This place was amazing! The food was delicious and the pink margaritas drink was bomb asf. The customer service was top notch, the lady accidentally spilled my co workers beer and she brought him a fresh one n was super cool and chill about it. I highly recommend this chillis to anyone in the area. Try the quesadillas theyre delicious! Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Standard wheel chair access. No stair, u should be guchi.

Chilis was my favorita restaurant until today. They have changed the menu and increased the prices. My usual was always the bacon avocado sandwich and if you have ever ordered it you know the sandwich was huge! Well today when I ordered it, they have gone away with the avocado and replaced it with guacamole which is fine, however now the sandwich is so tiny and not expensive. It was also served cold, the cheese wasnt even melted. I also asked for cheese and bacon on my fries and literally they just sprinkled cheese on top of it didnt even melt it. I am so disappointed in the new menu changes.

Charisma is slow, inattentive, and has no sense of urgency. Waited almost 10 min for a Togo box after I already paid. I had to walk up and ask someone else for it just for her to walk up after I was done packing my food with the container and just walks away no apology or anything. No respect for our time. Im writing this review while still waiting on the remake of my order...I normally go to Chills in Arlington off Collins & Copeland but decided to try this one..First off my waitress was very nice & I was pleased with her, with that being said before I ordered I told her that the bartender sneezed & did not wash his hands, then I ordered as Mango Mambo Margarita easy ice. When she brought me my drink it had a lot of ice in it & also a lot of syrup I still excepted the drink & then ordered another margarita but frozen....I also ordered full rack of baby back ribs and told her I dont mind waiting as long as they are tender(baby backs are $24.00 I want them to be tender) The ribs came out the first rack was perfect the second was very tough. I asked my waitress if they could please remake them, she seemed annoyed but I wont hold that against her...The bartender delivery & interaction with me could have been more professional, & he should understand that COVID is still out there & not washing his hands after sneezing is nasty & u exceptable....And if a customer asks you to cook their meal to their liking thats what you should do...I wont be back..

Order Mothers Day dinner to go , my dinner was the ribeye steak loaded potatoes, broccoli. Chip and salsa and sweet tea. The steak fir tge price was very small it was seasoned good, but fatty, the loaded bake potatoes was just okay and tge steamed broccoli had not been steamed at all it was justvput on the plated without being cooked and about the sweet tea it was just water and so was the chips and salsa which I returned the next day and the Manger abided me with a new bag of chips price some salsa which was nit water. The dinner was for 6 people. Please people check your food before leaving tge restaurants with to go orders because they will serve you the slop of the food chain. Spending $100 at Chillis , and they shhould be ashamed of themselves as a restaurants to send out the food they did and the price the charge. These major restaurants wants to continue to raise prices on their food but lower the quality on their service and production of the food.. These mangers that they are hiring to have their staff do a good job should be doing their job also and making sure that food is not going out to people any kind of way. People spend their hard working money on quality food and service do your job and give them that.!!! I glad tge day Manger came out and corrected the problem. Not everyone can return back and request their food replace so fix it right the first time, is that so hard to do? You only have one job and that is making a person dinner delightful, do your job! Ive Never Given this restaurant a 5 star, but Today everything was Excellent. Restrooms were Clean. I also, had a great Server Named John. He was on Point, Very Nice, and on top of all his tables. I saw a very hard working person (with a great attitude). Also props to the Cook Today around 1700. Steak, Shrimp, and Chicken was cooked to Perfection. Steak looked Beautiful. We went to this Chillis just a bit ago and had a really enjoyable experience. We got there probably around 7ish and were seated immediately. Our server was present and helpful. I havent gotten the pan queso in a long time, but I have such fond memories of it from when I was a child that I just had to. It tasted super good! I wanted to eat a bit on the lighter side so I got the salmon with rice and broccoli and man that was one surprisingly tasty dish for being healthy! My hubby got the Quesadilla Explosion salad, which never disappoints, as well as some strawberry lemonade which is super good too. (I just wish they would bring back whole/sliced-up strawberries being in the lemonade!) We were plenty full off of that and so we didnt get dessert. Atmosphere was good, restrooms were clean, overall a good experience. :)

Chilis is my go to for consistently good food. On the other hand service has suffered as the service staff have begun to rely on the little screens on the table to finish the transaction. This visit I got my meal before my drinks arrived. More than once while trying to pay my bill on the table top screens they have prefilled the tip then jumped to completion. If you dont use the screen trying to get your server to process the payment is a pain in the a$$.

I go to Chilis all over Texas because of my work. This is the best one, consistently. Packed or not, I go to the bar and get instant service. Food within 30 minutes, and a great view for people-watchin or sports on TV. Great place that always seems to hire attentive bartenders and reliable kitchen workers. NEVER had a bad meal here in 10 years. As far as food options, my two FAVORITES are the Salmon, then the steak. I get the broccoli covered in cheese with a bucket of ranch to cover them and my loaded mash potatoes for sides. The third and quickest thing I get is Chicken Super-nachos with jalapenos and a bucket of ranch or sour cream. Nobody makes BETTER nachos. NOBODY.

When we came in we were told to sit in the booths by the bar, which by the way were all dirty and disgusting. Our waiter came like 10 minutes later and got our drinks and we had ordered the strawberry lemonade which tasted like dish water with strawberry flavoring. We never got our chips and salsa either even though that comes with just eating there anyways. At least the food was decent. I would hate to think our service was based on our skin color and how young we were, but I was not going to tip on bare minimum service. We saw 2 other tables get better service with their waiters there in less than 2 minutes and their chips and salsa without asking. I would pass on going to this Chili s ever again.

Two visits: First Time, with a room of empty tables and booths, we asked for a table for 4 and were told by the hostesses only booths were available. The waiter came over eventually and said it was ok to seat us at a table by window....literally 4 feet from the booths. He was very nice, said it was no problem at all. Just to add there were 3 hostesses(only one was training). Next visit was today, a Monday @7pm, we(a party of 2) walked in to a kinda busy bar but only 2 -3 families in restaurant side. There were a LOT of empty tables and they told us there was at least a 15 minute wait! When I pointed out the reatuarant side was badically empty she stated she didnt want to overseat the waiters. Really? The food is always good at Chilis, but the hostesses need some training on how to talk to the customer& how to run the floor! I like Chilis but the 287 & Little Rd location is not busy for a Reason! ....my advice just find a diff Chilis!

I am not a fan of chilis. Food is so so. Server was good. Steak was stringy.

Chili s does a great job at standardizing all of their restaurants and this one is no exception. The food and drinks are good just like you would find at any other Chili s which is fine since this is a chain. If you re into alcohol try their varying theme drinks. The service is great too which is standard for the Chili s I usually visit.

The service and food is always good, just not ok with seeing the atmosphere of bullying amongst the servers/management. A girl waited on us, but she had stolen our table from the guy who was assigned that section. He let her know that, Im not sure what was said from there, but she continued to steal tables from his section and he looked upset. She laughed it off, and management allowed it all to happen.

Food was just ok...all of my favorite entrées have been removed from the menu why?? I do not know..The Buffalo chicken salad, the shrimp tacos, and also the spinach dip..Crazy huh..Chilis

I have never not loved Chili s. Big mouth bites and an absolutely DELICIOUS watermelon Presidente margarita are my definition of a perfect lunch
