If you have a real case DO NOT use this law firm I highly recommend Jayoma law firm I wish my family had made a better decision in a hiring a real lawyer that cares instead of being a statistic for how many cases this law firm has done. I paid 7000$ for my lawyer to come late every time I had court he lied said to my family this is easy case to be dismissed that was not the story at all I m stuck with 2 years probation on top of pleading guilty to something I didn t do. I paid for a PI to help with my case was not worth it they just milked me for my money and left me high and dry. Lots of lawyers I talked to about my case said this lawyer should not be practicing considering the circumstances of my case he should have done a lot better.

Worst communicators ever, I had to keep calling and calling and calling, spoke to my lawyer once (Ramon) and he took weeks to respond to any of my messages, you call the front office and they dont have an update and will tell you the lawyer will call you back and never do, my worst experience with a law firm, giving them 2 star cause the case is off my record but I paid the full fine and had to painfully keep running after them shameful, I still didnt get any official message saying the case was resolved or any official communication

Highly recommend them! Compared to a previous lawyer in the Pasadena area, you can tell the difference of good and bad lawyers. Some lawyers will take your money and do nothing for you. He fought the prosecution to prove my innocence like they were his own personal charges and he was able to dismiss all of my cases. Hes my family attorney going forward. I had a nasty divorce which he guided me and advised me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him. I hired Ghuneim & Associates for a traffic ticket. This happened around March. The initial conversation went very well and everyone was very professional and friendly. Then COVID happened. My court date in May was approaching and I had not heard anything regarding if my appearance was required or not etc. I called and I was told due to COVID more then likely my date would be rescheduled. That was the last I heard. June came and I called back and I was told that my court has been reset and I just needed to be patient and wait. Fast forward to July when I receive a TEXT message saying that I needed to pay the court for deferred disposition. Well no one ever called me to ask me my preferences of what I wanted to do if the ticket couldn t be dismissed and when I would call I was made to feel like I was being a bother. I did what the firm asked me and be patient just to have the same result if I would ve went on my own. There was zero communication between the firm and the client and the service was not the greatest. I chose to go with this firm because of the high reviews but unfortunately I do feel that this was a waste of money and time.
