Food was on point. Grits, sausage, toast, and coffee . Waitress must have been new and seemed scattered. The restaurant was a mess. The floors , chairs, and tables all had crumbs everywhere. Ive been here before, but it was never like this. Prices seemed higher than usual. Each item was priced separately .

I usually dont expect much from waffle house, but Id fallen on hard times so I went this morning. I was served by Jeremiah, and he did an outstanding job. He observed me and refilled my coffee, took my plates, and was generally very pleasant. He personally made my food and it was steaming hot when served, just how I like it. The best customer service Ive ever gotten, you should all ask for this gentleman if you dine here. If a manager is reading this, he deserves a raise AND a promotion. Will definitely eat here again!

I had been wanting to go to Waffle House as soon as they opened. I was finally able to take my Mom and stepdad for breakfast. We were greeted when we came in and our waitress was friendly and welcoming. However, we ordered coffee and water and our food and sat in a booth and waited. There were not a lot of customers and my stepdad was cold under the AC. At one point they seemed to turn the music up pretty loud and we were yelling to try and talk to each other but thankfully they turned it down again. They finally brought out the coffee but no creamer so we had to wait for someone to come back to the table to ask for the creamer. They eventually brought the waters out. My stepdad got his waffle and was finished with it before he got his sausage. My food came out okay but my Moms breakfast sandwich looked a little burnt. My Mom was hoping to get a refresh on her coffee but they only had one pot brewing so she finally just decided she would finish her cold cup. Overall the food was okay but there seems to be some issues in the kitchen. I counted 7 employees and I know at least one was being trained but for having fewer customers and 2 coffee pots capable of making a pot while keeping 2 warm but only one pot was brewing, it just wasnt the level of service Ive experienced in the past.

This location was the.most amazing visit I have ever had. Sunday morning, very busy, everyone working were happy. Our server, Jeremiah was absolutely AMAZING. He kept us updated to the status of our food, kept drinks full and checking on us numerous times. This young man was cheerful, pleasant and all around great. Cant say enough about him. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 11:14 am. I arrived on time sad it appeared that it was just being put in when I asked for it or so I thought . Talking to the lady next to me she waited 30 mins for her online order. While I waited I observed a customer cleaning a table so they could sit down. Another customer told me while waiting to pay told me it took her an hour and half to sit, order and get their food and waited so long to pay they walked on their check. At that point it was 11:40 and I asked to if I could cancel my order because I had to get back to work ( that s why i ordered online. She disregarded what I asked and said I ll get this now. It hadn t even put in yet! At that point I gave it another 5 mins and still didn t see progress. I lost my money because I left without it because I had to get back to work.

I feel like we were racially discriminated here this morning. I walked in with my two sons and we sat at the bar.no one acknowledged us after 15 minutes they were busy so we decided to keep waiting. A black family of 5 walked in and they were acknowledged and seated within 5 minutes while we sat and still were never acknowledged! After the black family was served drinks we decided just to leave! I guess its true stick to your own people in 2024 in America!

My email to corporate: I would like to provide a written, formal complaint regarding the store, and the service I received this morning. The waitress Emma, took my order to go and later (15 mins) informed me that they did not have any gravy for the biscuits. I requested a refund, after she mentioned the hash brown was already prepared and then she provided me a receipt, however the receipt was for the previous customers whom she seem to be distracted by and flirty with. I then go back to the store to get the proper receipt with the refund showing the correct total and credit card information. She then presumes to say that she provided me with the correct receipt , as I took a picture and then also delivered her the incorrect receipt that she initially gave me. I m more upset because the breakfast was for my father whom is sick with a terminal illness and needed to take his medication. The level of service I received this morning was not only upsetting, but her lack of accountability, as well as an apology for the mistake that was made is beyond baffling and quite honestly inappropriate. She was on the phone outside as I approached the store to retrieve the correct receipt. Her lack of service and unapologetic behavior should be reprimanded as this is not a reflection of what customer satisfaction represents.

I absolutely love Waffle House! Every time I walk in during the morning, I feel like Im being taken care of. The staff is consistently upbeat, happy, and polite. But what really sets this place apart is Leonard, my favorite cook. One morning, feeling a bit adventurous, I decided to ask for something that wasnt on the menu a steak omelet. I ordered my omelet with a side of steak, and to my surprise, Leonard chopped up the steak and cooked it right into my omelet! It was absolutely delicious. Whenever Leonard cooks my breakfast, its always top-notch. In fact, I only show up on the mornings I know hes working. Whats even more impressive is the level of personalized service I receive. Leonard and the server, Kisha, have taken the time to learn and remember me. They start preparing my order the moment they see my car pull up in the parking lot. Its such a thoughtful touch that really makes me feel valued as a customer. One morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Tracey, the district manager. She was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and personable. She treated all the customers and employees with respect, and her upbeat attitude was contagious. If I hadnt read her name tag, I wouldnt have even known she was the manager she blended right in with the rest of the cheerful staff. Overall, I give Waffle House a solid 8/10 recommendation, but only because they are always out of to-go silverware Lol! While I cant speak for all shifts, I highly recommend stopping in during the late night shift on Monday-Wednesday or the early morning shift on Tuesday-Thursday before 7 am. And dont forget to tell them I sent you! :) Happy eating!

