BEST CINNAMON ROLLS EVER! DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR MORE! There were plenty of options to choose from. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Wow I had a spectacular experience today as it was my first time going there. The man that served me was absolutely nice and patient with me. I am so glad I went and got to try a few cinnamon rolls. I got the pumpkin cheesecake, very berry, and the strawberry shortbread. And let me tell you I am blown away by how good they were. I know I ll be back for sure. The service is excellent! The main person I always encounter there (I am guessing he is the owner) is always so gracious. It was quiet when I came in. The owner was so sweet, he gave us an extra bun just so me and my friend wont have to share. And the buns tasted amazing. I was thinking they would be too sweet but that was not the case at all. The tiramisu was my favorite. 10/10 should definitely check this place out if youre craving for something sweet, they also have coffee and soft serve.

Oh my cinnamon bun! Stop here for the best cinnamon bun experience ever. As you walk through the front door, you re greeted with warm wishes and a big smile. It was my mom s first time and Mr. Maza explained all the choices to pick from. He was able to help her narrow down her options by asking her certain flavors she likes. My mom was smiling ear to ear. As we sat down to enjoy, the cinnamon bun was warm and melted in your mouth. The icing was full of flavor and delicious. This bakery not only serves cinnamon buns for yourself but you can get mini ones for parties. Other options include, brownies, banana bread, cookie dough, and pineapple soft yogurt. This is a place you must try and you ll be elated you did.

Me and my parents all loved the cinnamon rolls! They also had cookies, brownies, cookie dough you can eat straight out of the jar raw (because it doesnt have eggs!!), and custom orders too! While my roll was cooking in the oven I chatted with Mazen who is wonderfully friendly! Apparently they decided to open this type of store so they could offer yummy dessert options to children with restricted diets from the nearby hospitals its so cool that something so yummy can also be made without allergens Vegetarian options: Its all vegan! I saw all the great reviews so we rushed over from soccer for a special treat, arriving 2 minutes before it said it was closed. The sign said Open, the lights were on as well, but the doors were locked. An employee who had to be high school-aged unlocked the door and said they were closed. He apologized and was nice about it, but if your hours say you re open til 8pm, I think you should be open til 8pm, not 7:58 (or probably earlier). You turned away good business and my excited elementary-aged son.

I ve been to a lot of cinnoholics but the 6535 location in spring is by far going the distance with customer service and care. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I drive an extra 15 min just to go to this location do yourself the favor and do the same !!! Parking: There is plenty of parking and it s free ! Get your SWEET on!!! They make king cake, amazing cinnamon rolls, and some nice coffee to boot! I just picked up my pre-ordered king cake and made a last minute decision to refuel my mama coffee meter and grabbed a delicious hazelnut iced latte. The gentleman running the store threw in a toasted cinnamon roll for FREE!!! He also helped me bring my cake to my kid music jamming car! Great service! Last week by pure happenstance we decided to pop in while running errands. It was clean, well lit and smelled incredible when we walked in. The gentleman who I now know as the owner Hanan, walked from the kitchen and greeted us. I was with 2 of my kids (10 & 11) This was our first visit and if I could give it 10 stars I would. I couldn t have asked for a more wonderful experience. Not only did Hanan take the time to explain all of the treat options, he offered samples to ensure we were going to enjoy what we ordered, included the kids in the process of building our order and helped them have so much fun in the process. He was genuine and kind in his conversation and we felt so welcome and appreciated. It made me want to let others know (a week later- ) that this business is quality and I highly recommend stopping in to support this family! We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty slow, no one else was there. Customer service was not that great, was not greeted upon entering and took a minute to acknowledge us. We ordered left a name and was told it would take 9 minutes, so we told the young lady we would run an errand and return. We return and they had no clue about our order and we gave them more than 9 minutes to get them ready.They were not fully cooked thru and looked more like a mini cinnamon roll you get from a can. This was so disappointing especially since my friend had never been there before. You might want to contact the Cinnaholic in Pearland to see what they are doing different, because their rolls are always consistent.

