At first I thought, theyre just sand castles. But I stood in AMAZEMENT when I saw them in person. We walked around for about an hour admiring every detail that went into each beautiful works of art. This place is FREE. And to help keep it open to the public for free, we donated some money (which is optional). I want others to enjoy this when they come to visit Padre Island. They have so many beautiful things to offer but this is a MUST SEE when you visit.

So much detail created from sand! Kids and adults will enjoy viewing these sculptures. Plus it s free. They do ask for a donation for the upkeep of the sculptures but not mandatory. Parking is right there by it and it s located under the white tent next to the Ferris wheel. We were in and out within ten minutes. It s something fun to see.

Really cool spot to see some awesome sand castle sculptures. Entry is free, but they suggest a $1/person donation, which was tiny compared to the awesome sculptures. Highly recommend for a quick stroll, it is covered which is nice. We spent maybe 15 minutes here, it s right next to a bunch of other stuff in the same parking lot.

I loved this place. It s located in Gravity Park near the Ferris wheel. I went for spring break and absolutely loved it. There are beautiful sand sculptures. There are a couple of sand boxes in front before you enter the sand museum if you or the children would like to play and do anything you like(just for fun purposes). I think there was a donation box as well. So donate if you like to these brilliant artists. This is a great place to make memories and take some beautiful photos.

It was definitely worth the walk through. My kids really loved looking at all of the sand art. We made a whole afternoon of it and drove go-karts and ate ice cream at the shop next door. The sand sculptures were a highlight of our trip and the artist are very talented! The sand sculptures are free to see, but we did donate as recommended.
