Ive worked with Fred Bayliss on real estate transactions for over 25 years but this time he went above and beyond. He took the time to FULLY explain a problem to one of my clients. He guided them through a very touchy real estate process and helped them achieve their goals. When I EVER need a real estate attorney - I KNOW I can depend on Fred to help and to ALWAYS do the right thing. Fred is one of the most honest men I know.

Only cost us money. Never got a straight answer to questions, replies to email or phone calls were slim to none. Never felt like he had our best interest in hand or was even trying to help my bad situation. Then charged more then he said.
