You know, I miss K Mart, at least they realized they were trash and embraced it til the bitter, undignified end. This entire plaza sucks, unless of course youre a mouthbreathing idiot who doesnt follow basic traffic laws, in which case you are among your stupid, stupid people. I did Shipt for a while. Never anyone at customer service. Other employees ignore you. Need a simple item? They wont have it, but they will have minimum 50 of a type you cant use.

Pickup is a total nightmare here. Total fail. If you enjoy meandering through residential neighborhoods for 7 hours and driving over 30000 speed bumps to the most awkward pickup location with zero signage, this might be your jam. Otherwise dont play yourself.

many many of my orders either receive the wrong item or it s missing or it s damaged. The quality and control of this Target has become absolutely completely out of control, and not in a positive way!!!!! I ve live in the Cedar Park area before the store ever opened and it used to be beyond exceptional but the quality has caused me to cancel my Target card and apply for a Walmart card. Please save yourself the headache and don t shop this store or save yourself a headache and throw your money down the toilet!!!!!

The Starbucks has unfortunately been awful at this Target since the remodel. The employees are great its the drinks that come out tasting awful. You cant ever taste the actual coffee in the drink. I have noticed this for a very long time and after buying an expensive Starbucks drink that didnt taste good again, as usual, I had to write this review so that hopefully someone can do some extra training or something because it can be a waste of money when you order something that is not worth what you paid and when its remade, its still the same. Im thinking the employees need to learn how to properly pull shots from the espresso machine.

Just came in to ask about the valentines day Stanley cups. I found the mini cups the day before at the Pflugerville location so hoping to get lucky at another store with a random restock. I ask a lady stocking the shelves in the middle of the store if they had sold out of them. Her response was short and snappy, we sold out of those a long time ago. Now yes, I know the product that released on the release date is sold out. But stores get random stock almost daily. Most of the good employees would at least pull out there handheld and humor me by looking it up. It seemed like she didnt even want to be bothered with doing anything extra, so I just left her alone. Customer service goes a long way, this isnt a new concept. I saw the employees walking around drinking Starbucks... maybe she didnt get hers yet or something .

You need to reduce the pick up parking spaces it takes up 75% of the parking lot and more than 80% are empty. This leaves no parking for in store shoppers. I left and I m sure I m not the only one. Take a picture of your parking lot. It s also like this during non holidays

I was in this store last evening and a customer came to the guest service desk while I was also right there. They were asking about why they did not get the target circle rewards the cashier had told them about. One of the help desk girls was asking questions and asked to see her app so she could dig deeper and try and find out. the customer was all the while talking bout how it didn t make sense, how Target probably took her money and she wanted her money back point is she was not being very nice and as her tone changed another lady showed up to assist her. More like support her team while a customer is getting loud and obnoxious. Meanwhile they asked the lady if she had logged into the target guest wi-fi and this is where she snapped. She began to verbally abuse the girls, the one lady that was trying to help asked her to try and log into it since there was probably a glitch and the lady went off! She was yelling, her demeanor was very threatening and she was demanding names and acting like she was wronged when these two poor girls were just trying to help her. She put on a show, raising her voice, calling the one girl names and at the tail end the one girl walked away because the lady threatened her and pulled her phone out as if to record her. She called her names and kept demanding her name. She wouldn t leave. The reason I am writing this is because that lady was playing the victim and those two girls did nothing to be rude or mean or yell and that lady was crazy. She threatened to call and say nasty things, and i m not sure if she got anything on video but those girls deserve a high-five for being so friendly to a customer so terrible, and don t believe everything because i saw it all happen.

The newly redesigned design and decoration are clean, tidy and very orderly! The staff are also very enthusiastic and familiar with different fields. The automatic payment is also fast and easy. Although the medicines to be purchased require help from the staff, the problem is solved very quickly. The staff are familiar with their job responsibilities and content. The service attitude is very good, fast and effective. help! Very grateful!

Pretty disappointing remodel. Revamped from clean white floors to waxed dark concrete floors. Drift piles of dust and dirt in all the corners. Store is noticeably darker than before. Additionally shelves are considerably shorter than before leading to fewer items on shelves. Overall wider aisles with less stuff than before. Checkout workstations quite dirtier than before. Spot lighting on all the products yet overall it s darker, harder to see things. I go to Target for a bright clean experience. I m not getting that experience now.