I have never been disappointed walking in here and trying anything. Everyone that works here is super friendly, they greet you even while working with other customers. There is a gentleman there that I am unsure of his name, but I believe he is the manager of this location, who is the nicest guy. If your cinnamon role isnt fresh/hot right out of the oven dont bother. If there sitting in the warming rack, ask for a fresh one. Or leave.. Hard to want to return when these things sit and are gross. More often than not they sit and they are just awful. The owner/or manager was so kind and friendly when we walked in, we felt at home! And he was very generous and kind to our 1 year old son that was with us! He brought our food to us and even played with my son for a second. Me and my wife both devoured our delicious and very big cinnamon rolls! She got a smore one and I got a morning berry one. The owner of this establishment is SO nice, hes always welcoming and pays attention to guests needs which you wouldnt even think about in a cinnabun place, but its really nice. He goes the extra mile. On the subject of dessert itself, its always delicious and fresh. The cookie dough and cookie cakes are the right amount of sweetness, the cinnabuns have a large variety or a build your own and the diabetes you probably get is so worth it, I really love this place, absolutely worth experiencing.

The owners were gracious enough to host our homeschool group of elementary kids for a baking lesson. The kids got to taste the edible cookie dough, make peanut butter cups, bake cookies, and make and decorate their own cinnamon rolls! EVERYTHING was delicious and beautiful and we had to get extras to take home! I am so glad I know about this store now and love that they have allergen friendly treats. Highly recommend!!!! These rolls are very good and super decadent. I often grab a few to share w/ friends, and well split them, b/c they are very big and indulgent. My husband and I LOVE the cinnadoodle cookies too. My husband and I tried cinnaholic for the first time last week. It was so delicious that we decided to go back this week, not paying attention to the time, the manager had just locked the door as we were getting out of our car. He rushed back to open the door, took and prepared our orders, gave us sample toppings while we waited, and gave us 2 free cookies with our order. Nice clean spot. First time here. The front counter personnel were very friendly and brought our order to us, since we had to wait for fresh rolls. They have a large variety of flavors and toppings for the rolls. The classic roll or Old Skool as they call it starts at $5 and the gourmet was around $6.75. Well have to come try a few other flavors.

This place is awesome! My sister and I were greeted with such generous hospitality at the door. Heather & Mazen were so kind in helping us & informing us about the cinnamon rolls. They are vegan and made with absolutely no diary or eggs as well as made fresh! They have fun choices to be picked from their signature rolls like Apple Cinnamon Pie or Campfire S mores. You can also build your own cinnamon roll with a frosting and toppings of your choice! This place also makes their own cookie dough and it is so delicious! They serve dole whip for your gluten free folks along with several other sweet choices to choose from. I purchased the old fashioned cinnamon roll & it was fabulous! I just left here! While trying to soak up time with my little sister before she goes to college, we stumbled upon Cinnaholic after grabbing Mod pizza next door. WOW!! These cinnamon rolls are delicious! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The rolls are prepared fresh when you order them and the toppings are amazing. I got cream, strawberries, pecans and chocolate. There are also cookies and other sweets available for purchase. Im not a big sweets person so I was a little worried this would be overpowering with the sugar but, it was delicious and the perfect dessert. Id definitely recommend!

I am so happy we were able to try it out today. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The decision making was hard. So many wonderful things to get. I was having a hard day and this was my treat to my self and my family. Everything was delicious.I hope more vegan places are put in the area. We went in the evening around 6pm so traffic was not a problem. They are very accommodating. One of my favorite dessert places in the area! The cinnamon rolls are delicious and the concept of being able to build your own is what really hooks me in. The possibilities of combinations and being able to have something different on every visit is amazing. The cookies are another plus as they are very flavorful and moist, unlike my past experiences with vegan cookies. The last thing to try is the dole whip, its to die for and one of the best additions in my opinion.

My very first time at cinnaholic was an experience to say the least and I don t mean that in a good way. While the cinnamon rolls are delicious, the staff and management is something else. The laziness and the poor management was highly disappointing. This location honestly needs to do a lot of reevaluating on the management system and many team members . While visiting I decided to eat in the store, I witnessed a entire staff ignore a man at the register after he made numerous attempts of trying to get there attention. He stood in line for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged him. The attitude and energy of this establishment is terrible.

We tried Cinnaholic (next door to Mod Pizza in the Grand Parkway Marketplace shopping center) for the 1st time and the cinnamon rolls are AMAZING! They taste so fresh and homemade. The frosting is to die for. We tried four kinds and they were all unique and each one equally as good as the next. Best weve ever had!
