in the burger neutralized the flavors. I end up adding salt and pepper. John the server was attentive and helpful.

Went to Rockstar Buger Bar for the companys February birthday lunch. Everyone thought the food was delicious. Great burger menu. We all took turns selecting songs. Fun.

Very disappointed when we got home to eat our burgers. We ordered two burgers to go and the fries were burnt and there was a very little amount. I ordered my burger well done because I m pregnant and was disappointed to find it was still pink on the inside.

I had been there once before and had the brisket tacos but they werent for me. However, I went again with friends and tried the Buffalo chicken sliders, and they have more than redeemed themselves in my flavor book! Its a really cool and chillaxed place and now that i found something yummy there, i will go back again

Worse experience.. Ordered togo and food was very old, fries were so hard and barley even had any in the order. Ordered extra ranch and never got it kids menu says it comes with a drink and they never offered. Never order to go!!

Surprised and happily satisfied. The Clamato (Red Beer) was perfect. My medium rare burger was correctly cooked, the fries were crispy, and it all came together for an amazing meal. I recommend giving this burger/bar a try.

They have an awesome chicken sandwich. The pic doesn t do justice. This thing is big and delicious. Sweet potato fries are an excellent substitute for the regular ones. Overall a nice, clean, bright atmosphere.

It s hard to find a good, local, burger place, and this spot being downtown, looked extremely promising. But I was disappointed really fast. Firstly, the server took forever to get our drinks, two glasses of water. Possibly understaffed in this point in time we live in. Then, the wrong burger was brought out, which no big deal, it happens. But when my actual burger came out, the guacamole on it seemed and tasted off. The burger bun was wet, soggy, and just gross. I m really hoping it was just an off day, as I love everything downtown, and hopefully next time will be a better experience.

Chipotle Burger was average. It wasnt exactly really bursting in flavlor, but it wasnt terrible either. However, waffles fries I got werent crispy. The fries were as if they were microwave or left out sitting for a while before they got served.

Parking: Public parking lot kiddie corner to the right. So meat is fresh. Actually taste like beef. Lettuce and tomatoe tasty. Sweet potatoe fries were delicious. Nice space. Friendly staff. Surprised was not busier

Great place to go when your in downtown el paso. Food was delicious and they had good IPAs. They also had several TVs for all the sports viewing. Would definitely recommend
