After the 3rd time in a row of having the same experience, I will say something. 1. Employees standing around talking to other employees instead of working. 2. Always out of avocados. 3. It shouldnt take 15 min to get a tiny order if everyone is working. 4. Employees need better customer service classes if they want to work in this industry

Went 09/21 @ 9am and the coffee was cold (Hazelnut) & dark coffee was empty, we waited a whole for the coffee to brew and while waiting we noticed some of tables were dirty and sticky, great location for this restaurant but need to do better on food quality and keeping the restaurant clean.

Every time I order on the app and it says it s ready, It is never ready and I m still waiting another 5-10 minutes for my order. The quality control needs to be checked. Multiple times I have received cream cheese that has been previously frozen as it is grainy and inedible. The iced coffee always tastes watered down. I no longer get it.

The food was okay, but that was on my part (dont get the cheese steak; onions were way too sweet and overwhelming). Service was okay... didnt really understand the pick up process, waited inside to hear our name although we wanted to sit outside (no buzzers), the screen told us out for was ready 10 minutes prior to it actually being ready and I had to wait for my tea instead of getting it when I ordered. The workers were nice enough. The atmosphere was nice and quiet; would recommend for working or studying.

Nearly 80 degrees inside. Spiders crawling up the wall next to the table. Tables with sticky residue and beverage splatter on the seats and walls. Had to track someone down to get cups and then they re missing half the beverage options. No lemon for the tea. No butter for the bread. The only saving grace was the food was mostly correct even if it took forever to make.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. I ordered a whole sandwich and received a half sandwich . Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and got a cup of yucky tasting broth with remnants of the noodles and veggies. Sadly I used to really enjoy this location. Food wasn t prepared that well. Chicken was extremely dry and my sandwich was overstuffed slopped together. Salad was soggy. Everything looked thrown together like they were in a rush. But barely anyone was here. Plus the employees were so loud i could hear about everything they lacked in the kitchen all the way in the back with headphones on. Normally this location was a great place to work at but i can t even think the employees were so loud.

They are constantly extremely slow. From large orders placed far in advance to a bagel in the morning. I ve watched them stand around and talk before even putting my bagel in the toaster. The givafucks are undetectable here. It s infuriating how long they take with literally EVERYTHING. Never have I ever had an efficient experience. I leave frustrated everytime.

I hate having to write up a bad review because I used to like Panera. But over two years of horrible service, unclean restaurant, and lack of quality. It s always slow or workers will just stand around before helping you. There s on one guy in the kitchen that has been a decent help and kind. There is no using rapid pick up. The order is never ready when we get there and way past the estimated time. The tables are always dirty when we went. So we ve stopped dining in. This is a photo of the chicken noodle soup we got today. I was pouring the liquid into a bowl. We got one noodle a few bits of carrot and the crumbs of chicken from the bottom of the pot. This isn t the first, second, or even fifth time something similar has occurred. It s a hassle to dispute the issues online.

Stopped in for a warm cup of coffee on a really rainy day. The young lady was wearing a great smile and ready to assist me with my order when I came through the door. Oh My the pastry counter filled with delicious temptations. You can already see how this is going to end. After all it is really raining hard and I have plenty of time to enjoy. Yummy You can find a real variety of food to pick from. Breakfast sandwiches, salad, or soup and sandwich combinations. Its All good. I noticed as I walk to find a table how many people are sitting with their lap tops, what a great place to relax and just breathe. Hope you enjoy your day. Im Enjoying mine. I walk in and I feel welcomed. I go there to study with my friends and I enjoy the employees. Jesse is an example of an exemplary worker and person. I used to come here when I could and it was good. Recently I ve noticed a MAJOR drop in customer service and food quality. When ordering the cashier spoke 3 words and upon waiting 20 mins, our food came out wrong. I could see in the kitchen they were low on stock, including drinks and ice. Awful service. Drive thru wait time is always 20min plus! And not to mentioned, my order is always wrong or incomplete. The incompetence that goes on in there is beyond me. I felt like I had to leave a review today because of 30 plus min wait time with only one car in front. I called the store to see what was going on and I was advised by Jeff or Joshua (manager) that they are short staffed and they are waiting for bacon to come out to give the car in front to their order. He then says , your order is ready, you can come inside to pick it up . My thoughts are why not have the car in front park in the front of the store and hand them their food when it s ready rather than holding up this nightmare line, that now has 5-6 cars behind me. I went drive thru for a reason . Awful staff and management. Won t be going to that Panera anymore. Save yourselves the misery.