Rude staff! They treat you like they are doing you a favor! I went to returns to complain about 4 items in my bill ringing incorrectly. I told her repeatedly that they were in buy one get one isle and she did not bother to check. She said we will check later and just returned all my stuff. Lost my car keys in one of the baskets and then when I went to the help desk to try and get an announcement on the intercom or have them look for it, all they said was go home and when we find them we will call you. I had to let them know it was my car keys multiple times but they continued to push us to the side. Thank you to the cart crew and the nice pedestrian for turning in my keys after an hour search. Definitely my fault for misplacing them but the effort they gave in helping me was a 0/10 and I will remember it. Corny dude with the Mohawk you get an F, and weird girl with skunk pattern hair and glasses you get an F- for all your efforts. I will never return to this target

I dont know about other locations, but this location does not do exchanges. You have to stand in a return line, and then go to another line to do a purchase. Thought that was annoying. Their selection in shapewear is severely lacking as well, and its a jumbled mess right now to find anything. Just keep in mine to try things on to the best of your capabilities before leaving if u dont wanna walk back and forth to return and purchase.

I went to Target to look for action figures because Im a collector and I asked an employee with purple hair and black lipstick if they could please check the back for any figures and they said What we have out is what we have. in a very rude manner. After much persuading I finally convinced them to check the back and they said We dont have anything. and meanwhile on their little scanner thing they clearly did. Hello, I would like to talk about this target. I ve had some problems with this place or rather a certain employee with purple hair, and black lipstick. They re rude, lazy, and made going to this target an awful experience for me and my bros, I am a collector of figures and as are my friends. Whenever I go to target I usually like to ask employees to check the back for more items I m looking for, and I ve never had a problem until I encountered this employee. I went to the toy isle and asked this employee to check the back for some figures. I had to convince this employee to check the back, also when I was convincing them they seemed snarky, rude, and overall annoyed that I was even asking, when I finally convinced them to check, they was very rude about it, and lied to my face about them not having anything, I asked another employee to check and they brought out the figures they had in the back. This is the nearest target location to me and my friends. This employee makes this target location not very enjoyable anymore to go to and I hope this situation can be delt with. At this Target location I have a bad experience always with one employee in particular, I am a collecter and I always ask and employee to check the back for me, I have never had a problem with asking until this location but to be specific one employee, with purple hair and lipstick on. This employee always makes a big deal/problem with me asking to check in the back the first time I asked they said we have some but I cant pull them out of the back. I genuinely asked another employee in that same location and he brought the items out with no hesitation and was extremely respectful to me unlike the purple hair employee which was extremely rude. The second time I had to deal with this same employee I had to genuinely convince them to check when they did they said there was nothing but you could easily see a location marker that wasnt the same as the isle on there little bar code scanner and was lying to my face me and my friends have had the same bad experience with them over and over again and honestly has made going to this target non enjoyable, unfortunately this is the closest target location to me.

Who ever is doing the inventory/stocking and planning levels really needs to get it together. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get items I use, across all aspects from cleaners to food to everything in between. I find it ridiculous that other targets have stock yet this one keeps dropping the ball. Then for pick up orders, good god, 45 min waiting and 1 or 2 people running orders out, going inside isn t any better they just stand there staring at you. I get it these kids are 20s this isn t their career but my god do your job.

Pretty pathetic the lack of cashiers at this location. There is 1 and then self check out. The one open lane has an older lady who cant stand up and take forever to actually check probably out. Standing in line you are likely to get run into by carts and people as the lines regularly back up into the aisles.

Just went in for a regular target trip. The woman at self checkout clearly was talking and not paying attention to me scanning my stuff. She then proceeded to say she was checking my shoes sizes & asked to see my receipt.. then saw my other shoes & wanted to do the same, when clearly the shoes are attached with a string so they re the same size. I paid for ALL of my items , how about you do your job & stop racially profiling a black woman trying to enjoy her target trip. She didn t ask anyone else to check their orders. I will NOT be back.

Went in on July 3rd to get 4th of July themed items, and the store literally has nothing for it ur countries holiday. Pretty upsetting, not even One red white and blue flag posted up anywhere, they only sell purple and yellow pride flags. Avoid this target at all cost! I was plowed down with a huge metal cart (not the shopping cart) by an employee named June. Not only was she in a rush, rude and clearly not paying attention but when I screamed in agony she then proceeds to keep pushing her metal cart over me even while customers and witnesses are telling her to stop! Not once stopping to render help! Finally I screamed directly at her as she is walking away to get me the manager! She then tells me that my friend didn t tell her I was there! As if that s their/out responsibility to inform employees of people in the ails shopping where we are supposed to be! My back and lower hip has been aching since she plowed me over I m so very upset with target customer service here. Management was honestly no better, avoid this target they are passing time to collect a check there is no system or customer service here!

My wife and I came in for a smart TV and we had a great experience thanks to Fernando in electronics. He went above and beyond to helps us purchase the TV that we wanted. He even rolled it to the front of the store and helped me load it into our truck. Now that s superb customer service, this gentleman needs a raise!!!

The staff at this location are so friendly and genuinely love their jobs! It s never a bad experience at this location. (It is super busy though, I recommend going right at opening or an hour before closing!)