First they measured the bitter food, the burnt egg, when I say burnt, it is burnt, the bread is also burnt, black, the potatoes are dark, and the service is terrible. An elderly, rude woman, I couldnt call her, said that this is what the food was like, everything was thrown away, almost like I fell, I feel sorry, its a Place that I would never visit because of the service and the food is horrible. I went 3 times thinking that I would change and the employees should change nothing.

Went to this waffle House for a quick dying with my brother and my wife. Most of the time I would not choose to go to a waffle House because of past experience. But this place was different The service was great and the food was actually very good. The only complaint that I would say is that the place is very very small. So be on the lookout for this place when youre out for a quick breakfast or bite to eat.

Staff is pleasant and food is good. Please when it is slow spend some more time cleaning. I owned a restaurant and I would fire everyone if what has become normal here was seen under my ownership. Floors under the cooking line, space to the right of the fry top and walls behind the fry line are dirty. Appliance fronts have not been cleaned in awhile. When the kitchen is exposed to public view any spare moments should be spent cleaning. I have never received a meal here I did not like.

This is hands down one of the best WH locations in Houston. Being that it s tucked away in the suburbs far from major highways, this location is always clean w/ a friendly staff. We came to this Waffle House on a full day understanding that there was going to be a long wait time. We waited patiently for about one hour for our food but they started serving food to the customers that came after us. When I brought this up to the servers it turns out that our order hadn t even been called and even then they proceeded to serve a large group of 5+ people. After this we walked out because of how ridiculous it was that we had to wait over an hour just for the people that arrived way after us to get their food first.

The food was good and the atmosphere was very inviting. The employees welcomed everyone that entered the restaurant and were quick to serve you. Tara, one of the servers, was especially helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I want to give extra Kudos to her and her extremely friendly nature. She made us feel right at home!

We were greeted with a sigh each time anyone approached us. We were told they had already thrown out the grits, both of our waffles were forgotten then we received burnt waffles. Seemed like the employees were in lala land.

You will wait 15 minutes or more for a refill. It never even occurred to them to ask. I was taught that its rude to yell across a restaurant, but here, its the only way to get their attention. McDonalds has better service.

The food is always fresh , hot and amazing. The staff is comical and a joy to be around. Parking: Probably about 40 spots Kid-friendliness: Theres several things they can make for children that are not on the menu and thats a huge plus. Bring back the chocolate pies. Yesterday I went with my daughter i really didnt expect this experience the tables dirty we had to ask to clean it the waiters where more interested in socialize than to take care of us we they took our order and drinks he took a long time to bring our drinks he brought them after our meal he made several mistakes in our order but to keep asking for our drink almost on the middle of our lunch was irritable, then he had his cellphone in his hand while serving us like I said they where more interested in socializing. floors and tables dirty windows with dead bugs i live near by i rather go to other location than to come back here by the waythe extra things we ask he charge them but we never got them in our food really disappointed

My bread had mold on it. Leadership was scolding a worker in front of customers. As the leader was discussing the performance of other workers in front of customers and saying their names. Very unprofessional.

Came in at 9:00 p.m. all the tables were sticky, had to ask to get a table cleaned. Was told that there was no grits or gravy and the chili had expired. The afternoon shift just sat there and ran out leaving the night crew to clean up and make everything. I dont understand why the good people like Asher and Stockman are quiting and the people that dont do their jobs are just rewarded and told its okay.

I have a severe,nut allergy. My friend and I work nights on the weekend and he is a regular there. 4:30 AM He told the lady a plain waffle and two sausages so when I bit into my waffle, I was definitely surprised that it had nuts in it! I went to the ER immediately to have an EpiPen injection!!!! I tried calling the location, but there is no line that you can even speak to someone at!!! LISTEN AND PAY ATTENTION BEFORE IT COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!!! He can continue to eat there I m done!

Asher Ronan and josh were a great team. Food came out quickly, was delicious and even with just their three man crew that eventually went down to TWO, service was prompt, delicious and inexpensive for a Friday night meal.
