Sabbatical Spirits is Spring’s best craft cocktail and spirits bar. We are located right next door to Hop Scholar Ale House, to gain access, walk through Hop Scholar and take the hallway at the back to the left. Both bars share a kitchen that serves burgers, sandwiches, and wings. Sabbatical Spirits offers a wide array of high-quality whiskeys, tequilas, rum, and many other quality liquors. Served perfectly neat or on an ice cube, we also provide wonderfully balanced craft cocktails.

We had a wonderful time at Sabbatical! Great bartenders and delicious drinks. Dragon Bowl C has wonderful food, and Hops Scholar has an eclectic variety of beers on tap. We will definitely return whenever were in the area!

The back room of Hop Scholar is Sabbatical, a grand whiskey bar with a fantastic Happy Hour. Dragon Ball C food is also located there as well. A nice afternoon escape! Enjoyed the Tequila Mule, Mezcal Mule, Paloma, Old Fashioned.. all made with style!

The best Manhattan and Old Fashioned Ive ever had are here. The bartenders (there are two and both are fantastic) truly know how to craft for the person ordering. Great atmosphere with a wonderful selection for both aficionados and someone that needs guidance on where to start on their bourbon experience. Alone, with friends, or on a date, I highly recommend this spot.

Ive done alot of reviews in my time and rarely give a 1 star. The comedy club night was a terrible experience. There was a guy with glasses that was not only rude to me but every customer interaction I saw. The blonde bartender was nice , but the long hair glasses guy shouldnt be in the customer facing service business. The beer there were not good and no food to order. Wouldnt waste money on this place

Great vibes at this place! There s plenty of seating at the front bar area & also at the back bar area. The food was delish, I had the 12 lemon pepper wings & kimchi fries! The egg on top was, Omg! so good! & the drinks were on point too! I had the lemon drops w/salt & a shot of the peanut butter & jelly I believe! (Delish). Everyone I noticed was friendly. We had a great time all around. Would definitely return!

Cozy cocktail whiskey joint that feels like a speak easy. They offer a variety of spirits liquors and cocktails from all over the world. It s kinda pricey but it a great place to take a friend or a date. Definitely a hidden gem between spring and the woodlands.

This place was the real deal! The bartender Zach was super nice and expertly helpful! The wife and I went there for happy hour and it was totally worth it. The old fashioned was on point!!! The food was just as good. Lastly they had a deal called break even and they pour a 1oz glass of a bottle of thier choosing. That was totally awesome!!!

Kat/Cat was great! I didnt catch the other bartenders name by we went here from not being served at Prohibition. This place was amazing! Great crowd! I told Cat I was a Jameson neat kind of girl and asked to be taken on a journey. Did she deliver?! 300%. I loved the vibe but so did my brother. Not only that but the food was also quite delicious! It was a welcome surprise :) very happy with the choice we made to go to Sabbatical Spirits!!!

Great cocktails. Very good service. I always get the Basic B Burger and its made perfectly. The chef is a really sweet guy. Relaxed environment. I try to go at least once a week for my burger and cocktail.

Just discovered this great neighborhood place , a bar divided in 2 spaces: one serving a rich variety of beers and the second space even more impressive on the selection of whiskeys and the quality of cocktails prepared!The barman is great and served us with great care and worth mentioning that appetizers are delicious! Particularly they managed to substitute and adapt the recipes to their vegan version while keeping them delicious! Brussels sprouts in Thai lime sauce best ever eaten! Same for kimchi fries!

Loved the selection, atmosphere, and prices. $65ish for three whiskey doubles and a whiskey single in the $40-$95 dollar bottle range and three appetizers. The cocktail a friend bought me was nicely balanced. Prices all clealy marked. Will be a regular place to visit even though its 45 mins away. Super clean bathrooms as well.
