Well I am grateful for Ben Hoover with all the hard work and help he gave my son and I. This was definitely the worst devastating and uprooting life event that has ever happened too me. I was rear ended by someone on their phone going 60 mph. I had 17 inch laceration to my skull, severe concussion and both hips out of place. It has permanently changed my life and not in the best ways, as you can only imagine. I Am Blessed God Always Places The Best In My Corner!!! God Bless Ben and his whole team for their kind words and hard work. Thank you for everything yall did!!!

It is such a blessing to have Hoover & Rogers Law Firm in our community. When my husband was leaving for an out of country trip for a couple of weeks but we had some financial decisions that might have required to make authorizations while he was away we realized we needed a Power of Attorney. Not only did we need a POA, we needed it drawn up so he could sign it within 24 hours before he departed. A very tall order and we were prepared to accept the reality that it most likely would not happen. However, Hoover&Rogers Law answered our call for help! From the receptionist that took my on a wing and prayer call to Beth Combs, Client Services Director/Paralegal, that immediately sent over the necessary forms to get the process started to Attorney Ben Hoover that reached out to me within the same day to assure me that he will help us get the right POA that will address ALL the needs we required (which I didn t know there was more than one version to choose from) and that he was even willing to come up first thing the next morning (even though his office was closed for a holiday) to have all forms prepared to be signed so my husband could enjoy his trip with peace of mind should something occur in his absence. I cannot thank Hoover&Rogers Law enough for treating our family as one of their own, having urgency to assist despite our incredibly short timeline, and going above and beyond to provide the correct and necessary protection. Although I don t recommend waiting to the last minute for necessary estate planning documents, not my finest moment, I m so thankful that we have such a resource in Wichita Falls.

Hands down, the absolute BEST experience! Ben Hoover took exceptional care of my son s unfortunate accident. He was so quick to get into for a consultation, same day I called to inquire actually. He was open and honest from the start explaining the entire process thoroughly. The most welcoming, easygoing, understanding professional. He listened to every detail/concern I voiced and answered any question with honesty and respect all the while maintaining open communication entirely whether he had no news or new news on my son s case. He absolutely went over and beyond for my son! I 100% recommended Ben Hoover. He is understanding, compassionate, and he knows what he is doing. He has been my lawyer for almost 2 yrs. I was in an auto accident, NOT my fault and I had lost all hope of getting my head fixed. My family dr. took care, my physical therapist did, and my chiropractor did. Unfortunately what little specialist we have here and neurologist we have here wouldnt touch with me. Ben knows of Institutes/Facilities down the DFW area that will. All because of Ben I have been able to get the help I need on trying to fix my damage done to my head that I have been suffering with for almost 4 yrs caused by the other person. Because of Ben knowing these great doctors in these Institutes/Facilities I have hope again and that is everything to me. Thank you so much Ben. Words cant describe how thankful I am and the hope I have again. Update:Because of Ben and him knowing Institutes down in DFW, I am now 90% pain free in my head.I no longer feel 90%of the needles in my head. I do now have a battery and 4 e-stems on my nerves in my head to take care of that. I also go about8 months now without migraines. I get Rhizotomys now that take it away. Because of Ben knowing doctors that will touch exam and care for you in DFW I have my life back. I can enjoy activities again and I have hope again when I had lost ALL hope. With a blended family of 4 adult sons, my husband and I were looking to finally get our estate planning done. My husband and I wanted to rewrite our will and establish a trust. We went to Hoover Rogers Law Firm. Ben Hoover has the heart of a teacher. He scheduled a courtesy 2 hour meeting to make sure we understood the pros and cons. He gave us an honest, reasonable price and produced our products in a timely manner. He went over all the documents page by page, initiated transfer of our home deed into the trust and gave clear directions on anything we had to do on our end. When we took our documents to our financial advisors to get things moved, they were impressed with such a complete, concise document. We received both paper and electronic copies from Ben Hoover. They are gracious and knowledgeable. Previously Ben had helped me with an auto accident claim, which was also handled professionally and successfully. From start to the very end Ben and Grant both have been exceptional, going above and beyond to get me proper financial compensation for an injury I got a couple years ago. While it is a long process regardless of who you have represent you, Hoover Rogers Law fought to get me the most money and as fast as possible. At the start of my injury I had no clue about the proper legal channels or how an injury case works and I was more concerned with my injury and medical bills than anything, after a recommendation from a friend I called Ben and he was the first to come meet with me. After talking with him just once a lot of the stress went away and I was able to focus on my body healing. I really cannot recommend Ben or Grant enough. Any questions I had were always quickly answered either by email, text, or phone call. I consider myself lucky I found them to represent me. If they have the time to represent you I would 100% recommend it. Listen to what they have to say and learn to be patient. There is probably a long road ahead of you but don t give up!

My particular situation was an expected long process, approximately 22 months. Hoover Rogers kept me informed as progress was being made with investigations, depositions, and arguments from the other parties. Some things that transpired were expected, a few other things that presented themselves were not expected, as is normal. Hoover Rogers exceeded expectation s handling ever aspect. Adding some difficulty to the situation: during the majority of the 22 months, we were in the middle of the COVID Pandemic. However, after the 22 months and a trial by jury, Hoover Rogers was 100% Victorious. Do I recommend Hoover Rogers? ABSOLUTELY