I would give this Panera bread a 0 but it won t let me post without a star. I went in today for lunch with my 94 year old mother and my disabled sister. There was no one at the counter but then the lady walked by and said I ll be right with you it s really busy. Mind you there was no one else at the counter and the restaurant was about 25% full. We placed our order and went to sit down. My mom went to get her coffee and there was no dark roast. She then tried the light roast and it was lukewarm. She then told the lady behind the counter and she said oh I ll make some fresh. After 5 minutes I went to check and she said oh I am brewing it now and will bring it out when it s ready. She did bring out fresh hot coffee for my mom. We wondered out loud why we didn t get a number as they normally bring the food to your table. After another 10 minutes had gone by I walked up to the counter and saw our trays sitting there. I asked if this was my order and the man said yes for (my name) I took two of the trays to the table and checked out the soup which was barely lukewarm. I brought them back to the counter and told the man the soup was not hot. He replied in a smart-mouthed tone, well I called your name 3 times . I told him I never heard anyone call my name and you usually bring the food to the table. He said we don t do that anymore . Then I stuck my finger in my mothers soup to check the temperature that I had left on the counter since I can t carry three trays at a time. I then told him this one is not hot either. His reply now you stuck your finger in it I ll have to give you a new one. What??? I then asked to speak to the manager and he says I am the manager. I said is this how you treat your paying customers? His reply was ya! I said I will take this up with corporate and he said go ahead. At this time a guy standing there on my side of the counter says I guess you just want to be mean to the employees today . I was shocked and asked him what business of this is yours and you need to stay out of it. He kept on mouthing off at me and I said oh you must be his friend and I then got our hot soups and took them to our table. After being in the restaurant for about and hour and a half we got up to leave and saw the same man (customer) sitting at the tables in the back corner with a group of people some of which were the employees of the store including the manager. Before leaving I asked for the managers name and they said it was David Garcia. I confirmed that this was the same man I was dealing with and they said yes. Hopefully you have cameras on the premises so you can confirm all of this. I am completely shocked by the way I was treated and have vowed to never step foot in there ever again. Also the restaurant is very run down in appearance. There were also no towels in the restroom so how are the employees washing and drying their hands. I came home and read the reviews for this location and they are not good at all. I don t know if this is a corporate, district manager or a store manager problem but something needs to change if you care to stay in business. I will be sending this to customer service as well. I look forward to hearing from someone in corporate regarding this situation.

My husband and I both ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and soup. He got French onion and I got the broccoli cheddar. My soup was cold, his was hot though. Our sandwiches were even toasted hardly, and they only had the chicken, cheese, and bbq sauce, no crispy onion and purple onion. Then to top it off they had hardly any chicken in them. Like MAYBE a table spoon of chicken. We sent mu soup and the sandwiches back. Soup came back hotter but still not hot hot like it was at the temp of when your getting to the end of the bowl...and the sandwiches came back still not toasted and the same about of chicken and some purple onion and some crispy onion...we basically only had soup with bread and cheese. I will NEVER go back to this Panera again. Also the front counter lady who took our order was great her service would be 5 stars. OH! When she took our sandwiches back we heard her having to tell the kitchen was was supposed to be on them when they asked what was missing.

