Last minute to-go order for our family and the gyros hit the spot again. The delivery was very fast. We got both lamb and chicken wraps plus the lemon chicken soup. Pro tip order extra pita, hummus and taziki sauce. Had a miscommunication on the sides but Cody took care of it quick and easy. I recommend this location.

The manager at this location needs intensive training in customer service ASAP. After experiencing an issue with one of the food delivery apps, he was less than helpful over the phone. As I explained my situation and expressed my concerns with the order, he rudely hung up the phone. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, I encountered a defensive, unprofessional and extremely catty behavior on his part. He confirmed he was the manager, so I asked to speak to the General Manager, or someone higher in rank to which he replied I am the general manager. I was not provided with any guidance or direction to address my complain. Instead, the manager fueled an unprofessional exchange of words to which after a few seconds I decided not to participate. It is very disappointing that a restaurant has an employee who is extremely rude in charge of dealing with customers and other personnel. I am dissatisfied with the treatment I received today and I am confident they can do a lot better. The incident took place on 08/15/2024 at 12:28pm and the order I had issues with was for a company event that I typically host twice a month. I have ordered from this store in the past and never had problems with any of their employees. Going forward, I will not waste my time or my company resources using this location. Unacceptable!

45 minutes before close the worker named Will told us that they couldn t make the soup because it was too close to close. Don t advertise that you are open until 9 if you can t cook an easy soup. Then the manager tried to come and fix it by saying they received a complaint that it was too salty so they didn t to not make anymore soup for the rest of the day. So what is it? You don t want to cook the soup before close or there is something wrong with your recipe? Unprofessional, false advertisement, and the attitude will be my last time here. I used to love this place but I don t know if has gotten new management or not. Anyways, its my last time here I guess.

I tried this place years ago but didn t care for it. Tried a Taziki s in Plano and food was on point and discovered these are sister locations. So I decided to give Southlake Taziki a second chance and so sorry but I ll never return. Service was friendly but my salmon was burnt. I was the only customer at the time so I m unsure why this happened. Taziki Plano is delicious!

Great food, large portions, family style. Whats not to love! Parking: Food pickup spots are well placed but if youre not ordering from the app you may need to go inside to pick up your order. I have been coming here for a while and unfortunately have been disappointed of late. The lamb gyro with rice was my go to meal. The last two times I have ordered this the meat has changed. It is no longer the large pieces of meat. It is a shaved almost ground up version. Has little to no flavor and the amount of meat is concerning especially for the price of the meal. It was bad enough that I ordered the lamb feast and I also found that lacking as well. My wife got the chicken gyro and that tasted like fish. This was one of our favorite places to go to get a good meal but it might be awhile before we come back. It seems the quality has disappeared in the last month or two.

I got the chicken harissa gyro and it was delicious. The app claimed it was only 560 calories but when I received my meal, the thing was huge. Im a big man. I am trying to get better at calorie counting but theres no way this Goliath of a gyro was only 560 calories. If youre not counting calories like me, this is probably a boon, since youre getting a lot of food for the price. My meal was only $11 but I think Ive eaten less at buffets. I cant really speak for the atmosphere since I just picked up my order. I dont know if yall read positive reviews, but may want to revisit portion training. Great value for the customer though! Dietary restrictions: Based on my experience, they over-serve, so dont trust caloric count.

Im a Taziki super fan and have been to a ton of locations in various cities and states. This one is so far the best location I have been to. I came in on 02/09 and got the salmon feast with rice. Came out super quickly. The salmon was huge, much larger than the portion at other locations I have been to. Cooked and seasoned perfectly and super fresh. The whole plate tasted like a good home cooked meal. The sweet tea didnt have that weird bitter/chemical taste you sometimes get which tells me the container it was stored in is really clean. Staff was friendly and tables were spotlessly clean. I just started working right down the street and am so happy to have a new regular lunch place during the work week.

I feel like all the 5 star ratings are for a different location? The place looked abandoned. All the booths had no tables, there were chairs up on tables and it was just 6pm. The employees looked liked they had wandered in off the streets and werent friendly. Food was ok but if the front of the house looked that bad, I dread to think whats going on in the back of the house. This fast-casual place has the same problem they all do - no managers or adults running the show.

