Harbor Freight has a very low quality of customers service.Today We went to the store to return an item and the cashier by the name of Jose (elderly male with glasses) was very rude and in a hurry putting pressure on us.

The worst customer service. I went to exchange a product and they told me that they didnt have the money because it was worth more than 1,000 but I had paid with a card and they didnt want to return the money to the card because it was a debit card. Curiously, I went to the one in Harlingen and they put the money in my card there. In Brownsville I spoke with the driver and he didnt even help me load the product into my truck, which was quite heavy.

Omg! Went to visit relatives in Brownsville and it was super hot so I went to Harbor Freight and purchased a 20 inch fan and that works awesome, blows a lot of air and actually I have 3 thats how good they work and blow highly recommends it.

This store have a serious problem with inventory and display logistics , they have shelf s empty while at the website show items available and when you get to the store they do not know if they have it , this happened to me at least 4 times last month . Harbor Freight has everything. Prices are low and you can find just about everything there. If youre handy around your house and dont use your tools too much I would definitely recommend; however, if you are a professional and use tools daily, you get what you pay for.