Hands down the worst customer service. It took several minutes for anyone to come to the counter. There was only one other customer in the lobby and the drive through was not backed up. An employee in the lobby said he would go get a counter person. When the counter person came from the back, he was saying I know, I know . When you muster up the courage to confront the customer service about the issue, youre met with empty gestures and insincere apologies. Customer service? More like customer indifference. They couldnt care less about fixing their mistakes or making things right for the paying customer. So, if you enjoy wasting your time and money on subpar food and nonexistent customer service, by all means, give Panera Bread a try. But if you have an ounce of self-respect, steer clear of this disaster of a dining establishment. Youll thank me later

I should have known when there was no ice in ice machine that it wasn t going to be good. I asked if there was another ice machine and was rudely directed to go to counter where food is picked up. The gentleman took my cup and brought it back with ice. After I received my sandwich and left the store as I was eating my sandwich I realized there was no bacon on my bacon egg cheese ciabatta sandwich. I returned and they offered to give me some bacon or receive an iou. I chose to take bacon. The bacon was cold and no apology for their error. No returning for me to this location.

The location @ 3548 Rayford Rd, Spring, TX 77386, is the worst location Ive been to. My wife and I when we are out and about go to various Panera breads as they have a very generous military discount (around 40%) my wife went to the one at this location and when my wife brought it up they laughed in her face (cant believe a business like this would have people like that) and then the location was empty and the wait for the food was extremely long. I imagine its a management issue as the various locations we have been through usually leaves us with the impression of a high end place to eat.

Whoever hires and trains these employees and runs the store should lose their job. My family loves the sourdough and macaroni from Panera and this is in our neighborhood so we go fairly often. I would say about 30-40% of the time they give us the wrong order or charge us incorrectly. They are always out of something. Not sure how they almost never have loaves of bread or very many bagels available. Doesn t really matter what time of day you go they will be out of stuff. I really wish there was another Panera close so my wife and daughter could get their macaroni and bread without supporting this train wreck of an establishment. The service here is terrible!!! Management doesn t seem to enforce anything here. Of the last 30 days, I have been here, they have been out of something on either drink station every single time. The staff doesn t care about cleanliness, it is always muggy inside, most of the time the attendant for the front desk is missing for 10 minutes at a time and there is a constant smell by the cold drinks area. I keep coming back because of the Sip Club that I can get free drinks for $12/month, but this location is only doing the bare minimum to get by. I wish for their sake they would focus harder on front of the house work. One positive, the staff has always been friendly whenever I can find somebody to speak with to help get anything from the back that isn t stocked in the front.

Where do I even start with this place? They screw up almost every order. Breakfast sandwiches should be very easy. Bacon egg and cheese. Thats it. The speaker box is ridiculously muffled in the drive thru. The staff clearly isnt all there mentally and might be impaired or on drugs. The inside tables arent always necessarily clean. I went yesterday for dinner and my first impression of the building was bad: the windows were very dirty, and a pile of trash overflowing from the outside trash bin. I used to enjoy dining at this Panera. The place is a mess. Trash is full outside sand stinks when coming to the front door. Let alone the outdoor patio is t kept up. Rarely are you greeted when entering. The May be the assumption that the staff relies on the kiosk well don t. The inside is a mess like the outside. The fountain area is gross. It s very cold inside as if it was still 105 degrees outside. So if you need to stay awake and do homework, great place. Otherwise, there are other options nearby.