OKAY TAZIKI S I drove by here the other day and was curious about it, so I looked it up for lunch today and was hesitant over some of the reviews However I was absolutely impressed with the Gyro! I m a Gyro fanatic, so I love trying gyros from all over!! The Lamb Gyro with a side and chips was perfect good size! Plenty of meat, delicious tzatziki sauce made it divine! My side of asparagus was great, this was awesome because most places don t have asparagus on their menu so was surprised to hear this was a side option. I ate most of it before the picture LOL was great Packaged to keep warm until I got it home and it was soooo delicious! Spent $13.50, plus added a tip for lunch today. I placed an order for 21 p. and it was to be picked up at 11am. They were 45 minutes behind in getting the order out. Then, I get it back to my meeting and the gyros are burnt and dry. I placed an order on 8/11 to be delivered on 8/17. Was told someone would contact me to confirm the order - no one called. On 8/14 tried calling to confirm order - tried 19 times before someone answered the phone. Was told yes they had my order and would get the CC # on the day of deliver. Now it 8/17 - no food. As least they answered the phone when I called. I was on the phone for over 5 minutes waiting for a answer to were is my order. The woman I talked to told me that my order was not confirmed that is why the food was not there. (I was told THEY would call me, plus I called on Monday to confirm). She also said that my order should be there in 20 minutes. Somehow I doubt my order will be here before 1pm. UPDATE!!! My food came about the time promised. The woman who delivered it was wonderful and very apologetic. Thank you for your quick response. It is greatly appreciated.

Tasiki s is just comfort food for my wife and I. She always gets the chicken rollups, I get either a lamb gyro, salad or feast. My son said his lamb burger was also excellent. For a side you can t go wrong with tomato-cucumber salad, and for a starter the whipped feta is amazing. This is just a good dependable place for a good meal at a good price. I have been to a few locations and this one felt a bit dirty and dingy when I went in, so that needs a little attention.

Paid for my meal with a credit card, and the same day got two text messages from the restaurant about their loyalty program/deals. I never consented to these messages, nor did I give the cashier my phone number. Two thoughts: 1) From where did they get my number? 2) This is extremely spammy. Once a company has your number/info, they usually can sell it to whomever, adding those messages to whatever they spam you with. Go here if you support spam.

My first time trying the place and it was kind of a let down. I ordered the gyro just to be safe thinking it would be a good measure of how the rest of the food was. While the food tasted very good, the value was not. I ordered the beef gryo with extra meat. I was charged $5.49 for dbl beef for a grand total of $19.46. If this was double meat, I would be really interested to see just regular serving of meat would look like. Not sure what I paid for here, it was good, but would have been better had actually gotten the extra meat.

Good food, terrible experience with delivery order. They said our food had been ready for awhile, but no driver picked it up. I told them on my end it still looked like they were still preparing the food, and that maybe they didnt inform the driver the food was ready. They assured me they had, and there was nothing they could do. Literally as soon as I hung up the phone the status of my order changed and a driver was on their way to pick up the food. I had the lamb gyro. It was amazing. Generous portions of real meat. Wouldve been slightly better if the beast was more selectively processed (less gristle) but it was good. But the meat was real and good, unlike what you could get at a grocery store.

The hummus was runny and under seasoned. My Lamb Gyro was like steak chunks/ bits and also significantly under seasoned if seasoned at all. Salad wasnt balanced with a good amount topping to lettuce ratio. For the $20, I was highly disappointed. :( Staff was preoccupied while my to-go order sat on top (taking pics of ipad screen with cell) no one really in the place.

I was sooo excited and had such high hopes... And am super disappointed! I got the lamb gyro with tomato cucumber salad. The meat was aweful, ive had lamb many times overseas and this was the worst! Im not sure if its their seasoning or what. I had to take the meat off the gyro. The tzatziki sauce was not great either. Tasted like someone just grated up cucumbers and threw it in yogurt. No garlic, no seasoning at all and very watery from the cucumbers not beeing dried out by a cheese cloth prior to adding it to the yogurt base... And last the salad. Tomato and cucumber, very basic and bland. I was super excited to try this place, but its a no go for me. Bummer.

ordered grilled beef gyro and grilled shrimp salad feast. Beef is probably fajita meat ?! Pita bread and rice at the side is dry. Grilled shrimp is tasty, however the veggie in the salad is not as fresh as we thought it would be. Tazikis dressing is good. We wanted to give this place a try after we recently visited Greece. Unfortunately, we didn t taste the authentic Greek food from this location. The girl took our togo order over the phone sounded very unenthusiastic.

A friend from work suggested meeting here for lunch. I have celiac and they had some great gluten free options. I got the chicken Cesar salad and it was great. Chicken was fantastic, fresh parmesan and yummy dressing. I would highly recommend. It was very warm inside so we ended up eating on the patio as it was cooler outside. Patio was nice and staff friendly. I would go again.

Love this place, recently visited the one in Southlake and was sad. I know the owners work hard to have a strong brand and the place was filthy. Probably why it was empty at 630pm. Bathroom was gross and greasetrap made the whole place smell horrible.

I had not eaten here before I ordered the shrimp skewers with salad. The shrimp was fresh, hot and well seasoned. In contrast, the salad was chilled, fresh and crisp. I took home the remaining fresh dressing for my dinner tonight.
