Weve ordered from here twice recently and both times its good food. We normally goes to one closer to our home but they had closed down. Since this is a hole in the wall as my hubby calls it, I gave it a 3 for atmosphere. Its quick and reasonably priced so for takeout it works for us. My hubby likes the beef & broccoli. I like the chicken and mixed veggies. My son likes the lomein. Nothing fancy but its filling and satisfying. Well be back.

Customer service is awful. Waitress slapped the menus on the table and walked off. The place is totally empty. No hello, welcome in... Nothing! Comes back almost 10 minutes later and asks if were ready to order. The table is dirty and I asked if show could clean it. Show likes as is I was bothering her. Show came back with it drinks and two Clorox wipes and walked off again! So now Im working for this place? The entire experience was not good and we will NOT be back! There is a reason this place is empty on one of the busiest days of the year!

This the the worst Asian food I ve ever had. I ordered hot and sour soup and chicken with mixed vegetables. My soup was clumpy and was a thick gelatin-like substance. The crispy strips that came with it were very stale and the fortune cookie too. The chicken with vegetables was ok. The restaurant itself was very unclean and there was a floor cot with a pillow and blanket directly behind the counter as if someone lives and certainly sleeps inside the restaurant.

No accommodation for vegetarian food. Ordered a vegetarian dish and asked the staff if there was any meat or meat broth or stock used before I ordered it. The staff repeated there was no meat in the dish but soon as I was eating found what looked like pork in the rice and the vegetables smelled like meat. They could not explain but admitted that there is cross- contamination in cooking the meat and vegetables. This is disappointing after expressing the diet restrictions to the staff. If vegetarian food is cooked on the same pan or handled with the same utensils as the meat, it can not be claimed as vegetarian. The food handlers must know better aseptic techniques in cooking and handling.

Service is great. I tend to rate Chinese restaurants on Singapore noodles and broccoli beef. Fantastic on both. They are very acomodating to the VEGAN customers with substitutions of proteins. The average wait is about 25min. Had one problem which wasnt even their fault as the Uber Eats driver failed to deliver our order and they called us to see what had happened and sent a new order out no questions . Dietary restrictions: As a vegan my options for Asian cuisine are VERY limited. They do substitutions on the protein. Such as a sweet and sour tofu instead of the chicken. Or my favorite... The Hunan beef with tofu instead of the beef.

If you like Mom and Pop places this is good spot. The food was a little salty for my taste but then again I am not a fan of salt. And I only had one dish so that is far from a good reason to say that all their food is salty. Other than that the food was prepared and cooked to my satisfaction. The wait staff was tentative to my needs and very polite. Also they serve sweet tea that doesnt taste like artificial sweetener which I find very refreshing. I placed a order of coconut chicken for lunch and I asked for vegetable fried rice and they charge me three extra dollars for that. The bad part about it was they only added a couple pieces of broccoli, a couple pieces of sliced baby carrots, a couple pieces of sliced baby corn and mushrooms. When I say a couple it was like 2 maybe 3 pieces and a lot of freakin rice. And for that I had to pay three extra dollars so instead of it being $7.95 I got charged close to $12 for lunch. My girl usually buys food for us, so this time I wanted to treat her and her family some take out. Was in the mood for Chinese and this place is relatively close by her place. Tried for the first time. Its a great place for take out. Not quite for dine in. If memory serves me correctly, they only had 2 small tables for dine in. But you get a lot for your money. So per Google it said this was amazing food. I drove over with intentions to eat there. The staff was very friendly. I ordered my food and it was packed to go, so I took my food and left. No plastic wear was in the bag so I had to go on a hunt for some . The food had good flavor, and plenty protein ration. It just wasnt what I expected. I did order the pan fried dumplings and hated them, they looked breaded and I just wasnt a fan. Overall Id probably try another place if ever in the area again.

This restaurant is really really good Chinese food. I have tried so many in Houston and they have average service and bland food.I really like this restaurant because they make the food fresh to order and it doesn t just sit. Like you will burn your mouth if you ate it right when they give it to you because it is cooked to order. My favorite dishes are sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. I have been here twice, and both times I got great flavorful food. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Served me wonderful Lemon Chicken today. The chicken was pounded thin and fried nice. Unlike anywhere I have been before, they cut the chicken into good bite size pieces. Most the time you will get cloyingly sweet sauce or sour with an aspirin taste to lemon sauce. Not here. Good balance of sweet and sour. The fried rice had enough stickiness to allow you to eat it with chop sticks. The egg roll was fried nice with cabbage, carrots and pork inside. The last time I went I got Singapore Mei Fun. It too was well executed and flavorful.