This place needs to check their online pick up orders. I ordered WAY in advance (pick up drive thru). I got to the window to pick up my order and they gave my order away without even verifying the information. I had to sit and wait for them to remake my order. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! We waited 20 min for three over price breakfast sandwiches. My husband had to get up and asked about our order. While he was asking about it two other customers were complaining about their order taking too long and how dirty the tables were. My sandwich had only a little bit of egg and the presentation was bad. Like I said before we only go here because my son loves Panera. We took him today for his birthday and we told him he needs to pick a different place to eat breakfast. Dark roast coffee was out and the light roast one was cold. Very unprofessional staff. I went to this location just for coffee and some pastries and ordered in the kiosk at the entrance. My husband and I grabbed our coffee and sat down. We were sitting for like 12 min when we realized that they hadn t called us for our pastries. Mind you the pastries are already there just to serve. I go and wait for my turn. I waited for 10 minutes. And the employee a young girl is walking back and forth never even acknowledged me standing there or said I ll be right with you nothing. She had an attitude. My second most recent visit I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and left because the line hadn t moved. My most recent visit I sat next to some employees who were gathered around a table chatting. One of them which made fun of another worker for having a disability, and spoke negatively about my vehicle not knowing that I was sitting right next to her. Another employee kept coming to sit at the table despite being on the clock. Beware of their drive thru and be prepared to hear the words unfortunately. Use caution when getting in their drive thru lane! Ive been stuck in their lane for over 30 mins! This has happened on numerous occassions. Management should consider eliminating the drive thru, if drive thru service can not be provided. If they dont leave you stuck in the lane, they make you pull up front and wait for an extended period of time for a simple meal. Its not uncommon to hear unfortunately we are out of ... on every visit no matter the day, or hour you visit. Super disappointing.

This location has gone down tremendously. Wait time is ridiculously long for fast food, Ive been in lines for 30+ minutes on multiple occasions for a simple sandwich and soup order. Being asked to pullup and park to have food brought out to my car isnt annoying if it rarely happens but here it happens EVERY TIME, even if Im the only car in line. I will say the staff members working there have always been very nice and respectful however management is very indifferent to customer service quality. Ive gotten to the point that if my order isnt out within 10 minutes of me paying, I just ask for a refund as its faster for me to get a refund and go somewhere else than to stay and waste more of my time.

Terrible experience twice in a row! Never again will spend another penny on Panera. The first time I went through the drive through, I paid an exorbitant amount of money for 2 sandwiches and macn cheese (over $30!) after I pay I am asked to wait in the take out spot. Over 15 minutes later I get my bag of food. I leave and drive home only to open the bag and see that I got a completely different order!! I am then forced to dive all the way back to have this corrected. Manager gets me the food I actually ordered and paid for, nothing offered for the inconvenience. The 2nd time, same story... order ... pay a crazy amount ... wait.... drive home to find out they got the order wrong!! again!! Once again I drive back to get this fixed. Manager offers a pastry (I kindly declined) since I was expecting them to actually give me a refund this time. Double check your order if you do decide to massively overpay for food. Guy that took order was pleasant enough. He explained that they were out of the bagels for the breakfast sandwich my wife wanted. Not sure if there is a good reason to be out of bagels at a breakfast place lol The dining area was nearly empty but all the tables were dirty and the floor was messy. We sat outside in front of the window but they didn t bring us our food, we had to go pick it up. I phoned the restaurant and asked for a manager and shared our experiences. She came across harsh with a bitter disposition and seemed more irritated that we called instead of going inside to find her. She did not step outside to speak with us. She didn t offer any solutions and in the 15 minutes since, no one is cleaning tables or sweeping up the dirty floors. Ridiculous and grossly mismanaged.

While employees gossiped and laughed in kitchen. I went in to get my order to be told they dont even have the bread for my order. Said they would have my order right out. Lady came with order minus the sandwiches to which she asked if I didnt want order. I told her no just a refund on sandwiches. She started to walk off. I said dont you need my card? Update 6/15/2022: Family member bought Panera via drive through, first time I d had their food in several months. Unfortunately the lack of order accuracy still exists (wrong/missing items 3 out of 4 visits). Both strawberry poppy seed salads were missing the poppyseed dressing and received chips instead of a baguette. Original Review: Order is wrong/missing at item 75% of the time, no apology when items are missing. Staff is apathetic and rude, waited 40 minutes to get curbside, had to call the store and still no one came out. Eventually had to go in, while actively sick, to get my food; no apology, just shrugs and no explanation of their incompetence. Food is ok, but quality is worse than in the past. Never returning to this location until management changes.
